Tempe Honda. What can I say? I have nothing but good things to say now. As a loyal Honda customer, I am heavily impressed with Tempe Honda, specifically Lou Sofre. To start, my wife's car was totaled a couple months ago and we finally got paid out, and I talked her into a Honda. She wanted a new HRV, so we went searching in the worst possible time with the chip shortage. we went to one dealer (not going to name names) in the morning, who tried to market adjust a base HRV 6 grand and told us they couldn't bring it down. We called Tempe Honda and they could get us in a car that same day with no market adjustments. When we tried to tell the Honda dealer we were currently sitting at, they told us that the deal wasn't real. Well, we got to Tempe Honda, and ended up with a great deal on a brand new 2022 HRV. This buying experience with Lou, was simple, quick, easy and very fair. So much so, that I decided to make the plunge and purchase my first ever car with Lou and Tempe Honda too. Lou went out of his way to make sure that a bad experience I had with the service center in 2018 was addressed and would not happen in the future, and I could not be happier with my brand new 2022 Civic sport hatchback. Very strong trade In values for cars as well, with very hassle free negotiation. Lou also put up with my two weeks of constant texts about the car as I was impatiently waiting for it to come from the factory. Car turned out beautiful. So thank you to Lou Sofre and the Tempe Honda team, 5/5 would buy a car again, would recommend anyone looking to buy a Honda to go through Tempe Honda.

I purchased a 2023 Hilda Pilot from the Honda dealership on South Boulevard in Charlotte. I was treated like family from the moment that I arrived up until the moment that I drove off in my new vehicle. The service that I received from the sales associate, Christopher (Chris) Robinson specifically was absolutely amazing. Chris exceeded all of my expectations even though I was apprehensive about buying a brand new vehicle at the time. The Pilot car is a reliable spacious family suv. Only annoyance is the lane assist appears to be too sensitive especially when driving windy 2 lane roads. Suggest change factory tires for snow driving as opposed to CR-V that held better on standard tires. Only minor complaints vehicle is a good pick.

i recently bought a car from her but my tires were flat and i came to get help. hours spent at the dealership can be awful but out of all the hours i’ve spend there this past month getting my new car this was my best experience yet. OVERVIEW: Found this used 2019 Pilot Touring with AWD, and 8 Passenger seating. It was in great condition. Exterior and interior colors were exactly what we wanted. Purchased it with aobut 74,500 miles on it, newish tires, roof rack rails (great for mounting a backback). Clean carfax. Overall, I'm super glad we got it. We hope we get 200k miles or more out of this Pilot just like we got on the old one The drivetrain is smooth and provides enough power to move us when all 8 seats are used. Lots of comfort and tech features came with this one. DRIVING: Very smooth transmission shifts. No gear hunting issues with the transmission like those reported on the earlier models, especially on the 2016. Feels more luxurious than sport which for us and the family, it's great. Plenty of power for a family hauler. You can use the paddle shifters in Sport mode. 4 AWD drive modes - Normal, Snow, Mud, and Sand. COMFORT: It's super quiet inside compared to the 2011 model. Not as much road or wind noise like our old Pilot. The steering and suspension handles the road nicely, especially on our crappy California pothole-filled roadways. Lots of room. Nice leather seating with ample leg room. Feels a little bigger than our 2011 Pilot. Kids confirmed it feels a little bigger. Front and middle row heated seats are great! Adjustable armrests for front driver and passenger give good support. Plenty of leg room in 2nd row. Small adults and large kids in the 3rd row will be fine. Feels roomier than the 2011. Lots of cup holders. Seats are easy to move and adjust. Single push buttons to move the middle seats forward to get in and out of the 3rd row seats! Easy to flatten them as well to give you room to haul stuff. Rear door sunshades are included in this trim as well. Sunroof with tilt comes with this model, too. Entertainment and Technology: The entertainment system is really nice. 8in touch screen with Apple CarPlay (Android Auto as well) is excellent. Love how GPS displays on the screen while having the ability to have other apps open on the phone. 10 Speakers sound great. The multiple information dashboard can be customized. Looks sleek. The screen is big, bright, colorful and I set mine to show the tripometer information - miles driven, MPG, and range. You have other options - Nav, AWD torque distribution, entertainment info, etc. Outside temp, ECON mode, Adaptive Cruise Control, Lane-Keep Assist System, safety systems, and other indicators are on-screen. Rear entertainment system has yet to be tested but it can play Blu-Ray discs and has an HDMI port and AC plug for another input source. Comes with 2 wireless headsets and a remote control as well. So far, we found 4 USB charging ports. There are lighter ports available as well in case you need more power. Can't wait to figure out CabinTalk when we go on a road trip. You can communicate both ways with the rear passengers using the internal mics, speakers, and Rear entertainment headsets. The motorized rear tailgate with hands-free kick motion open and close is nice to have as well. Keyless entry system with auto-unlock and walkaway auto-locking features are included as well. Remote start is also included with the Touring trim. Safety: Bright LED headlights and well-designed daytime running lights. Auto high-beam LED headlights were a nice surprise.The Adaptive Cruise Control and Lane-Keep Assist are freakily awesome. Keep your hands on the wheel though because it's not perfect. The camera and sensors can get confused. But they're good to have for safety and driving assist, especially on long rides on open highways. Blindspot monitoring, rear cross-traffic sensing, and parking sensors are included and help in those situations. I always disable the collision mitigation feature due to potential problems with the system potentially braking at wrong and dangerous times.

