I really love driving this truck. It rides and handles like a car but you have a truck when you need it. The only negative I have is it has a lot of wind noise which is annoying.

Purchased this 2023 Ridgeline after my 2020 was totaled out. The 2020 gets slightly better gas mileage, but they are very comfortable and quiet vehicles. I have many friends with larger trucks that have poor ride quality and lack the ease of use. The best thing is that Honda last forever. I still have and drive a 92 Civic. Two things I wish Honda and other manufacturers would do in the mid size truck market; one is make the back seats recline and make a reliable hybrid. Everything else is perfect. I was going to buy a newer Ridgeline since the display controls are better, but I loved the in bed speakers that are no longer on the newer models. It’s more truck than you’ll need for 90% of what you use it for.

Bought this 2023 Ridgeline RTL used with only 4000 miles in Nov 2024, so it is essentially a new car. I was coming from a similar class, a 2018 Nissan Frontier. The new electronics suite is really nice. Turning radius is slightly less, so still getting used to that especially when backing into spaces. The tilt down/swing open tailgate is very handy, and the extra trunk under the deck is a Godsend for groceries, and the trunk also keeps the spare tire out of the elements until that rare time I have to get at it. All in all I like it a lot (price tag could have been lower), but no real complaints as yet. Only little things are that I am still reaching for a shifter (push button automatic), and reaching to turn off the key (which is now a fob in my pocket). Nice smooth ride which is really nice for some of the longer rides I take.

Excellent and very safe truck to drive daily. Gets 20.5-21 MPG on the highway and 17 in town. Great design but could use a bit more horsepower and torque.

The sales person was very attentive. She made things smoth and easy. Easy to talk to as well as listen to.

Can’t beat this Ridgeline for comfort and amenities. 18k miles and it’s been a pleasure other than two small issues. The CarPlay continuously disconnects and according to the dealer, there is no fix. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t. It’s basically useless. Also, wireless charging does not work. It connects but never charges. Same response, no fix at the dealer. Such a great vehicle I would highly recommend but these two issues mar an otherwise nearly perfect truck.

We found a car we liked online and went and looked. We were able to take the car for a test drive, the price matched what we had in mind, so we bought it. We had pre-approved financing through USAA, so that made it even easier. We'll be back.

The 2023 Honda Ridgeline RTL-E has performed up to my expectations! The ride is smooth, the engine performance is everything that I expected, the transmission shifts without notice, the interior is extremely nice and the truck bed is great!

Love everything about this truck except the radio and android auto I have the RTL HPD version with the radio that requires smart phone interface for maps etc. It is very complicated interface and dissapointing. RTL E has built in navigation and superior radio. I like everything else.

I bought my 2011 Ridgeline in October 2021. The handling is very good and secret compartment is very nice. I got it with only 54k which is phenomenal for a vehicle that is 11 years old. I traded my my lexus for it and glad I did. The RTL is the full package and it's great in snow.

I toggled between 4&5 stars and I landed on 5 (which is hard to do with me)and I will tell you why.I started out with BMotors over a month ago looking at one particular 5th wheel and after it had been listed that it had some things that worked it actually didnt but well my son was a used car dealer for many years and this was the reason I asked for it to be checked.I know how things work in used vehicles its not always obvious even to the dealerships. They could have sold me it as it was but they were 100% honest and said they needed to put me in another trailer.This is the most important aspect of a dealership really. You get what they are saying! This new 5th wheel is more then double the price but its more then worth it and I am satisfied with it They did good by me and in house financed me on top of it. Bret was amazing and answered every time I text him a question or concern. When I was ready to haul this giant 5th wheel for the very first time with a truck I just purchased they actually had their service guy (and another employee follow)drive about 6 miles with me to get me out of the city and show me how to make the turns and show me how to use the brake system on the trailer.This is above and beyond!! Great “SUT” (sports utility truck). This vehicle will last you well past the 250,000 mile mark. I wish Honda would level it from production and get away from that rake look. This vehicle was not designed to keep up with the likes of 4Runners, Tacoma’s or the GMC midsize trucks. It’s a Honda with a Honda twist to be different. Once they make this vehicle leveled from the factory with at least 8 1/2 inches of ground clearance, this vehicle will need very little mods if any. P.S. Honda start making timing chain V6 engines and ditch the timing belt… our (consumer) cost will drop dramatically after 100K.

The guys at Unlimited had just the car I was looking for! As my wife and I approached the car we had our eyes on, we were delighted to see that a dealer had unlocked the car from the remote so we could check it out. Once we were in the car we fell in love with it. As I took it on a test drive I noticed a vibration in the steering and after mentioning it to the team they pulled it into their shop and fixed it on the spot. I've had my '19 Ridgeline RTL-E for about 3 years now, she's my daily. Super comfortable ride, I'm 5'10 with long legs and I do wish that the driver seat would go back just a tad bit more. One thing that has spoiled me is the heated steering wheel, I love that feature. As far as the performance goes, it's pretty quick once you get going. I wish it was much more responsive rather than the slow take off it has now. The 6-speed transmission does worry me as I have heard some concerning things about it, and I love to keep my vehicles until they quit on me. Other than that, I do enjoy the rear power sliding window, and the speakers in the bed. Many of my truck buddies are impressed by this mid-size truck's handle and as am I.

