Son?s car had water pump fail right before thanksgiving break. Dealership quoted and performed work with holiday in mind to get his car back up and running and home for thanksgiving. Excellent customer service and understanding the situation.

I own a 23' Hyundai Elantra Limited, it has 37,000 miles on it. For the Elantra being the smallest sedan that Hyundai makes, I have been surprised by this car. My 2 previous cars were a Sonata Sport and a Sonata Limited. Pros: comfortable ride - I drive 60+ miles daily to work and I have no complaints about the ride of this car. Sound System: This features Bose speakers, as it is a Limited model. For a factory sound system, it sounds very good. Fuel Mileage: I get between 35 - 37 MPG with some of my daily drive being in stop and go traffic. Maintenance: the only things I have had to do were the normal oil changes, filter changes, and I have replaced the tires. Cool feature is the BlueLink phone app so you can remotely lock, unlock, start the engine to cool down or warm up the interior of the car Cons: hyundai took away the ability to save music to the car stereo and replaced the feature with "nature sounds" Homelink garage door opener was not an option in the Elantra Limited. I would recommend this car to someone that has a limited budget and is looking for a car that is fun to drive and has been reliable.

Had a 2022 Elantra for 3 years only reason I got rid of it was the fact it was a lease and the 36000 miles was up and I did not need a 3rd vehicle. Used this car solely for road trips it had been to 28 states in total and never let me down. Car a bit low for bigger people like myself however very comfortable driving, got phenomenal gas mileage I could get from NH to VA on a single tank with gas to spare. Overall not a fan of Hyundai however I wouldn’t hesitate buying another Elantra. Only Con I ever had with this car was the fact it is so low to the ground it makes it a magnet for rocks to the windshield I did replace 3 while owning.

I was interested in test driving a Nissan Kicks . We were assisted by Mason who was very helpful and knowledgeable . He explained everything to us about the vehicle. A lot of the things were so new to me since I had been driving a 2009 vehicle. We enjoyed working with him and everything went smoothly with the purchase. This car saved my mom’s life. In a five-car accident, she was left spinning and hitting multiple cars. The car’s numerous airbags kept her in place, and the safety figures left her with minor bruises and scratches. The doctors said she’s lucky to be alive. I’ve had the car for two and a half years and only had to replace one part. One note: DO OIL CHANGES; it’s very important for the motor in this car. Loved this car.

I was eating brunch in Athens, GA and she was working her butt off getting the deal prepped so I could walk in on Monday night, sign a few docs and pick up the keys! Don was there when we arrived. Would recommend this car 100 percent to anyone looking for a mid-sized sedan. The only thing that could be changed is a little bit more headroom and I wish my car sat up higher similar to the way an SUV like a Tucson does.

I bought my Elantra new. Never had to take it in for mechanical problems just front end due to pot holes. The car gave me an average mileage of 5.3/100km. I finally traded up to a newer Elantra. My old car had 483000km, no warning lights or repairs to the engine or transmission. Keep up with your maintenance

I love my Elantra. It is a smooth ride and very good on gas. It is reliable and comfortably and definitely affordable. There is plenty of room in the front and back and the trunk is roomy too.

Buying was stressful and vehicle was poorly detailed and prepared. Was very hard to get extra set of keys.

Seats are very uncomfortable, and the entire interior is made of cheap plastic that rattles. Low visibility out rear window. Suspension isn’t very good either

My experience with the salesman Edison was anything but high-pressured. He was low keyed, compassionate, helpful and insightful. The manager Phil was extremely patient, friendly and accommodating to the point of matching me to my next ride. Soooo unlike the dealership I went to that was the diametric opposite... Bev. I recently upgraded from my 2010 elantra to a black 2023 elantra sel convince. This is a great car EXCEPT for the paint. the paint on this vehicle was not polished properly in certain spots and after only 3 weeks damage to the clear coat and chips have already occurred! Keep in mind i drive this car the same way i have driven previous cars and never before have i seen so much damage to the paint accumulate in the span of less than a month after purchasing. Great safety features and just enough power- just a crappy paint job. If you are going to purchase this car, silver, gray or white would probably be your best bet.

I brought my 2022 Elantra to this dealership for a tire repair. Unfortunately I had a blowout and had to buy a new tire. Not a huge big deal but, after the tire repair it would’ve been nice for the tech to clean all the pasty lubricant off the tire and rim after installation, and most of all it would have been nice when they put the spare back in the trunk to put the cover and Matt back in place. Am I expecting too much? This Is a 10 to 15 second task to put the covers on. I just think it is common courtesy, it’s what I would do. Other than that the staff in the service department was good.

I hate the side profile of the hood. There is nowheres to sit items on a long trip such as crevisis, knucks and cranies to put ur chips, candy bar and left over lunch in