No complaints overall on performance and durability. Only drawbacks is road noise. If you like to avoid road noise, this car is not for you. noise is too much than expected. i even went to Honda dealer to report noise, they replied me this is normal honda noise.

This is a great dealership!! We walked in with an idea of what we were looking for but we weren’t very prepared with the pertinent information that would’ve made it easier, but our salesman, Zach Jones, was so incredibly helpful and knowledgeable that we quickly figured out what it was that we truly wanted and then he made it happen. We left with our dream car and we LOVE it. We got the 2026 Passport TrailSport! It’s an awesome vehicle. This dealership was top notch from the moment we stepped out of our old car until we drove away in the new one. We were treated so well and each step of the process was effortless and efficient. The finance department was just another polished step. Ed Lounds, who is in charge of their finance department, was very helpful too, professional and easy to work with. We will be in the market for another car soon and will go back here no question. If you’re shopping don’t skip this place!!

After almost 180,000 trouble-free miles with our 2015 Pilot and an excellent Honda dealer near by, we really didn’t look hard at anything but another Pilot when it was time for a new car. Our EXL, purchased in March 2024, just turned 20,000 miles. We have had no issues with it, and the trip computer says we have averaged 27.1 mpg over the last 5500 miles. That is about 4.5 mpg better than the 2015. The good: It is extremely roomy and comfortable, even the third-row seats. We are very pleased with the fuel economy for a vehicle of this size. The headlights are the best we’ve had on any vehicle. I really like the rugged looks, especially compared the the previous generation. It’s great on snowy and slippery surfaces. The not-as-good: This is my first vehicle with all the modern safety aids. I find the lane-departure system annoying, especially in construction zones. The first time I backed out of the garage with bikes on a hitch-mounted carrier, the car automatically slammed on the brakes so hard I thought I ran into something. (Pro tip: Use tow mode when hauling bikes.) I don’t use the adaptive cruise control because it starts matching the speed of the vehicle ahead long before I would normally change lanes to pass, even with the system adjusted accordingly. However, I can’t see that future vehicles will have FEWER of these features, so I suppose I will just have to get used to them.

I'll be so honest, I hate car shopping (like most people do). I ventured to roughly 6 or 7 dealerships in the valley within the past few weeks, but ultimately I'm really glad I gave Arrowhead Honda a shot. I want to give a HUGE shoutout to Bryson for going the extra mile! Bryson took his time answering all my (many) inspection questions and was super patient while I made my decision. You can tell he extremely knowledgeable and passionate when it comes to cars, which isn’t something I've seen with most salespeople. Honda makes a very reliable vehicle. The Pilot comes with a bevy of extras and has a very smooth ride for a medium sized SUV.

This is a nice SUV that is not flashy, but it does its job carrying the people and running errands around town. It’s also nice for longer trips.

This car is a big step up from a Nissan Altima. Lots of space and the ride is smooth. The engine is a bit noisy when idle(clicking noise from the direct injection), and there's also a drone sound when acceleratinf beyond 60mph(not sure if this could be cause of the new tires or not), but other than those noises, it's a smooth machine!

Sales people and Finance person were very helpful and knowledgeable about the various cars we looked at!

I drive a Honda Pilot Special Edition- It is by far the BEST car I have ever owned. I have no kids but really wanted an SUV. I drove two civics on lease before and went to look at a CRV. The pilot was around the same price to lease as a CRV and boy am I glad I chose this over that! I keep my third row down and the trunk space is incredible. This is a good car to have in your 20’s despite what people have this car for. My lab and yorkie have plenty of space and i absolutely feel like I am driving a sedan still with how smooth and tight and sporty it drives. I still whip like I did in my car!!!! I cant wait for the next generation to come out, I will probably stick with pilots for a while

