This is a follow up to a review I wrote. My name is Michael Eugene Bully and I want to make a correction. The General Manager Steve checked into the situation I had about a recall alternator and Steve was able to fix my situation. Come to find out it was all a misunderstanding. Purchased used in 2019 with 74000 miles. Great car with exception of air ride. Had purchased warranty. After 1 year + and over $6000.00 in repair cost the local Equus dealers service manager finally told me “ we don’t know how to fix it”. I found after market suspension (conventional), had my mechanic install and been great ever sense. When the air ride worked it was great. When it failed it would knock your fillings out. Boos to Hyundai for not stepping up to the plate on this.

Purchased a 2013 Honda Accord 60k miles from Julians, this car exceeded my expectations, put a quick 300 miles on it wow what a car V6 278 HP drives @ looks like new. Salesman Joe was easy to deal with really nice guy. These was no funny business with the deal they treated me with respect straight forward deal. Thanks again I love this car !

Auto hold light and suspension light steady. Was told that the sensors need replacing at 4200.00. It happens intermittent, but scared to drive it for fear of breaks locking up, only has 65k miles. Great car

I love our Equus Ultimate. People are asking me all the time "You have a beautiful car! What make is it?" Is it a Mercedes, Rolls Royce (because of the emblem) I tell them an Equus and made by Hyundai. People are amazed. they never has seen one before.

This Equus is my favorite car I've ever owned. I purchase a used 2011 ultimate and have put 100k problem free additional miles over the 30k it had when I bought it. I am currently in the process of buying a newer 2016 model. You will not find a nicer car anywhere close to its price range. I read the seating is cramped for Taller drivers. I'm 6 feet and have all the room I want. This car is amazingly quiet and smooth on the highway. The only negative I found on my 2011 ultimate is that I can't stream from my phone to the radio. I had to plug a wireless adapter in to the auxiliary port for streaming.

I cannot say enough about my salesmen (David). I will be remised if I do not share one of the best experiences that I ever had while buying my 2024 Denali Ultimate 1500. David contacted me months before I knew I would be purchasing this vehicle. David and I created a build for a 2024 Denali Ultimate 3500 Dually. My experiences with him were so grand, that my wife wanted to deal with him in finding her the 1500 Denali Ultimate. We gravitate toward genuinely ?good people?, and David is one-of-a-kind. He answered all calls day/night. He has taken my calls even when he was off duty. Truth be told, David, was off the day I came to pick up my vehicle. He is extremely personable. He knows how to genuinely deal with people. I have been a Chevy/GMC man my entire life, and I have tried to test his knowledge even when it was not to my best interest; he stayed honest. He delivers not-so-good news like warm rain. We, as consumers, get so caught up in believing that we can ask for anything with the expectation that we are going to get it because WE ARE THE CUSTOMER. Some things are indeed out of a salesmen control. Some things may even be out of the control of the dealership and the General Motors Corporation itself, but David remained honest even when things could not go my way. He does so with class, and I admire that. Wherever he works, wherever he is selling automobiles, I WILL ONLY PURCHASE FROM DAVID. If he is selling Toyota, then I will buy a Tundra. If he is selling Dodge, then I will buy a RAM. If he is selling Ford, then I will buy the F series truck. Why, because David has taken the time to know what I need and what I like. That means something to me. I am certain that if David is selling it, then I will surely want to buy it! I especially like the way he trained his young apprentice (I can?t remember his name), but this young man called my wife and I twice during our 7-hr. drive home to ensure that we were traveling ok. Thank you, David. Thank you for being there for my wife and I. Thank you always taking my calls to answer the same questions repeatedly. Thank you for picking us up from the airport on your day off and providing us transportation to the dealership. Thank you for finding our truck, which was surely a needle in the haystack. Thank you giving my wife the experience of a lifetime ? this is her first brand new truck. Thank you for giving us one heck of a deal ? one that we can be proud of. I can?t wait until my 3500 Dually is ready for pickup. Great car. Lots of power in a 429 HP V8. Best value in a luxury car found. Nice car. I bought a pre owned for under $20K that was clean aND then more clean. The wife has now confiscated the Equus. GREAT trip car and 17 speakers make for good concert sound . The pre owned market for these cars are a steal. Really. Do the math on depreciation of the vehicle with 1st owner then 2nd owner and the difference is so in favor on the 2nd owner. Huge.

I'm a car nut and these guys seem to be the same. I visited their lot and they have a great range of cars for all budgets. If you are someone on a tight budget but looking to get a lot for your money I would highly recommend Vision.

The 2016 Hyundai is in a class by itself.Smooth ride performance galore.The 19in wheels carry the car at highway speeds confidently,the greeting lights are amazing.

I first saw this car in December of 2012 during my layover in Seoul Korea on my way to Manilla. My flight was cancelled and the airlines put me up in a hotel and sent the 2011 version with a driver to pick me up. I had use of the car until 8 a.m. the next morning, and I have been in love with it ever since. It is comparable to all the major luxury brands (Mercedes, Lexus, BMW, Audi, etc.) without the high price tag. There are no details left out of this car and it drives like the dream she is, power, agility, and luxury all in one for under $20K.

I have been using their service department for over 10 years. The service department is awesome. Vance was in service when we first started. He is now in sales. I went to him to help me trade in my 250 ford for a smaller truck. He found me the perfect truck that would meet my needs. He knew what I needed, and he found it for me. No pressure, no having to negotiate. I felt like he really cared about me and my safety. The best truck buying experience of my life.

