I went and purchased a used 4runner from Hertz and it was EXACTLY what car buying experience SHOULD always be. I even got there a little bit earlier than the open hours but I was greeted right away by Joseph W., who from the very start, listened to what specifically I wanted and did not pressure me into anything that I didn't want/need. Joseph is an awesome guy to buy a car from. I am not a first time buyer, and I went expecting the classic annoying car salesman behavior, but never once, for even a second, did I feel like Joseph did not have my best interest in mind (That is something very strange in car dealerships). Once I was finalizing the deal and thought that the experience couldn't have went better, I even got a discount and free rentals just for being a Hertz Gold Member, awesome ! I would highly recommend Hertz, and more specifically this location due to its great team, to anyone buying a car who wants to know they are getting the best deal possible and working with truly honest people.

I've had trouble at other dealerships giving a huge sales pitch on their dealer-added features like nitrogen tires, paint protection, etc. While this dealership does offer these things and the staff do let you know these features exist, they have no problem if you say you aren't interested in it. This dealer also doesn't add an arbitrary markup and gives a fair OTD price for their vehicles. I felt comfortable and welcome at this dealership and that's rare considering that I think of dealerships as hostile environments.

I would recommend my friends and family to this place. John Fliss my sale person was there to help with any cars I wanted to test drive....no pressure, no hassle and helped thru buying processes. Very professional.

Ryan Hughes did a great job of helping us trade it our vehicle on a pre-owned Toyota. The process was super simple and easy. He took great care of us and we could tell that he cared about our best interests.

Carlos was professional and knowledgeable, gave me all the correct information to make my decision easier to buy the 2022 Palisade. On February 21st.,2023, we took our 2022 Santa Fe to Earnhardt Hyundai of Scottsdale for routine maintenance & factory recall. After driving home, approx. 45 miles, the car set in our garage undriven until Feb. 23rd. On that date I found a considerable amount of oil under the car. In further investigation and checking under the hood, I found the engine compartment saturated with motor oil. I immediately called Earnhardt Hyundai of Scottsdale who contacted Valley Towing to pick up my car and deliver it to their Service Dept. The service mgr. contacted me by phone within two hours to tell me they located the problem which turned out to be the dip stick had failed to be fully replaced. He also assured me that they would clean up the engine compartment and return my car the following day. On Feb. 24th., Howard (Store Greeter), called to tell me they had completed replacing the engine oil, washed the car, detailed the engine compartment and would deliver the car to our home with one hour. As promised, Howard arrived at our home with the car and it was as clean as the day we made the new car purchase. Howard also filled the the gas tank and offered to clean up our garage floor. We're all human and capable of making mistakes as did the mechanic, but the follow up by each Earnhardt Hyundai Store Employee involved in this matter was professional, courteous and understanding (including the store phone operator). Even though we have a Hyundai Dealer closer to our home, we're certain to use only the Scottsdale Earnhardt Hyundai Dealer for our future service needs and vehicle replacement when due.

Ray is awesome! I had no problems going in there and explaining to him what I was looking for and how much I was willing to pay. He’ll sit down and explain everything you need to know about purchasing a new vehicle. Outstanding service from him. Gives you all the time you need no pressure and/or no feeling of being rushed into buying. Vehicle was spotless! Inside and out clean. Thank you Ray.

It's nerve wracking buying a car online worries about being scammed, but my experience was positive. Dan Lopez was very helpful in explaining the process and I got my car.

Brandon was by far the best salesman I've met, he put my needs first every step of the way, made me feel heard and taken care of, and made sure I was thoroughly informed throughout the whole process. I could definitely tell Brandon puts 100% into everything he does, and this was no different. The service department is great! The facility and waiting room has a first rate coffee island, popcorn, TV's and vending machines, phone charging stations, comfortable chairs and various sizes of desktop islands to work. They also have a free shuttle service to and from the dealership within a determined radius. Max and Jake have been service advisors along time and know Hyundai's inside and out!

Austin, Erick, Jonathan, Chris, Bob and Kyle provided us with the utmost care and professionalism during our recent purchase of our new 2026 Palisade. It was a pleasure to work with these friendly, knowledgeable and helpful individuals. The buying experience was fine. I have had mixed feelings about the service department. I get a different service advisor each time I have gone there. I was told it was typical of the industry/dealership by the current one. Poor communication with the dealership. Call back messages left with no return call several times.
