Luckily, I stumbled across a $7500 instant rebate along with a $5000 above trade-in value for my car. I purchased the SEL trim with leather, adaptive cruise, lane assist, power driver seat, etc. No sun roof, which I did not want. 19" tires for a little better mileage. I am absolutely impressed with this car and feel very safe on winter roads (AWD), especially in winter mode. I find no fault other than it lacks a rear windshield wiper, Which I would prefer to have. Extremely quiet and comfortable ride.

Pat was the easiest to work with! I called and told him about the car I was interested in and ask if he can do most of the leg work before I drove up to see because I was serious about the purchase and it was a bit of a drive. He took care of most of the paper work over the phone and had me in and out the next day in no time. Would recommend to anyone!

The Ioniq is a lot of fun to drive. The ride is smooth and it has plenty of power. If you are someone that likes technology it has a lot to offer. If you are not tech savvy there will be a learning curve. Things that I don't like about the car is 1. No rear windshield wiper so it has to be clean frequently in winter or dirty environments. 2. If you live in a cold environment the efficiency is greatly diminished if the heater has to be run constantly. Overall great car so far.

I have been buying cars since I was 16 I am now 66 so for 50 years . I have never had such a pleasant experience in buying a car as at Seattle Mini ! I've had my Ioniq 5 for almost 10 months. I chose to lease the car because 1) the EV technology is changing so quickly and 2) to make sure an EV was the right vehicle for me. So far, I've been very pleased with almost everything about the car. At an 80 percent charge, I get 270 miles consistently. The car came with free charging at Electrify America charging stations, but I've yet to use one as I charge at home which costs me virtually nothing as I have a solar panel array that provides plenty of energy for my home and car. The ride, for the most part, is comfortable (the seats could be a little more comfortable). There are plenty of features that I appreciate (all of the warning sensors come in handy, the voice system is good and Bluelink works well). The only downside (for me) is that I got the standard long range edition which gets in excess of 300 miles on a full charge but is missing some of the more refined options (mirrors that fold in when parked, power lift gate, driver seat memory, etc.) If I had to do this again, I would have gone with the next model up. My lease will be up in March of 2026, and unless there is something that I think is better in the EV space, I'll be leasing another Ioniq 5.

I engaged the vendor through cars.com and asked for email engagement only to start. They complied, answered all my questions via email, includes vehicle inspection reports, car fax and quick reply in follow up emails. Unfortunately the car sold before I was able to get to dealership. But they were great during my initial engagement.

I truly enjoy driving this car. And the level 2 and 3 charging is very easy. I have the Limited Trim package---so the technology and comfort is unbeatable. In the past, I leased a UX200 Lexus. This is a nice upgrade.

This is the best car I have ever owned and that is not hyperbole. I had a 2016 Tesla Model S that cost about $82,000 and my 2023 Ioniq 5 cost about $56,000 or $26,000 less than the Tesla. The Ioniq 5 charges 4 times faster, is more comfortable, quieter and more reliable than the Model S and for a lot less money. I have had the Ioniq 5 for over 3 months and am constantly "blown away" by all the features (learning about them takes awhile) and what a high quality car it is. If anyone is thinking about buying an EV, whatever brand and model you choose will be a quality car (except Tesla), but the reason I chose the Ioniq 5 is that it had slightly more range (rated at 266 miles for my AWD, but it easily gets 300 miles on a 95% charge) and the screen was a little easier to read than comparable crossover electric SUVs. If you choose to get an Ioniq 5 there will be no regrets.

I had a great experience with Seattle Mini and Mike Sylvan buying new Mini. This is our second Mini we bought from them. The first was 15 years ago. I found a Mini we wanted to purchase over the Memorial day weekend and filled out a credit application on Tuesday. Mike immediately contacted me and set up a time in the afternoon for a test drive. We took the car for a test drive, then Mike explained financing options, there was never any pressure through the whole process. After the purchase, he spent more time and showed me the massive amount of new features that car has. Within 2 hours I was on the way home enjoying our new Mini.

