I went to Lia Honda for a NYS inspection.Your service manager,Ciara Downey,checked me in & I asked her to have them look at a slow leak in 1 of my tires.She said she would take care of it & asked me about scheduled maintenance but I told her that it was all up to date.The inspection was done in no time & Ciara told me that it was all great but my tire did have a nail in it.She asked about replacing it but I told her that the place I got the tires wasn't too far & there was a warranty in place.Ciara said she would make sure the tire was inflated properly & thanked me for coming in.The car was ready to go.Ciara topped off my washer fluid & thanked me again.The appointment took less than an hour & Ciara was very polite,informative & helpful making this visit a pleasant experience.

Collision Center - Service was fantastic from start to finish. We purchased a 2025 Honda Civic Si at Safford Brown Honda Glen Burnie. We're so happy with how the purchase went that when we were rear-ended, we went straight there to get it fixed. We were not disappointed. The Collision Center did a great job fixing our vehicle and handling the insurance. Shelby explained the process and kept us informed. Catherine, Service Advisor, was always prompt and available. Highly recommend.

Friendly and professional service. Nice waiting areas with coffee and tea. Oil change is pricey but includes car wash.

Purchased a 2026 CRV last Friday. My salesman, Bill Moser was wonderful. This was the second Honda I've purchased at Space Coast Honda and it always goes smoothly. Bill listened intently to what I was looking for. The exact model was at a different dealer and he even went and picked it up and drove it back to Space Coast. I've had my car serviced at First Texas Honda before and it was always a good experience. Last week, I bought a car from them, and it was a truly satisfying from start to finish. Jaimi Moses was attentive to what we were looking for, very knowledgeable about the different models, very patient to explain the different features, never pressured us into making a decision but kept in touch. We interfaced with two other staff people when we closed on the car, and they were equally easy to work with. First Texas Honda also has an incredible coffee bar! I plan to take my car back there for all it's regular servicing needs.
