Service Department is outstanding. I was traveling alone from Fort Worth to Houston and thought I needed a new battery. The service department checked everything 5 times, showed me how to reset everything, and got me off on my way in less than an hour at no charge. Such patience and concern!

One of best driving cars I've owned. The gas mileage is amazing I went from gassing up weekly to once a month, The basic equipment is plenty.

Great smooth wonderful ride. So quiet when you drive you can hardly hear the engine running. It gets 55 miles per gallon that is wonderful I am a Uber driver so that saves me tons of gas and money thanks a lot

We drove our 2019 SEL from CA to OH and back in July 2021. It was a perfect ride. Our cat even got to like it. The Ionic performed better than any advertisement we saw. The sticker indicates mpg @ 57. At best we got 57.6! We didn’t get 57 the whole trip, but our 5100 mile averaged was 54. I stopped leasing after 3 cars to buy this one. Best car I’ve bought in 40 years.

I am happy with my Ioniq hybrid. The best thing has been the gas mileage; I get between 40-55 mpg. Definitely enjoying fewer stops at the gas station. When driving, it’s not super speedy off the line, but that is to be expected as I use “eco” mode and not the optional sport mode. I also like the safety features like collision warning, lane assist, and blind spot detection. They make me feel a little better when out on the freeway, like I have another set of eyes. Also 5 star crash safety ratings. I like the style and the hatchback for storage.

Purchased a used car 2019,sonata. Under the impression that as a used car with a inspection done. That 3 months after purchase I wouldn't be told I need repairs in the future. Brakes,rotors,cv replacement. Felt like it wasn't worth the dealerships time to do it.

Driving it for almost two years, about 65 mpg in the summer, 45mpg in the winter, reliable, comfortable. Does everything you need it to and no more.

Was very welcoming to the dealership. Got cars lined up ready to test drive. I was impressed at how they did it. Took care of things I found and took care of the problems.

I don’t understand why the Ioniq has been a poor seller. It has great looks inside and out. I am 6’3” and it fits me very comfortably. I traded in a Sonata, which I loved and was concerned about roominess, ride, comfort and road noise, but have found all to be impressive. My first two tanks of gas yielded 55.9 mpg, which is the primary reason I bought an Ioniq.

After 42000 miles I can tell you that the car runs just as well as it did when I 1st got it. The car is extremely well designed and is excellent on gas mileage ranging between 55 in the Winter and 70 in the summer . It pretty much does everything you would want in the car there is just nothing fancy about it. The car handles extremely well especially in a city or a town it is less spectacular on the highway. A shift gear has proven to be rather helpful. Considering its size it really is well designed internally as there's plenty of room for 4 people and there is definitely space in the back. So if you can give up a little bit of the comfort you are driving a really efficient excellent car.

Love the hybrid technology...55 miles per gallon! Interior is roomy, cool creature comforts, exterior color is gorgeous, love driving it, enjoy the heated seats, enjoy the 10 point driver's chair position, cockpit is used friendly.

Buying was stressful and vehicle was poorly detailed and prepared. Was very hard to get extra set of keys.

Expecting to buy another Prius I decided to look at the Hyundai Ionic Hybrid Limited which I was unfamiliar with. Great value, extensive equipment included and except for a limited inventory all of the experience was positive. After the purchase I have put over 5000 miles on the car and I honestly love it!

Traded a 2015 Sonata Sport which I really liked, but was looking for much better gas mileage and more flexible luggage space. Ioniq hatchback offers lots of space with back seats folded, front passenger comfort as good as Sonata. Quiet, comfortable car. Perfect for a retired couple who like to travel, especially to FLA in the winter.

I thought I would always drive a Prius, but when the body was redesigned, I started looking for another hybrid. A friend of mine drives a Hyundai and she likes it so I started looking at the Ioniq. It's super sporty, has all the bells and whistles, and gets great gas mileage.

I like everything about it -- performance, comfort, styling. And especially the gas mileage. I've had it for a year, put about 15,000 miles on it, and am averaging just under 60 mpg (got 62 on one tank)!

So i had a 2019 Honda Insight Touring and traded for a 2020 Ioniq Limited. Both fully loaded respectively in their own way. The Honda feels bigger inside than the Ioniq, I miss the blindspot Mirror Camera showing on the 8" screen on the passenger side and push button gear shifter. However the Ioniq gets better MPG, Has blindspot monitoring on the Mirrors. I wanted it for the digital Speedometer. The blue ambient lighting is Beautiful. Sound system is much better than the Honda. I love the side mirrors fold in automatically when you lock the doors. I love the bluelink App to remote start, lock, unlock, ect. It seems to be just as peppy as the Honda. The warranty is much better with Hyundai vs Honda. The Hybrid components and battery are 10 year or 100k warranty regardless(federally mandated) If you want a beautiful car with Digital speedometer, Automatic Side folding mirrors, Seat automatically moves when you turn the car off and on, the Amazing Karmon Sound system the 10.25" screen and over all a beautiful car. Go with the Ioniq. If digital speedometer, sound system, lumbar support, automatic side mirrors and driver seat and long warranty doesnt matter to you then a Honda Insight is good. Id give it a 4.0 but the Ioniq is definitely a 5.0. Also my insurance is cheaper on the Hyundai vs the Honda! Hope this helps!

Fully loaded 33k Sticker New 26K after Net Cost State $1500 Rebate Fed $4500 and Covid dealer incentives. Great standard warranty for peace of mind. Handles well. Love the torque in EV mode quicker than most think especially off the line. Owned 6 months filled up Gas only once and I'm averaging 200 MPG-e after 5 months of use 98% EV-Mode. Oil/Filter changes every 2 years @ 10K miles per year with majority EV-mode use. This car is gonna last! When you shut the doors they're Solid which exudes quality. Paint Job only Fair not Great tho. Hyundai only a hair behind Toyota in quality but a great choice for Value! Very pleased with my first Hyundai. Next vehicle will be FULL EV in 5-10 years. Big oil is doomed!

Sales staff were very helpful and polite. Their follow up calls and honesty should be a trend setter for other dealers to follow!

So far fuel mileage has gone up into the 50 mpg range which is good considering how much it will be driven yearly really like the warranty

Excellent choice in an commuter car with lots of luxury features. Mine is the top of the line trim with leather, Harmon Kardon sound system and all of the safety features including dynamic cruise control with start stop, steering etc. Ive been averaging 48-52 mpg on regular gas. Also, being a hatch, I can haul a lot. I added a trailer hitch to be able to pull my Waverunner. For the money, nothing else comes close!

I had work done on my Hyundai Sonata on February 17, 2025 and Josh Durdaller was the Service Advisor. Josh was very courteous & greeted me cheerfully as I approached the desk to do the paperwork for maintenance on my car. Later on he let me know that certain services needed to be done on my car to keep it in good working order. He patiently explained all the work that needed to be done and how long it had been since I had had those services performed. And Josh was right - the services he recommended did need to be done. I trust Josh because I have worked with him throughout the years and he always been honest and straightforward with me. He is very professional in his work. Just bought this car and it is absolutely amazing! Plenty of trunk space which was essential for me and comfortable to drive. Very happy with this decision! Love that I will be saving so much on gas as well!
