I recently just purchased a car from Lia Honda in Enfield . It was the best experience for purchasing a car. Mark was super friendly and attentive, also very knowledgeable with the cars. Also Mike was also so friendly and made the process so much easier and faster.

While still not a fan of the whole car buying experience, the Lia team made the best of it for us. We actually felt for Edwin Guzman as it seemed he was juggling a couple of sales at once. He took all the time needed with us to go over the Ridgeline's features and got our phones paired for us. Business office visit was fairly painless and probably as quick as it could be. Overall, a good experience for us.

Edwin Guzman of Lia Honda was exceptionally kind and patient with me. I had left another dealer when the salesperson did not acknowledge me in any way and when I asked for help to buy a new gently used car he said “ I have nothing to offer you.” I found Ed to be the opposite. Helpful , polite and courteous, he had three cars to choose from and he made my experience easy and rewarding . Three days later I had my new car , all paperwork completed and I was one happy customer.

(Tom) my husband told him we are here looking for a used car for $22,000 or less.Exavier asked us to follow him and he will check the inventory. Exavier said “I have a 2021 Honda HRV and a Nissan Rogue. Exavier went & got the Honda and brought it right to me. Tom and I looked it over and we liked it.
