Love my 2020 Accord EX-L...very roomy and it has a very comfortable interior. It has a few things missing that surprises me on an EX-L trim such as courtesy lights in the doors. Honda has the knockouts but no wiring harness. The lights are only available on the most expensive Touring model which is ridiculous as this is a $20 item. Honda also has chosen to not have the lights on the trunk light up when you hit the brakes...they are only reflectors but do light up on the Touring model. I HOPE AND PRAY THAT MY PAINT DOES NOT CHIP OFF LIKE IS HAPPENING ON SO MANY HONDA'S. I had the paint chip off the car on my 2008 Civic and on the roof of my 2014 PIlot. Of course Honda takes no responsibility for this even though its happening to countless Honda customers across many years and models. They have already chosen to remove the sunroof as standard on many Pilot models as well.

Brent did a great job with my vehicle. I was skeptical at first but Brent eased my concerns. When I communicated that the repair was still under warranty, he did a good job with communicating the the agency to get the process taken care of. He kept me updated on what was going on. It was greatly appreciated!

Absolutely love my car. 2018 SI sedan 6speed manual. A/C was fixed at dealer a while back. No problem since. No other problems of any kind. I never get under 35MPG COMBINED city and freeway. We drove to Phoenix and never got gas on the way. I’m at almost 90k miles, favorite car I have owned. I added a subwoofer to the stock stereo and it’s pretty good with Dolby Neural. I am amazed at the engineering to have over 200hp and just under 40mpg. Seat material is cheap. That’s one complaint. And it rides like a civic SI especially in sport mode. The handling is top notch I’ve scared a few people taking corners. If you like the SI cars over the years, this is one of the best

I got this Civic Touring 2018 from my son as a gift. To my surprise, it’s quite comfortable inside, not tight at all. The ride is comfortable and road noises not pronounced, but wind noise increases when the speed goes beyond 60 mph. I just got this car less than 3 months so I didn’t spend much time in dashboard functions and buttons. Those on the steering wheel need my study too. The GPS is not good compared with Google’s even after new updates from Honda (Garmin). I always use gps on cellphone. Will come back after having enough experiences.

Brian in finance was wonderful as well, even got my payment lower than what I had told them I wanted to keep it around.Then the delivery guys were awesome as well, Tom was very nice! More Than a 5 Star rating if there ever was one needed. The greatest fear of any motorist is having an emergency repair situation when traveling. I am not from El Paso but on the Friday the 26th of September an unfortunate circumstance concerning my 2025 Honda Accord bearly a month old needed some serious ER type service while traveling from Las Cruces back to my home town of San Antonio. I left Las Cruces at 4 a.m. and just as I was leaving El Paso I pulled off to get some gas. It was still dark and I misjudged a curb duing my exit/ entrance into the access into the gas station resulting in some serious under-carriage damage. I had to turnaorund and head to the nearest Honda dealership. God and his angles were watching over me. I was ther at the dealership an roughly anhour and a half before opening. There was a porterwaiting at the gate then Sally Zubi showed up to aid in opening up the dealership. She was so kind, caring and empathet to my situation and assured me that they would take care of me. Allowed me to use the facilities to try and relax. Nestor the parts dept. expert did a search and found exactly what was needed to get me back to SA safely and said it was a part that was rarely in stock but was on site. Then Richard Guzman and Bobby Dominguez arrived. This team of immeadiately gathered in the parts dept. and asked me to wait in the outer seating area. I was later called in and taken to the garage area. All but nestor were present and they had me take pics of the damage and told me the plan of what could be done to get me back safely and at what cost. These individuals have my highrest admiration and respect. They are in the people business to serve it just so happens it is in the auto indutry. Quality , empathy, and caring. They could have taken me for a ride but were so upfront and honest in there approach that they have restored my faith in the sevice industry in general. These are a special group of people and El Paso Honda is beyond blessed to have them in their emplyment. The city of El Paso has a gift in this dealership, bar none they are legit and are genuine in what they do for their cusomers. Thank you so much!!!

I traded in a 2017 Honda CR-V Touring because it was going to to cost more to fix the major issues (as a second owner I did not know the CR-V had that many things wrong). I put money down on the Civic Sport that I was going to use for the repairs. I do have to say it's a nice car and I hope it will last longer than I expect. That being said I didn't want to buy another Honda but I did go to a dealership that I trust more than anybody else. I will come back and further my review once I have 5,000 miles on it.

I went into the dealership with very high hopes but very low expectations because I have some severe credit issues. Joseph Franklin greeted me at the door. He was very friendly and gave off a great vibe. During my appointment, people were pulling at him left and right from constant phone calls to in house interruptions. He handled every distraction with extreme patience and professionalism. Even though I couldn't get into the car that I had chosen online, Joseph showed me several options and made the process so pleasant. I walked out of there with a car that I really like and that suits my needs. Joseph is an awesome sales person and a definite asset to DriveTime.

I Love my honda just wish the seats would go higher they seam to sit very low, the passenger mirrow gets in the way for me im a shorty but other than that it’s amazing im a Honda person….

