As much as we love our Honda's we make sure we go to the BEST DEALERS in the city. My husband & I have purchased 5 cars and on 10/27/2018 was our 6th vehicle purchased! I met with Peter yesterday. From the very beginning, he was very inviting made me and my wife feel very comfortable. I had already known what I wanted to buy. Peter answered all our questions, but more importantly wasn?t pressuring for the sale which was very impressive, after the test drive, we sat down to crunch numbers. My wife and I were not happy with the first round of numbers. Peter reassured us. He was willing to work with us to get the payment that we wanted. After a couple of attempts and a lot of back-and-forth, he made good on his word to work with us and he made us very happy. More dealerships should hire men like Peter. He was very patient well informed and most of all did not make us feel pressured or uncomfortable during the whole process. We are extremely happy with our new car and will definitely be back in the future. Overall a quick and easy experience. The salesperson I worked with was polite and friendly. Finance helped with a better rate and overall it was a good car buying experience. The other used salesman was pushy on add-ons and tried to sell me on an (in my opinion) not needed add-on. Other than that it was decent.

I really do not like shopping for a car, BUT, the experience I had working with Damion Loman was a very positive one from start to finish. He was willing to listen to my situation, and without any pressure supplied me with numerous options. Once I decided to go in the direction that I did, he worked hard to get me the best deal for me and not necessarily Honda. He remained professional, yet still very personable at the same time. I would highly recommend Damion if you are in the market for a Honda vehicle.

My family and I went into Honda of the desert to look into two types of cars, we were helped out by ADRIAN. Brian (Sales) and Clay (Financing) were absolutely fantastic. We were buying a 2011 Honda CR-V for my daughter, and the entire experience was amazing. Found the car on Auto Trader, and Brian contacted me as soon as I checked availability. We drove down and checked the car, test drove it, Brian let me check everything, I felt really comfortable about the car, and we were ready to buy. Clay was really great during negotiation, and completed everything quickly. Even though this was an older used car, both Brian and Clay were very professional and very customer-focused. If I were to buy another Honda, I would definitely go to Honda of the Avenues, and specifically request Brian and Clay.

We were in the market for a commuter/vacation car and narrowed it down to a 20 Honda Civic Sport and 20 Toyo Corolla SE. We shopped central Florida and Atlanta extensively and decided on the 20 Civic Sport. We went with Honda of the Avenues for several reasons first being the deal no one could touch and Thomas Phelps was our voice as he fought to get us to that deal and lock down the deal. We also appreciated him having all paperwork ready as we are from N Fl and arrived late but everything went smoothly from start to finish including him taking the time to go over the features on the car. We also appreciated Clay Fenwick in Finance making the signing process enjoyable and efficient. We highly recommend Thomas to be your voice as he will do all he can to close your deal and we will be referring family/friends to him for any of their automotive needs!!!

It took a little too much time and effort to get in contact with your service department through the telephone it took 5 calls to get through.
