Recently purchased a new Tucson hybrid from Schomp Hyundai. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly and helpful. After our purchase we set up an appointment with Jazz, the product specialist, to go over the features and operation of the new vehicle. New vehicles are getting more sophisticated and also more complicated to understand all the features. It was great to have a knowledgeable person to go over the features and settings. In addition, she helped us with connecting our phones and what features were available through the smartphone connection.

Brandon West worked with us for the purchase of a 2021 Kona EV. He was very accomodating and professional about addressing any of our issues and has followed up several times after the purchase to make sure we are happy. We have found that the Kona EV is a perfect little car for running aorund town at a cost of around 2.5 cents a mile if one is buying electricity at $0.12/kWh. Bought snow tires and had them mounted and the wheels aligned. I do not think that the elements of the 30K mile check up are necessary. Things like a brake fluid flush and an anti-freeze change seem like a waste of time and money.
