Purchased the car a month ago and it does not disappoint. Has got a kick to it. Brakes are a little choppy but reliable. Inside is comfortable. Enough room and yet compact.

Our Kona SEL is stunning to look at. The included technology in the car and the app make it so enjoyable. It is so quiet when driving. We only have 572 miles on it and MTN VIEW HYUNDAI will check on it at 1000 miles. Great warranty too. This replaces a 2006 PT Cruiser. We are very happy with this car and dealership!

I will preface this by saying that I hate going to a dealer to buy a car. That being said Aaron at Great Lakes Hyundai may have just changed my mind. The entire process was quick easy and straight forward. They told me that the goal was to go beyond the customer's expectations, which I figured was just a typical sales pitch. However, they proceeded to prove that it wasn't just a pitch. The deal I got was everything I wanted and then some (actually got more for my trade in than I expected). All in all I highly recommend stopping in if you want a good deal.

Good gas mileage. Turbo model is peppy & surprisingly responsive. All wheel drive great in upstate NY winters. Very comfortable interior, enjoyable to drive, especially long trips.

The Mike and Cameron both assisted me with working through the decision of purchasing my vehicle. While I initially looked at new vehicles when I returned to look at used they were just as helpful. Both sales representatives provided helpful answers and let me guide my purchasing experience. I never felt pressured into purchasing a vehicle and was not pushed into looking at something that was more than what I was willing to spend. Even purchasing a used “as-is” car I had tire trouble on the way home from the dealer and their sales manager Matt and service manager Alex listened to my problem and really went above and beyond with fixing my problem. They did a fantastic job of making me feel like a valued customer and like they wanted to make this purchasing experience outstanding. This dealership did an outstanding job of providing me with a great purchasing experience and a stellar after purchase experience. The Kona is a nice car, has plenty of power for the 2.0L engine, as long its in sport mode. Gas economy is ok at around 28mpg. Sun roof is great. All the auto features are nice, but I wish that the "Turn the motor Off" at a stop was off by default. I don't like the jerk feel it does when it turns itself back on after you release the brake, I tend to manually turn that feature off, if I remember to press the manual override button. Plenty of room for normal size people. if your pushing 6 foot I wouldn't recommend this vehicle, as it would be hard to duck to get in and out of the front seats. I do like the warranty BUT Hyundai hides a few things from you, like the computers are NOT covered by their 5 year, 60k or 10 year 100k warranty only 3 year 36k. I would suggest an extended warranty to cover the 35 computers alone in this vehicle. Also These new cars are all drive by wire. meaning NO cables anymore to throttle, brakes, etc.It is all done by a computer and sensors, keep that in mind. GPS computer is pretty good, map works good. I still like that Hyundai still offers a USB for flash drives with MP3 music, Not everyone wants to use your stupid phone to play music.

I bought the 2023 SEL Kona for my wife. However, she has been traveling for work and I've driven it 4000 miles. I really enjoy the fun little car. Mileage overall 32-40 MPG. Handles/ looks great. Great experience

I love my Kona, easy to get in and out of, runs great, great on gas. The only problem is the spoiler is plastic and the paint has faded. I think it is a flaw in the paint job. The paint is out of warranty but Hyundai is going to take a look at it and see if they can help in any way.

I purchased a used Genesis GV70 Electrified and worked with Michael Baldwin. I knew the car I wanted and Michael was easy to work with. He let me check the car out at my own pace and didn't try to hype it. I contacted Michael over a week after the sale inquiring about title and he quickly got me the information. My experience with Michael has been fantastic. The only complaint I have is about the dealership adding a $695 fee for some cheesey paint and interior treatment that are either non existent or the most inferior products ever. I washed the car after getting home from a 2 day road trip and there is no hydrophobic property at all, no feel of a smoothness that one would expect if a paint treatment was actually applied. I have experience with numerous paint protection treatments and ceramic coatings and this was not worth $95 much less the ridiculous $695. For that money I expect to get something, go get a bottle of DIY Detail Quick Beads so there is at least an appearance of something useful on the paint.
