Love the car....I have 2 concerns. First, the driver's seat is not comfortable (this is my wife's car) ....the other seats are fine. This is weird. We have the all wheeled drive version. It loves gasoline !!! My Toyota Corolla gets 38-40 mpg with a smaller but peppier engine. This HR-V Gets between 25-28.....not sure why. HOWEVER. This car drives like a dream... VERY SMOOTH. Love the car !!!

My last four cars have been Honda Accords. This time I purchased a 2025 Accord Hybrid Touring trim. My previous Honda was a 2013 Accord EX-L V6 w/Nav; I liked it better. It accelerated, it was comfortable but not too big, it was dependable, it had the right amount of high tech features. By contrast the 2025 Hybrid Touring accelerates at a more leisurely pace, is comfortable (with exceptions), is hopefully dependable (we'll find out), and is overly technical in the display and elsewhere. It is bigger than my 2013 Accord (more than mid-size in my view), and that concerns me. Everything in the well-less trunk sloshes around. There are no buttons to push to open garage doors; Honda asks the owner to subscribe for and download an app called MyQ and link it with HondaLink in the display for a software solution. The two apps refuse to link in my car, and I am not about to pay a monthly subscription charge for SaaS when buttons would have been fine. Sure, my MPG have risen from 27 to 45, but who really cares? With the Touring, there is no height adjustment on the front passenger seat, and I am not yet fully comfortable with the lumbar support on the driver's seat. There are two many controls on the steering wheel, dashboard, and display. Simplify, Honda! Simplify, simplify, simplify!

Bought a 2011 Honda Element with 4WD. I spotted the internet listing and immediately contacted the dealership. After reviewing the CARFAX report, I made a quick decision to buy the vehicle for the full asking price and paid a large deposit by credit card. I was comfortable buying the car without seeing it or driving it since the seller was a Honda dealership- I knew the car would be inspected and serviced by the dealership before it was put on the market.

This is my 3rd Ridgeline, a white/black edition. I am a commited Ridgline fan-boy. While not as robust as some larger "work" trucks, this is the perfect gentlemans truck Two biggest benefits are: reliability and superior gas mileage above all others in it's class

Linda at Tom Woods dealership in the service department was excellent! Not only that my oil was changed but it got pint inspection. And to top it all off my car got washed. Bought a 2022 Honda Civic Sport for my nephew. It was one of the best car buying experiences I’ve ever had. My nephew totaled his 2020 Hyundai Kona and said he’d like a Honda Civic. I had the pleasure of working with Rob Agee who couldn’t be more helpful or nice along with his manager Shelly. Rob has been with this dealership since 2009 and Shelly for 32 years. I own a funeral home and have purchased numerous cars through the years and never have I had this level of service. Lockhart Cadillac needs to take note. I let them know that I wanted to purchase a car for my nephews Christmas present. When we picked up the car, they had it in the show room with a big green bow on it. Made my nephew feel important and really rolled out the red carpet for us. They are first class people who know their product. In all the years I’ve bought Cadillacs, I rarely find the same salesperson when I go back. Ed Martin must take care of their people as Rob and Shelly both have many years at this dealership. This is my second Honda Odyssey Elite having traded in my 2019 for a 2023. Why did I make the trade? I hadn't had any problems with my 2019, but the trade in value of my 2019 made the purchase of a 2023 a "no brainer". I had considered purchasing a Toyota Sienna Platinum because of the fuel economy. But the price of the Toyota was so much higher than the Honda, especially when you consider that the Rear Seat Entertainment System costs extra on the Toyota and dealers are adding premiums above MSRP. I calculated I would have to drive the a Toyota around 80,000 miles before I would actually begin saving money on gasoline.