The vehicle is nimble with a performance that in par with most high end European and American high performance vehicles. The engine and transmission are solidly built. For such a large car, the gas mileage for normal driving is very decent with me averaging 15 to 17 mpg in local/city driving and 24 mpg driving at 80 MPH on the expressway with my A/C blowing. When driving on the expressway, I can go over 400 miles on a tank full of premium fuel with a couple of gallons remaining in the tank. The ongoing defects found however are in the interior trimmings that are proven very expensive to repair. The interior leather, especially the dashboard cover has the tendency to shrink under the hot florida sun. Such repair will set the owner back about $5,000 if the repair is to be done out of warranty by the dealer as most car reupholsterers will not do the repair due to the intricate difficulties involved. Also the hinge of the center rear seat entertainment system breaks off easily and the repair can range in price from $800.00 to 1200.00. Also, another common problem has to do with the adaptive cruise control that, at times, will disengage. Although the above issues appear as manufacturing defects, Hyundai will not honor such for repair once the car is out of warranty. I would recommend this car to a friend but would strongly advise the buyer to carefully check the above mentioned-issues carefully before buying.

Cassie did a great job helping with us being from Indy and needing to make sure the truck was what we wanted before making the drive up. The only disappointment was they did not fill up the vehicle and the detailing was fair.

My Equus is the most solidly built and comfortable car I’ve ever owned. If you are looking for an inexpensive MB or BMW with excellent safety features, carefree dependability and top notch quality features, this is it. I travel 60-70k miles a year and couldn’t be more pleased with Hyundai’s 2013 Equus.

This is an awesome vehicle. Packed with features. Stylish. Incredible “pick up”. Gets noticed wherever I go. Incredibly comfortable whether you’re the driver or a passenger. Hyundai hit a home run with this car. The Genesis series isn’t as good looking. They may have more technology because they are newer but the Equus is definitely classier. It’s only issues are “1970’s gas mileage around town 12-13 MPG but cruising on the highway I get around 27-30 MPG. Unfortunately in the snow it’s TERRIBLE!!!! Don’t believe those YouTube videos. Even with snow tires the traction is bad. It’s a southern states car for sure. For the money you can’t beat the value. I bought a 2015 Ultimate with 36K miles from a dealership for 35K I’ve owned Lincoln’s for the past 20 years I’ll NEVER go back

I love my equus 2013 but this morning I cranked it up and it was making a tap noise so I will be taking it to the dealer I bought it from the dealer I bought the guy that wrote the warranty told me something different extended warranty writers need to be honest and explain your coverage and not BS the consumer I wouldn’t recommend purchasing from the dealer I bought mines from

Such a GREAT experience, we came back for a second vehicle. Mickey Dolan was kind, patient, and made sure we got exactly what we wanted. Jeff was great and definitely makes it worth being a repeat customer! I have already recommended Speedway Motors to others, including my insurance agent and several friends. I have always been skeptical of dealerships, but I have been really pleased with my experience here. In and out quickly and not shuffled all over the place, like what happens at the big name dealers. Having driven a number of luxury vehicles including Volvos, Audi's, BMW's, Mercedes and others, I can unequivocally say that my 2013 Equus (Signature) tops them all in virtually EVERY respect. When I was making my final decision -- over 18 months and 30K miles ago -- I was choosing between a loaded Audi A8 and the Equus. I took spirited, solo test drives with both cars and it was objectively no contest b/w these two unquestionably fine cars -- Equus was smoother, every bit as comfortable, and as refined in most every respect, yet … $15K less expensive. And I am constantly being stopped at gas stations and even in traffic by knowledgeable 'car lovers' like me who see the unique Equus badging and ask, what IS that car? It has a commanding grille, beautiful lines, and performance to match -- smooth power from the V8, seamless shifting, and a cavernous back seat that every passenger has always said truly feels like an executive car or limo. The only reason for my '4' above under performance is lack of AWD; but I have driven this car thru two brutal snowy winters in New England, and with 4 Nokian WRG3 all weather tires, year-round, it has all the stability and handling you need if you know how to drive in bad weather. I could honestly not imagine a car I would rather have right now than my Equus … and I paid an obscenely low price for it, less than $30K, with a 'service for life' dealer arrangement that is ideal. There likely a not many of these left now that the Genesis G80 and G90 are launched, but I promise if you can find one, you will be as thrilled as I am with it!

Bought a 2011 Equus Ultimate in 2019 with 34500 miles. This car has been a dream to drive. It has a strong engine, quiet and great handling. It drinks gas when I drive it hard and the Equus responds beautifully in sports mode. I bought the extended warranty because of the age of the car, but the quality built into the car is outstanding.

This is my first Heavy luxurious vehicle. I was B-17 Pilot in WW2 also owned some large Motor Homes. , I was blown away by the power and smoothness of this ride. Effortless acceleration. Great platform . ,

All staff is very professional and friendly, especially my Service Advisor Jim Piehl, who always assists me with any issues I have with my vehicle. I appreciate him taking the time to explain needed repairs or just having my car serviced.

I absolutely love my car, but better than that I love the service I recieved here. I went to 10+ different dealerships looking for my car. (Its a somewhat rare car) I made my purchase here because they had the best customer service. You know shopping for used cars there are too many sleazy used care salesmen. This place does not have those kind of people. :)