I WENT IN ON WEDNESDAY 9/10/25 WITH THE INTENT TO TEST DRIVE TO SEE WHAT I WOULD BE INTERESRTED IN GETTING. WHEN I GOT THERE, I WAS GREETED BY TANNER. I IMMEDIATLY TOLD HIM THAT I HATE CAR SHOPPING AS IT COMES WITH ANXIETY AND ITS NOT MY CUP OF TEA AND THAT I WENT TO PEORIA FORD AND WAS NOT HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE I RECIEVED. THEY DIDN'T LISTEN AND WAS ALL ABOUT THE SALE!! I TOLD HIM WHAT I WANTED AND WHAT I NEEDED AND HE SAID OK LET'S SEE WHAT WE CAN FIND. 3rd Pilot owned in last 15 years. Each with more advanced features. Always reliable if you do all the required maint. Always a good trade value too, even with 100K + miles ! Combination of practical space, reliability, fuel economy , and performance can't be beat......Love my Honda !!

Bought my Elite in May of 2023 at a local dealer. I love the look of the car, the comfort and the handling. It is very roomy and has so many cup holders and compartments which is great. I have the brown/black interior, which I wasn't able to see before purchasing it, but loved it once I did see it. I did have an option for a gray interior one but didn't like that look as it didn't look as classy as the two toned. The lights are bright, the features are wonderful so overall a nice vehicle and still happy with my purchase. Now the not so good stuff.... Biggest problem I have is like other reviews have stated the gas mileage is not great at all and comes nowhere near the projected when the car is marketed. 19-25 it states but that is way off for sure. I don't have a heavy foot, speeding or hard breaking and I always drive in Eco because the 'Normal" mode option, the mileage is worse. Summer months my average between city and HWY is 18.5/19.5. All HWY I was able to get 23 miles one time but not again. All HWY after that first time is usually 21/22. Never have I seen 25mpg like stated. Now the Wintertime they are not as good. City/HWY is 17/19 & HWY is 19/20.5. The most miles I can get out of a tank of gas either summer or winter is now less than 355, more around the 335/345. The lane assist feature is pretty bad as well, better in the nighttime as I feel it sees the lines better but during the day is more of an annoyance than anything, so I normally don't use it. I have drove the Sport model one and that worked great and a 2022 Elite pilot and that worked flawlessly too. Not sure why mine is so bad but dealer says it functioning correctly, I told them we will agree to disagree LOL>. The wireless charging is very slow and if you have any type of case on it will most likely not work, so I just keep it shut off. I really wish Honda would have put the bigger screen in this car this time around. Looks like there is enough space for that to have happened they just chose not to. I really wish that the second you turn off the car the radio didn't shut down too. I have never had a car do that and it is frankly a big inconvenience for me. Many times, I am on the phone with clients, or I like to finish a song, but in order to do that I would have to sit with the car running and that doesn't make sense to me and it's a waste of gas. This is little but I do hope that they come out with some type of compartment for the center console as it's really big but there is no way to organize anything in it and honestly just looks like a total mess. (Again, small to many) The app to start the car and such is just okay. What I don't like is that you cannot adjust the temp or the heated seats as well as not having the app turn on the passenger seat as 95% of the time no one is in it. I feel like this is more opportunity for something to go wrong or stop working when I didn't personal choose to use it but was forced to have. I will say I do like that whatever my heated seat was at from my previous drive that is what it is at when I start my car the next time. I did end buying the Honda rubber floor mats but soon found out that the from mats leave to much carpets exposed by the gas and brake pedals, so salt gets all over it. The back ones are just fine. I did end up buying the Weather tech ones and those are great and have amazing coverage so if you live in an area where it snows, I'd keep this in mind. I also bought the side covers for the back end and the mat for the back end, which really protects the sides and back of seats from scratches which we all know ever car is prone to. I did add the trailer hitch from the dealer vs aftermarket as I wanted it to look good and sit higher where it belongs verse the aftermarket which sits much lower to the ground. Overall, now with 13,000 miles on it I am still loving my pilot despite the other things mentioned above. I hope it last me a long time as this is my first time buying a Honda vehicle.

Definitely an upgrade of our 2017 Pilot. All black leather interior, driver memory settings. White exterior already getting good gas mileage. Haven't had this Pilot a month yet and we're still learning about all the extras. I had a Honda vehicle since 1988. Traded the old Honda in With 141,000 miles.

My 2015 RX350 needed 60k maintenance. Had an 11 am appointment with Dax. Drove in from Eloy and was early. Rod (best greeter ever) checked me in and advised Dax. Dax wrote me up and checked me out in 1-1/4 hrs, in time for me to get to my Dr appointment. And it was washed as well. Kudos to Dax and Rod. Thanks Lexus of Chandler.

It rides very well it's room for All My Children their wagons car seats and everything I need for them there's plenty of room to me it looks like a bus but it's reliable and I like it