Pros: This the best pickup for an average pickup truck owner. I have no plans on towing anything and the truck drives very good. The Ridgeline interior is quiet and spacious, is an excellent highway cruiser, has very good sight lines, excellent seat comfort, nice storage spaces in the cab and truck bed, and is well made with a solid structure. The interior materials are made up of quality pieces. Fits my garage. The Honda engineering is so good that I can overlook or accept the minuses. Cons: The Ridgeline is missing some features and the tech needs updating. I am happy with my truck. My Honda dealership made my purchase transaction very simple.

Owned one. Drove very glamour cars in my life and this truck was my favorite vehicle. Want another one. Best engineering for trunk and easy access to spare tire and rest. Very comfortable ride like riding in any expensive car have owned before.

I leased my Ridgeline in January 2017 and bought it out of its lease at the end of 2019. I love that it's quiet, smooth, and drives more like a car or luxury SUV than a truck. The interior is sleek and I really like the in-bed trunk. I drive mostly highway miles and get ~24 mpg. It's closer to 25+ in the summer and 22 in the winter. It always shifted strangely and in 2021 (at 140,000 miles), it seized up and I brought it in for a diagnosis. They said my catalytic converters were fried, which was a $5,000 fix. Earlier that year, it had some fuel injector issues that were covered by recall. Asking the mechanic, he thought the fuel injector issue may have caused the catalytic converter damage. The next summer (at 180,000 miles), the same seize-up issue happened, so we replaced the transmission, which has fixed the issue. It shifts better now than it ever has. Luckily, my dealer was good to work with and did it at cost. I have only towed on two or three occasions, so I was surprised by the transmission issues. Overall, I have been satisfied with the vehicle and would buy another Ridgeline. It's big enough to tow the few small things I need to, the interior is comfortable and quiet, smooth driving, and I have been able to achieve the posted fuel economy (18/25).

Have only owned my 2011 ridgeline since july 2020. Bought it with 108500 miles. Had to replace timing belt, water pump, plugs. Normal maintenance for the mileage. Absolutely love the ridgeline. Being older (78) i don't need it for anything heavy like the full size trucks. The 5ft bed works good for our craft projects, now can go to craft shows in one vehicle instead of cramming items into 2 smaller cars. Two disappointments is that the bluetooth is only for phone calls, and the navigation screen really old fashion. No hidef like todays vehicles.

Some folks say this isn't a real truck. But if you want a wonderfully smooth ride, ingenious places to put your stuff, reliability, and style, this IS your truck. We wanted room for 4 and this truck is spacious. We can haul anything we have need to haul and look good doing it. What more could you ask for in a truck?

This is my 3rd Ridgeline, a white/black edition. I am a commited Ridgline fan-boy. While not as robust as some larger "work" trucks, this is the perfect gentlemans truck Two biggest benefits are: reliability and superior gas mileage above all others in it's class

Purchase the Ridgeline used. I like the way it drives and handles. Used through several home renovations handled loads fine. One major problem with all Ridgeline roof racks they leak all four stanchions in the car show leakage Honda refuses to admit it's their problem

It fits all of my needs. It is comfortable to take on trips, can haul all my needs, either for things I need for my home ,on a weeklong fishing trip or a vacation down south. Overall, it is the perfect vehicle for me.

My wife and I recently purchased a new car from McDonald Mazda in Lakewood. I’ve purchased 7 cars in my lifetime from dealerships, and this was by far the easiest and most satisfying car purchase I’ve ever made. Customer service was EXCELLENT, and even the finance manager (Johnny) was super easy to work with and not pushy at all. I was so surprised at how open and transparent everyone was with buying a car. AND it didn’t take countless hours to make the purchase. Yaay!! Our salesperson was named Santiago, and he was extremely helpful in answering our questions, and showing us all the details about the car we ended up buying. I was expecting some type of dealer fine print to pull the rug from under us, or some excuse about why the price was going to be higher, but everything was clear and accurate (I like to research cars before I even go to a dealership to look at them). We got way more than I expected for our trade-in, we were able to take advantage of Mazda’s financing deal AND special discounts, and Santiago even took our photo with the new car once we were done (and put it in a frame for us). Seriously?! I’ve NEVER had a dealer/salesperson come anywhere close to this level of customer service. 10-stars for McDonald Mazda, Santiago, and Johnny. You know they made a lasting impression because we still remember their names a month after buying our car! :-)

Recently purchased a used 2019 RTL-T model. First impressions are rides like a high-end car, with the functionality of a truck: very impressed. I bought it for everyday use (I'm retired, play golf) and the occasional use for hauling lumber for home projects. The interior is a-plus, except for the minor un-functionality of the infotainment system: no mute button for audio system on steering wheel or on display, must go through a menu to get to active music screen and USB cable tether for Android Auto instead of wireless. Otherwise, excellent! Ride is superior to any other midsize truck, interior is attractive and spacious; leather seats are just a little firm (less so than a Cadillac which I feel are unreasonably firm!!!). Power train is very responsive and lite on fuel as compared to a full size truck. With Honda reliability and car/truck versatility, I do not know how I have lived without it for all these years!
