We had a stress free buying experience. After visiting with a couple other dealerships that used the high pressure game- Rich at Ken Ganley Hyundai made the buying process easy?. We had such a great experience the first time, we bought another car the next year from Rich (Ken Ganley Hyundai) But?. Not only was the sales awesome so was the service. We seen antifreeze under the car. AJ from service had us drop off the car the same day. The next day they found the problem and ordered the part. We got the car back a coupe days later. AJ was excellent! Answered all my questions. The best experience I ever had with a dealership service department!

The best vehicle experience we have ever had. Our salesman Gabe was so easy and fun to work with not to mention his wealth in knowledge of the car business. Personality as big as the sky. When I had no luck with other dealerships near my home I contacted Hyundai Parma. They were able to assist me right away. From everyone on the phone and AJ in person it was a pleasure. I found a new dealership I have confidence in.

From beginning to end our experience exceed our expectations? Troy Johnson helped us and although we walked in looking for something specific he helped answer questions as they arose and provided honest insight to our car search to help narrow down and get what we were looking for. We never felt forced or persuaded, just supported throughout the whole process. He adapted to our requests and needs, and treated us professionally and personally.
