I had been looking for a Highlander for over a month and saw a nice one at Greenwood. I have talked to a number of sales people and by far Tom was the most down to earth. There was no pressure and he did what he said he would do. He helped me get a great rate for my loan and the experience was sooth and relatively easy. I always have excellent customer service, as well as maintenance of my car. All employees are helpful and professional. They even compensated me with a credit for waiting an unexpected amount of time. I didn’t even have to complain! All around I recommend this Honda service center for their excellent customer service and awesome work they do for maintenance.

I am 20 years old and this was my first car purchase on my own-so I was very nervous. Buzz and Ed could not have been more helpful and honest. Even with my limited credit history, they got me an amazing first time buyer rate. The car was making an intermittent noise, which made it difficult for them to determine the cause. They promised they would fix it if their mechanic could hear the noise. It took me a couple of trips, but they finally heard and fixed it right away. I am extremely happy with the car and their service.!!
I really, really liked the no-haggle car shopping experience at Planet Honda. I've gone through the high-pressure sales pitch thing before at other places, and it is not for me. Instead, at Planet Honda we had a very helpful and knowledgeable representative (thanks, Brian D.!) who was extremely patient with us as we tried to decide between used and new, different models, and so on. Brian went out of his way to help us find the right car that fit our needs and budget. This was the best car-shopping experience I've had - no pressure, just helpful, excellent customer service.
Just bought a car from here and was impressed with the friendliness and service this family owned business provides. The car had some chipped paint on the driver side door handles which they took care of, taking care of this by removing the handles, repainting them and remounting them, which is the best way to handle this repair. Two days after taking the car, the tire low pressure light went on but none of the tires were low. I called Griffin and they said to take it to a local tire shop to have it checked on. Turns out one of the tire pressure sensors was bad. Griffin picked up the charge for replacing the faulty sensor.
I can honestly say that I have never had an easier car buying experience. Coupled with the service and care they provide, I highly recommend Griffin Automotive if you are in the market for a used Japanese vehicle with low miles (their specialty).
