I just got a 2022 Kona Limited after having a 2015 Golf for years. I like all safety features and comfort items. The steering wheel is stiffer than I am used to and think that is due to lane assist. I haven't figured out why the nav system doesn't talk, but it must be a setting issue. I used a Garmin unit for nav in past, but Kona's screen is much better. Some people say the space is small, but just fine for me. Overall, i like the Kona

Just bought a 2022 Kona SEL AWD in thunder gray, so far I love it. I traded in a BMW twin turbo with around 330 hp, and I thought this 150 hp 4 cylinder would be weak but it does its job and is peppy, quick, and merges into highway with ease. Not gonna win drag races but then again cops own the road not people with fast cars, all those performance cars will do is break my wallet. BMW. It’s more solid and fun to drive then my past cars and is backed up with a great warranty, I hope to drive this car for years and years. The all wheel drive system is better than the BMW and its apple car play is great and my model has wireless charging. I could do another road trip of 1000 miles with this and get almost 14 mpg better than my BMW. All in all if you’re not into the illusion of driving a “German” car and want something gutsy and simple I would recommend the Kona over all the bmws and Hondas I owned in the past. 5 stars out of 5.

I bought a 2004 Pilot a month ago here. My salesman, Tim, knew exactly which loan to submit me for because I had no job and bad credit but a big down payment. He had me financed with no problem in minutes. A few days before I went to Carmax Burbank for a different car but with the same down payment and the saleswoman there did not do the same thing. The car was purchased in 2 hours and I was driving home. I bought the warranty tey offer which is a great bumper to bumper extended through their company. They have a 5 day return policy. I opted to return my car on day 4 to pay for the warranty in cash so as not to finance it at the very high interest rate I bought the car at. The return was also easy and everything was done in less than an hour. A month later now, I have found a few things wrong with this 2004 that seemed to have slipped past their extensive reconditioning program. I took it in with odd complaints a dealer would normally say they couldn't duplicate. They addressed them all and even gave me a loaner SUV for my babies to fit in while I waited the few days for the parts to arrive. GREAT STORE! Great customer service! And there's a play room for the kids! *Avoid the coffee!! It is terrible!!!

Bought my Kona 6.24.22 and I already have 24000+ miles on it. Mine is Blue Wave/Black in color. It's been great. You definitely get what you pay for. It's small. But I'm small. It's sporty and stylish. I've been told that my vehicle matches my personality. I'm adventurous so we match great. I wish the mpg was better (my avg mpg is 26.2). No issues yet.

I purchased my Kona a couple of weeks ago and I am very impressed, this car is loaded with many features that I never had in a car. I like the cyber silver color. I feel comfortable driving my Kona and enjoy being behind the wheel each time.

I came to Puente Hills Hyundai after a friend recommended them, based upon his great experience a year ago. My sales associate Ferry was warm, welcoming and completely pressure-free. He was very friendly and provided me with a ton of options to explore that matched my financial means. John, the manager, was incredibly helpful. He worked with my unique trade-in situation and gave me the best deal. The other sales team members were very personable and friendly. Larry in the finance dept was also knowledgeable and made sure I understood everything and felt comfortable with my purchase. Overall I'm not sure I've ever encountered a more cohesive team that really cared about the customer as much as these guys. Definitely would recommend!!

I dealt with probably 8-10 different dealers before contacting Norm Reeves Hyundai and wished I had just reached out to them sooner. I drove 100 miles out of my way based on a FEELING that I had about them as well as my dealing with Zo Saleem over emails and text and felt assured that there would be no games, no bait and switch, no drama and I was right. I highly recommend servicing your Hyundai car here. They are attentive, honest and reliable. I have driven a Hyundai for 22 years now and this is the best service department I have ever dealt with. Now with that said, a big flaw is not offering loaner cars. I don't have access to another car and every time my car has had a major issue, I have had to sit at the dealership for hours because there is nothing I can do. Renting a car last minute is usually not feasible or available. I am currently looking at getting a new car sometime this year. While I have been very happy with Hyundai, not offering loaner cars is a big factor in my decision in what car I end up buying.
