This is the second car I???ve purchased from Mr. Lee, and I hope to never have to buy car from anyone else. I can???t say enough great thing about him and the entire staff. Between my residents and this dealership, there???s about 6 others that are much closer, but I gladly make the drive everytime. I highly recommend him if you???re looking to actually have a pleasant experience buying a car (yes there is such a thing).
The Brahman experience was pleasant from start to finish. We felt welcome and there was no pressure of any kind. Everyone we dealt with was friendly, professional and honest. Mr. Lee was particularly helpful. He gave my wife and me the time and space we needed to consult and consider the purchase. It didn???t feel like we were just purchasing our first BMW, but rather beginning a long-term relationship I hope to retain.
Buying my Mini Clubman at Braman in WP Beach was a completely satisfying experience due mostly to my salesman, Lee Grossman. Lee was extremely helpful during the entire process and made sure that I understood all the "bell and whistles" on my new car. He is a Mini driver himself and is extremely knowledgeable about all of the Minis. He called to be sure that I wasn't having any trouble with my new car and took extra time to re-explain anything I didn't understand. Tom Rice also pitched in to help me when Lee was unavailable. I enjoyed working with him as well. Braman is lucky to have a salesman of Lee's caliber on their staff and I would recommend him and Braman to anyone interested in a Mini Cooper.
Lee Grossman should be voted "Man of the year" at least. This man kept track of my experiences with Braman regularly and called me to alert me on the coming end of my loan. We made an appointment and Lee really went above and beyond to help me get a new car and a new lease taking into account my new financial circumstances. He really is a wonderful person and I am very grateful to him.
As I was looking for a used car I called and visited several Mini dealers in south Florida. The experience with Tanya was undoubtedly the best. I highly recommend dealing with her, she clearly answered my questions and although I was purchasing a 4 years old Mini I didn't feel less considered. I will return.
Tanya truly wanted us to have the car we wanted not sell us a car she needed to. She went above and beyond throughout the experience. We never felt pressured to buy from anyone at Braman, which was a breath of fresh air. We will recommend to our friends.

You don't expect a lot of pressure or hassle buying a Ferrari so a dealer experience is more a high end clothier than an auto buying experience. Both Corey and Bud were exemplary to deal with: straightforward, informative and made the process super painless however. No '45 minutes in the F&A department' being sold 1,000 dollar clear-coats or similar! In and out in 5 minutes.
Nice showroom as you would expect, but a shame about the Starbucks coffee when Illy or Lavazza would be much more brand-relevant!

As noted above, it's always an enjoyable experience with Gary Rockoff and the Mini people at Braman Motors! My wife wanted to turn her 2009 Mini convertible in for a new 2014 and it was painless and efficient in dealing with Gary at Braman. I would recommend Gary Rockoff to anyone looking to buy a Mini!!! I started as an internet search on the Mini web site and built my ideal Mini Cooper Coupe using the build your Mini platform. Used the review and save feature and sent it off to Braman Mini Dealership on Okeechobee Blvd, West palm Beach. I was contacted by their internet department and we set up an appointment to come to the dealership. Gary Rockoff was my sales associate. We texted back and forth a couple of times to confirm the date and time. On the morning of our appointment we arrived at the dealership and Gary was very cordial and friendly. We reviewed the saved Mini I had loaded onto the website. Gary is a very product knowledgeable person and offered great considerations and advice regarding the choices we had selected. Was more like a good conversation with a new friend than a sales pitch. With the review completed Gary mentioned that he may have a car on the lot that largely fit our wish list. This was a new / used deal, 200 miles on a vehicle that had never been sold or titled. Gary was informative and professional in the comparison discussion from the option list that we had presented and the vehicle that we were looking at. One of the things that I really appreciated was that he did not try to push us into a different model that may have been closer to our option wish list. With that being said we were able to stay on topic and have a comparative discussion pertaining to the model we were interested without distraction. When it came to the test drive Gary proved to be a valuable resource with product and performance knowledge and standards. In addition to being a "Subject matter Expert" Gary was a kind and generous host to both me and my wife at the dealership. There was not much of a negotiation as the price point and options were within line and actually exceeded our expectations. Due to some time constraints we accepted the offer and asked to come pack later in the day to close the deal and pick up the car. Here again Gary was a gentleman and professional, no pressure to hang around and do the deal right now. We ran our errands and returned later that day and the vehicle was ready for delivery, all options agreed to were present and the paperwork was completed just waiting for signature and promised down payment. customer oriented dealer. salesman Steven Silverstein was polite, informative and was considerate of time we had to spend at the dealership. no high pressure. Steve was well versed in all aspects of the buying experience, including his detailed knowledge of the car we purchased.
Leased a Toyota Corolla from Ed Morse Delray. Car great, service great. But I took out insurance for end of lease coverage and six months later, I am fighting off a debt collection agency that says I owe for end of lease repairs, after I spent over an hour in the business office straightening out this issue!!