Purchased this 2023 Ridgeline after my 2020 was totaled out. The 2020 gets slightly better gas mileage, but they are very comfortable and quiet vehicles. I have many friends with larger trucks that have poor ride quality and lack the ease of use. The best thing is that Honda last forever. I still have and drive a 92 Civic. Two things I wish Honda and other manufacturers would do in the mid size truck market; one is make the back seats recline and make a reliable hybrid. Everything else is perfect. I was going to buy a newer Ridgeline since the display controls are better, but I loved the in bed speakers that are no longer on the newer models. It’s more truck than you’ll need for 90% of what you use it for.

The car will be repaired o ly by the Honda certified mechanics, as well as for oil change. This car is the best for all seasons, t drives nicelly in winter and it has more safety options.

Bought this 2023 Ridgeline RTL used with only 4000 miles in Nov 2024, so it is essentially a new car. I was coming from a similar class, a 2018 Nissan Frontier. The new electronics suite is really nice. Turning radius is slightly less, so still getting used to that especially when backing into spaces. The tilt down/swing open tailgate is very handy, and the extra trunk under the deck is a Godsend for groceries, and the trunk also keeps the spare tire out of the elements until that rare time I have to get at it. All in all I like it a lot (price tag could have been lower), but no real complaints as yet. Only little things are that I am still reaching for a shifter (push button automatic), and reaching to turn off the key (which is now a fob in my pocket). Nice smooth ride which is really nice for some of the longer rides I take.

Too often you go to a car dealership with feeling like the vultures are descending upon you. When I arrived at the dealership no one came out to hassle me while I was looking. When we were done looking a salesman did approach us. His name was Neal Graham. Neal was warm, friendly and attentive. My father-in -law was with me as he himself had purchased a brand new Toyota just two years ago at this very dealership. He was right to recommend them to me. He would later say " How did you feel about your experience today"? I said " That's a dealership that gets it." Ed Martin Toyota is just simply the best dealership in Indiana. While I am ringing their bell the finance did a remarkable job explaining everything to us. Thanks Sam! There are very few places anymore that can bring you "The A game" in customer service. CRV has been a very good good vehicle. Engine has lots of power for its size category. Exterior and interior materials are very high quality, especially on the EX-L versions and higher. Car has required very little maintenance other than scheduled items. Rear visibility is better than many other SUVs. Cargo volume and rear seat legroom are more than ample. Gas mileage is pretty impressive as well. We liked the CRV so much, we bought a second one.

Service advisor was very polite and friendly, explained everything very well. Vehicle was repaired and delivered as promised and I was REMEMBERED from my many prior visits. Service advisor received me into the bay early so I didn't have to wait.

My mom got this car and it is so cool. Very comfortable. I like how the seats lean back and you can lay down and relax!

No complaints overall on performance and durability. Only drawbacks is road noise. If you like to avoid road noise, this car is not for you. noise is too much than expected. i even went to Honda dealer to report noise, they replied me this is normal honda noise.

This dealer is the bomb, I drove six hours to get to the dealership and the car that I drove to see was exactly how they described. Closed the deal within 1 hr. When I got home I looked for the wheel lock nut and it wasn’t there, went to dealer locally and bought one. Let unlimited motors know about the transaction and they refunded me for the part. Good handling car in all weather. Blind spots in back causes me to pay extra attention to people coming up on my sides. Great mileage if you avoid excessive speed. Quite riding vehicle.

I absolutely love this car. I traded my 2023 Subaru Outback Touring XT for this 2025 Honda CR-V Hybrid Sport Touring. I absolutely love the way it drives. I have had hybrids before from Toyota and they drive like you know they are a hybrid with noisy obnoxious engines. This car is smooth and has great road manners. It isn't a sports car by any means, but I love the way it drives. It is not your typical fuel sipping hybrid SUV. I would highly recommend this vehicle.

I have owned my HR-V for about a month. Did have to tint my windows was no big deal. I think it had great power has alot on get up and go. Just the right size for me. Still learning what all the buttons do. Overall I am very pleased. First Honda owned.