Fantastic car. Awesome looks. More room than a m3 or mY. I've had a limited for almost a year and not one single problem. Usually get 225-250mi from a charge, but actually had a couple of 275 and one 300 when most driving was city and I resisted the temptation to punch it. Makes me smile every time I drive it.

They have great prices at or below value. Tucked away in a quaint little town these guys do big business. They exceeded my expectations and I would recommend them to anyone.

We love our SEL RWD. It's quiet, comfortable, roomy and quite fun to drive. I am also really pleased with the interior and exterior design although I know that is subjective. Economy has been fantastic as well as we're getting close to 4 miles per kwh in mixed driving. Small niggles would be lack of wireless Android Auto or Apple Carplay (easily remedied with an adapter and I do believe Hyundai is adding this for future models), no memory seats and no automatic wipers in the SEL trim and only USB-A ports. Otherwise this is a smartly designed EV that is so far great too use.

Spent spent a lot of time researching electric vehicles that would fit into my daily needs and finally settled on the Fiat 500e for the range and price I was after. Paramount motors let me test drive on my own, gave me the expected price for my trade-in, handled my lost title issue, and certainly didn’t pressure me to look at any more expensive vehicles. I have the Limited version of this car. It has a very comfortable ride compared to our Tesla M3. Range is plenty for daily commuting and long drives. The car charges very quickly at EA stations and comes with 2 years of free charging. The front seats are very comfortable and fully recline plus they are heated and cooled. The infotainment system is feature rich but the controls are a complicated mess so I mostly use Apple CarPlay with works great on the large display. I suggest you test drive this car as the photos make it seem smaller than it really is. It’s about crossover size but with a hatchback. The Digital Teal and Shooting Star matte paint colors are beautiful! My Hyundai service center has been excellent but some other Hyundai dealers are not so great. Visit your local service center before buying.

Sometimes the salesman really makes all the difference in the world. I've hated car dealerships since I was a kid. So When my car was totaled by a dude paying no attention for his yield left turn, I was very unenthused to make my way to energy auto sales to look at used cars within the budget of the insurance replacement. We came looking for a sedan of similar capabilities to the car I lost but it was square peg round hole enough that even Vasco, energys sales guy picked up on it. But this is where a great salesman made all the difference in both our experience and my opinion. Vaso listened to our story, really listened, and conversed with us until he found us in a suv. If someone'd told me that I'd be leaving with an suv I'd have laughed at their absurdity. But Vasco listened, Vasco suggested, and he was right. My wife had wanted an SUV for years, but it never felt like the right time. Now she has left happy with a dream come true, I have left happier as it feels like I'm not an the exit side of this accident (that i couldn't have avoided) with a car payment for something equal or lesser to what I had already paid off prior to the accident. And all for a price and experience that took very little time and an immensely pleasurable sales experience without all the balancing on a pole and haggling like a saudi market. If I ever find myself having to purcahse a car again in the near future, I'll be coming back to energy auto. The hour drive is well worth not feeling like I'm negotiating with a coyote.

The car is perfect now that it has had numerous computer updates. It definitely had problems with the back-up camera not consistently working, putting on the brakes suddenly for no apparent reason, with the 12-V battery dying (until I removed the light in the FRONK), with "Reading USB" constantly coming on the R screen, and multiple other computer problems. All were fixed with multiple computer updates.

I just purchased my 2nd (almost) brand new Tucson from Doug's in Lynnwood. My first experience was 7 years ago and fairly stressful, however this time was amazing. My sales rep was Michael Wilson. I had a certain deal in mind with my trade based on research and with very little back and forth I got my car! I've bought several new cars over the years and Michael by far is the best sales rep I've ever dealt with. He has a very kind, calm demeaner and made me feel very comfortable throughout the process. I highly recommend him! Also Sonny (sp?) in warranty was great and very quick and efficient.

Fantastic experience start-to-finish! Good selection, no pressure, personable staff. Our salesman Mike B was very knowledgeable and took time to listen to what we wanted without pushing us one way or the other. Finance Manager Max M was also friendly, went over all the paperwork clearly, and explained very useful extended warranty options without all the nonsense other dealerships try to arm-twist you over. Buying a new car doesn't have to be a chore and we give Doug's our highest recommendation without hesitation!
