Bought snow tires and had them mounted and the wheels aligned. I do not think that the elements of the 30K mile check up are necessary. Things like a brake fluid flush and an anti-freeze change seem like a waste of time and money.

He helped me choose a car for my needs. He spent quite a while with me and I never felt like he was rushing me, or had something else to do. Every question I have asked he has given me good follow up on. I found the whole sales team from Noah, the sales manager, the contract department and the other sales team members were friendly and helpful. Mark in service was great! Got my car checked in fast although it took a bit longer than I expected for service. All was good except the lot guy that brought me my car with the radio blasting and all the windows down! But again, Mark is my go to for service issues.

Molly was the rep that handled my visit. She was great. Asked if there were any issues with my car before checking in and actually took time to listen to the 2 weird things going on with it and got them in my vehicle history.
