At only 14K miles, I had a tire leak that was not repaired properly elsewhere. Zach and his team took the time to really examine the tire, do extra work to save it. After having some issues with other Hyundai dealers in the area, I checked out Mountain Hyundai hoping for a better experience. 8 was more than impressed with the quality and efficiency of their service. I was in and out of the dealership within a three hour period (any delays in the process were brought about by my own indecision and questions). Kaylee, in sales, and Ryan, in financing, were both a joy to work with. They were courteous, considerate, and helped me find the best deal on an EV as a first-time leaser. I am excited to continue to work with them and come back in the future!

Brandon West worked with us for the purchase of a 2021 Kona EV. He was very accomodating and professional about addressing any of our issues and has followed up several times after the purchase to make sure we are happy. He is very responsive to our follow up questions. We have found that the Kona EV is a perfect little car for running aorund town at a cost of around 2.5 cents a mile if one is buying electricity at $0.12/kWh. Mick Hasley and the team are patient and friendly. When they say they will call back they do, and they are not in a rush, they listen to what you need. I had a 100+ questions as i had not purchased a new car in many years. I was searching for just the right car for my wife, and they listened to what I wanted, and not what they had in stock. Their online chat service is pretty good too if I have a question I think of, I ask the chat and it gets to the rep and they replied. Honest about prices as well.

The location seems small but they turn out a lot of work. Very clean and respectful to everyone that goes there. Very attentive and make sure you know what is happening to your vehicle.