Bought this as a commuter. I get way about the EPA estimate for MPG. I average 45mpg across a tank of gas. I have the 2.0L model. So easy to do maintenance on and just works. I bought it as a lease turn-in when it was 3 years old and had 34k miles on it. I have 138k on the odometer now. In that entire time, I have replaced a single item that was not part of regular maintenance - some fuel sensor that the dealer replaced because of a light on the dash and was around $150 to diagnose and fix. Otherwise just the basic stuff - oil, brakes, spark plugs, wipers, etc. There has been one common fault that if you look at these reviews long enough you will see. An A/C problem was common on this generation. There is a factory recall on it. Both mine, and my brothers 2017 model had it done at no charge. Other than that my only grips on this car are minor crap like a select few button placement choices or the oddness that the driver can't operate all windows with the window lock engaged - usually that is bypassed only for the driver. So shy of some very small things, I would buy another one of these in a heartbeat.

Overall my Pearlita has been beyond reliabe, comfy, Greatbon gas and roomy However hit 65k and worries began. Replaced gasket, recommended spark plugs begore my 100 k mark.. Def recommend warranty. Lodi Honda took care of me!

Great car; turbo 1.5 liter, very peppy. Had one issue with my info screen which was satisfactorily resolved. In eco mode, getting 34 mpg. Like the exterior styling very much, and would buy another Civic. Have had two Honda Accords in the past.

After changing jobs and having to drive 100 miles round trip, I decided to buy the 2023 Honda Civic, I think it was the best decision of my life, not only does it save me a lot of gas but it looks spectacular on the outside and not to mention The interior is simply perfect with a lot of space, like any criticism there are negative points such as the sound system which in my opinion lacks power to be able to listen to your favorite songs at full volume, another point that I would like to highlight is that it lacks entry to the car without having to use your remote control even my 2011 grand cherokee has it, in a general perspective it seems like a good car for price, safety and appearance, it has been my first honda and I think I will continue with the tradition of continuing to buy this model for a long time

I traded in my 22 Accord with the 1.5T and CVT transmission. My 2021 has the 2.0T and 10 speed automatic. It’s a great car for the money, dollar for dollar, you cannot beat it! Fully Loaded, very strong motor and tranny, rides beautiful, handles everything beautifully!

Got this car for a good deal. The look is better than I anticipated, especially the silver color. People mistake the car for the Accord, that's how good it looks. The interior is also luxurious, people were surprised and thought I had a BMW or Mercedes. The ride is very smooth. Fuel efficient. The only con is the road noise, which can be ignored with the amazing Bose system. Overall, the touring model is better than the Corolla, equivalent to a Camry or Accord EXL.

Loved my new professional experience with Simon S. at West Houston Subaru. We were his 3rd sell that day and made him a Hero with sales. Honestly, he was our hero, as he took such fabulous care of us so close to closing time. Today, he scheduled me come in to explain all the features of the car with detailing and took time out of his sales day. He's the best! My wife and I purchased a used 2018 Accord EX in early 2021. Best sedan we've owned up to date. The only reason we traded it in recently was to buy something bigger (Acura MDX) as our family has outgrown the Accord. I wasn't a big fan of the cvt, but the car makes up for it in other ways. It had all the safety features you would need in day to day life, mpg was never a problem yet had plenty of power to get up and go, overall a very fun car to drive. We live in Southern Iowa, but traveled to Omaha, Minneapolis, and took a family road trip to the Great smoky mountains in Tennessee. The car never gave us a single problem the entire time we owned it. I would highly recommend this vehicle to anyone.

Have had this car for almost 2 years now. I love my little Honda Civic. I love the styling on the exterior, however I feel like the interior styling is a tad "out-of-date," even for 2018. I love the sparkle of the paint that my dark blue Honda Civic has, and it has held up very well. The interior, however, feels a little cheap and there are quite a few rattles that are annoying. I ended up replacing the radio because I was tired of the stock head unit that just wasn't very functional. The engine and transmission have been very dependable. The AC has broken on my vehicle 4 times so far, with only 85k miles on my vehicle. I have ran into several other issues that were quite minor, one of them being the gauge cluster quite literally turned off while driving and I couldn't see how fast I was going. However, the car rides very well, albeit there is a bit of road noise, and the seats are okay. It's an economy commuter car, and you can't really expect a whole lot of luxurious comfort from that. The transmission can be a little jumpy, which is to be expected as it is a CVT, but I don't mind it as I get really good gas mileage, and the car is quite peppy and you'll have no issues getting up to speed on the highway, which it is hard to find both of those characteristics in a compact economy vehicle. The base model, LX, of this model year is very lacking when it comes to safety features, so I would recommend at least going for the EX or EX-L. My parents and I have been Honda people for quite a long time, and we can say that even though Honda is still reliable, their reliability isn't quite what it used to be. However, their reliability within the past 2 or 3 years has improved from what it was in 2016-2018.

After buying Toyota vehicles for years, I found out that they were outsourcing their CVT’s and Honda was making their own CVT’s and after driving a new Toyota Corolla and then a new Honda Civic, I was more impressed with the Honda Civic. My three previous cars were Toyota Corolla’s and I loved them. I am very happy with my 2021 Honda Civic EX and I would not hesitate to recommend Honda.
