I haven’t had a bad experience so far, but i have only been here a few times for service. I am scared because of all these terrible reviews though. Management really needs to fix these problems. Big red flag. Again, I’ve had no issues. Leased a car and been in for service.

Very nice car. My previous was a 2020 Accord. This hybrid Accord Sport L is way better. Do not get me wrong. The 2020 is a very good car. Someone is quite happy with it, no doubts. I recommend buying a spare. I chose Modern Spare. Spendy. Great quality. Hope I never use it. The spare fits underneath the trunk where the inflator is. Just remove the foam. Comes with everything you need plus a threaded plate to secure it. All fits in and around the spare. Plus, I got jumper cables in there. We think the car is quiet. I notice others think not. Plenty of power. Mileage I have gotten is much better than what it is rated at. Love the paddles. Fake down shifters. Much less use of brakes for lights and stop signs. Planning to keep this car for quite awhile.

It was very welcoming and no pushy sales. The sales man was knowledgeable about the vehicle as well as the process of purchasing, and all the way up to insurance and registration requirements.

I absolutely love this car. I traded my 2023 Subaru Outback Touring XT for this 2025 Honda CR-V Hybrid Sport Touring. I absolutely love the way it drives. I have had hybrids before from Toyota and they drive like you know they are a hybrid with noisy obnoxious engines. This car is smooth and has great road manners. It isn't a sports car by any means, but I love the way it drives. It is not your typical fuel sipping hybrid SUV. I would highly recommend this vehicle.

After almost 180,000 trouble-free miles with our 2015 Pilot and an excellent Honda dealer near by, we really didn’t look hard at anything but another Pilot when it was time for a new car. Our EXL, purchased in March 2024, just turned 20,000 miles. We have had no issues with it, and the trip computer says we have averaged 27.1 mpg over the last 5500 miles. That is about 4.5 mpg better than the 2015. The good: It is extremely roomy and comfortable, even the third-row seats. We are very pleased with the fuel economy for a vehicle of this size. The headlights are the best we’ve had on any vehicle. I really like the rugged looks, especially compared the the previous generation. It’s great on snowy and slippery surfaces. The not-as-good: This is my first vehicle with all the modern safety aids. I find the lane-departure system annoying, especially in construction zones. The first time I backed out of the garage with bikes on a hitch-mounted carrier, the car automatically slammed on the brakes so hard I thought I ran into something. (Pro tip: Use tow mode when hauling bikes.) I don’t use the adaptive cruise control because it starts matching the speed of the vehicle ahead long before I would normally change lanes to pass, even with the system adjusted accordingly. However, I can’t see that future vehicles will have FEWER of these features, so I suppose I will just have to get used to them.

James and Lin were great. Night and day difference between this dealership and another I had gone too. It was my first time buying a car and I had already had Earnhardt Toyota nearby rope a dope me around for 5 hours with bs. I went in and they were able to get me the car I wanted at the price I could afford. This is stress relieving as I am a college student that works full time. They had me in and out in less than 3hours and they were easy to work with, were very straightforward, and had very little bs to drag you around and keep you there forever. Overall, great experience buying my first car.

This is our second odyssey, love the can with all the safety features. We have had great reliability, and now have just under 100,000 miles (99683) and have had only minor issues. Normal wear items plus an injector problem repaired under warranty. A few recall items ( door handles, back up camera fuel pump) all taken care of under warranty Love this vehicle, love it and will buy another when they redesign it. Rides very well, has a ton of safety features, interior is very comfortable. Highly pleased.

I have owned my HR-V for about a month. Did have to tint my windows was no big deal. I think it had great power has alot on get up and go. Just the right size for me. Still learning what all the buttons do. Overall I am very pleased. First Honda owned.

I love the fact that it is self-charging. That was a huge factor in my decision. The car if comfortable for me but my taller husband finds it a bit small and confining. It has great pickup and I have saved a lot of time and money by not having to fill up with gas so often. The one thing I am worried about it the quality of the tires. They are low-profile tires, filled with nitrogen and the vehicle does not come with a spare. This put us in a hazardous situation when one tire blew out on I-95. Without a spare, we had to get towed to the nearest dealership in Virginia. I wish I could replace all the tires with regular ones, but that is not possible with this make and model.

Tempe Honda. What can I say? I have nothing but good things to say now. As a loyal Honda customer, I am heavily impressed with Tempe Honda, specifically Lou Sofre. To start, my wife's car was totaled a couple months ago and we finally got paid out, and I talked her into a Honda. She wanted a new HRV, so we went searching in the worst possible time with the chip shortage. we went to one dealer (not going to name names) in the morning, who tried to market adjust a base HRV 6 grand and told us they couldn't bring it down. We called Tempe Honda and they could get us in a car that same day with no market adjustments. When we tried to tell the Honda dealer we were currently sitting at, they told us that the deal wasn't real. Well, we got to Tempe Honda, and ended up with a great deal on a brand new 2022 HRV. This buying experience with Lou, was simple, quick, easy and very fair. So much so, that I decided to make the plunge and purchase my first ever car with Lou and Tempe Honda too. Lou went out of his way to make sure that a bad experience I had with the service center in 2018 was addressed and would not happen in the future, and I could not be happier with my brand new 2022 Civic sport hatchback. Very strong trade In values for cars as well, with very hassle free negotiation. Lou also put up with my two weeks of constant texts about the car as I was impatiently waiting for it to come from the factory. Car turned out beautiful. This car was bought to replace a 2017 Toyota Camry that was totaled in an accident. After much searching we found the interior/exterior color combo we wanted. This is our first hybrid ,and while it takes a little time to get used to the feel of a hybrid, we were very happy with the drivability and overall feel of the car.Honda claims up to 48 MPG city. We've achieved low 40's since our current commute is very short. That will most likely change once I start driving for Uber again, so I'm confident that the MPG figure will reach Honda's claim.

Roomy , great gas mileage. Only problem is loud road noise, sometimes problem connecting phone to radio. Heat and air work really good. Nice interior, window fogs a lot.

I love my Honda CRV! I have always driven Honda Accords, but when none were available, the sales rep recommended the Honda CRV. We took it for a test drive, and it handled very well. The seating is comfortable. The design of the interior and exterior of the CRV is excellent. Would definitely buy it again. Highly recommended!

Not an improvement over our 2011 CRV in any respect. The CVT sounds cheap, not an enough legroom, compass continual needs resetting and the stereo is marginal. Had to have a water pump replacement at 82,000 miles. No fun to drive and AWD isn’t the best.

Good handling car in all weather. Blind spots in back causes me to pay extra attention to people coming up on my sides. Great mileage if you avoid excessive speed. Quite riding vehicle.

This is my second Honda Odyssey Elite having traded in my 2019 for a 2023. Why did I make the trade? I hadn't had any problems with my 2019, but the trade in value of my 2019 made the purchase of a 2023 a "no brainer". I had considered purchasing a Toyota Sienna Platinum because of the fuel economy. But the price of the Toyota was so much higher than the Honda, especially when you consider that the Rear Seat Entertainment System costs extra on the Toyota and dealers are adding premiums above MSRP. I calculated I would have to drive the a Toyota around 80,000 miles before I would actually begin saving money on gasoline.
