I ordered from this dealer, even though it's 45 miles from me because the sale rep knew the Mach-E very well and had a car I could drive. Ford dealers closer to me were clueless if not down right stupid when it came to the full electric Mach-E. A few glitches on the delivery but over all a very good job by the sales person Brandon. He patiently oversaw the more complex aspects of purchasing from another state,, and it was a please to finally meet him in person when we flew from KC to pick up the vehicle. I would recommend him to anyone and would be happy to work with him again. We were also impressed by the dealership and its beautiful facilities itself. In our search nationwide, we found a number of dealerships that offer great deals on specific advertised cars, only to inform you that the vehicle you selected “just sold”, and then offer a higher priced substitute. I understand this is a somewhat common practice with disreputable dealerships, called “bait and switch”. We had almost become disillusioned in our nationwide search for an excellent deal offered by an honest salesperson at an honest dealership . We finally found both with Attila at Schomp Hyundai.

The location seems small but they turn out a lot of work. Very clean and respectful to everyone that goes there. Very attentive and make sure you know what is happening to your vehicle.

A big thank you to Zach G. And staff at Mountain Hyundai on Broadway. Along with an oil change, I had a specific situation that could have been costly. At only 14K miles, I had a tire leak that was not repaired properly elsewhere. Zach and his team took the time to really examine the tire, do extra work to save it. What a relief as it could have turned out needing a new set of tires with the AWD. I am very impressed with everything about this location. Thank you kindly I appreciate you all & will be back??

I had a 100+ questions as i had not purchased a new car in many years. I was searching for just the right car for my wife, and they listened to what I wanted, and not what they had in stock. Their online chat service is pretty good too if I have a question I think of, I ask the chat and it gets to the rep and they replied. Honest about prices as well.

Brandon West worked with us for the purchase of a 2021 Kona EV. He was very accomodating and professional about addressing any of our issues and has followed up several times after the purchase to make sure we are happy. We have found that the Kona EV is a perfect little car for running aorund town at a cost of around 2.5 cents a mile if one is buying electricity at $0.12/kWh. It sure drives like a little rocket compared out our other IC car

After having some issues with other Hyundai dealers in the area, I checked out Mountain Hyundai hoping for a better experience. 8 was more than impressed with the quality and efficiency of their service. I was in and out of the dealership within a three hour period (any delays in the process were brought about by my own indecision and questions). Kaylee, in sales, and Ryan, in financing, were both a joy to work with. They were courteous, considerate, and helped me find the best deal on an EV as a first-time leaser.
