This 2018 is my second Sonata. Hyundai addressed all the issues I had with the 2012 I owned. All I've done is oil changes, brake pads, tires. The car has been flawless, the transmission is very smooth, though I liked the 2012 transmission slightly better for the shift strategy. Technology package is fantastic. Dynamic cruise, lane keep assist, auto emergency braking... Almost drives itself. The car is still humming along like a sewing machine today.

Sales people are honest and zero pressure from them! Plus a nice facility that has refreshments. Mark was very helpful and presented me with the Carfax report.

I just bought a 2021 SE and I love my car. It's quiet running, it's not too small and not too big. I would recommend this car to everybody. I'm loving it.

My wife and I have very much enjoyed the ride and comfort of our new (to us) 2022 Hyundai Palisade. The features are wonderful. I wish I could permanently disable the auto engine shutoff when stopped at a stop light, because I feel it adds more wear and tear on the engine. I do love the V6 engine when on the interstate. I wished it had a little better fuel economy. Overall, it is a wonderful vehicle with a lot of leg room for an adult in any of the 3 rows.

I'll be honest I got sticker shock when I came up to shop, but I didn't realize what has happened in the car market lately, Justin Pawlowski was very knowledgeable and was capable of getting me the information that I needed.

I purchased this car in the spring of 2022 for my teenager driver. This is a fantastic car for a young driver. It won't win any street races (nor do I want it to for a teen), gets fantastic mileage, is nimble (particularly nice for them parking at school) and is packed with features that you find on more expensive cars (such as wireless Apple Car Play0---which my wife's 2022 Audi Q3 doesn't even have). Add the long term warrant coverage and this is a very good buy. At just over $21k, I am very pleased with this car almost a year after buying it.

I was the first one in America to own the 2021 Santa Fe limited, or any 2021 SF actually! I’ve never owned a Hyundai but I am loving this vehicle! I have Stormy Seas with the leather trim interior. Every feature possible in this baby Palisade, I can tell you it has features I thought I’d never use in AZ and I’ve used them all from parking assist to heated steering wheel and cooled and heated seats! The window shades in the rear windows help in 115* heat. I love the cameras and everything that came with it. I love to open the roof and let the sun in without getting blown all over the place.

Having concerns with the transmission and its rough shifting. Rest of SUV is great. Gas mileage is around 28 to 31 mpg and radio is terrific. Interior is comfortable and all controls are easy to reach. Don’t. Care that the default for engine shutoff at stop requires attention everytime you start car as does the radio display. Could be worse!

I bought a 2023 and I love the style inside and out. I love the ride, comfort and the features. I love the city mileage but what I don't like is the highway mileage average of about 28 mpg about 10 mpg less than advertised. Multiple times I even drove 20 mph less than the speed limit on the hightway could only get the to 30 mpg. My daughters 22 regular tucson I get 37 mpg. What is going oh here!

Love our SEL. Perfect for long road trips with the family, and we've had a few of those. Gear shifter takes a trip or two to get used to, but otherwise, everything else is intuitive. Couldn't be happier with our family mobile.

Let me start by saying I don't like car dealers at all. I loved the old "Auto-by-Tel" concept. That said, I have purchased 3 cars from this dealer and I have to say Ervin Peto at this dealership is awesome! He understands when you know what you want and doesn't try to upsell or sell you something else (different color, etc.). He'll do what he can to make what you want happen, even if he has to get it from another dealer via trade. I initially purchased from them first in 2012 (a new car which they happened to have in the color and options I wanted). It was an okay experience. But early last year, when my sister was looking for a used car, I met Ervin and he was wonderful to deal with from the first phone call. I'm admittedly a tough customer, not on price, but I don't want to spend 5 hours at a dealership when I know what I want. Unfortunately we were back in less than a year due to an accident. Again, in and out in two hours or less. At that time, I told him I was looking at the Elantra Hybrid 2023 in fluid metal. I was having a hard time finding any dealer that hadn't already committed them before shipment, none that had the "Blue" options, and all if not most had a "market adjustment" of $3,000-5,000 which I was not about to pay. This dealer's owner, he explained, also did not agree with the "market adjustment" and had committed not to do that. I told him when I was ready and saw the right car, I would be in touch. Five months later (after seeing others at other dealers, either with the mark up or not and I'd go in after they told me it was available only to be on the receiving end of a bait and switch....) I reached out to Ervin to see what he could do. Deal was closed on the first visit and they negotiated with someone who had the car sooner and I took delivery within 4 days. Trade in was absolutely fair and follow up to make sure everything is good has been awesome (but unecessary as I am completely satisfied). I will buy my next car from Ervin and recomend anyone to him. Should note - this is my fifth new elantra. It is a good and reliable car.

This car was absolutely the best value for the dollar compared to the Accord Camry Mazda 6 and other Asian competitors this is my second Hyundai and these cars are well built reliable and an incredible value overall also a friend of mine is a mechanic and explains to me that these cars are easy to work on easy to diagnose easy to repair and parts are relatively inexpensive my opinion you cannot go wrong with a Hyundai

I bought my 2020 Palisade limited all wheel drive brand new and LOVE IT. I had a 2017 Santa Fe and hated to get rid of it but so glad I did. The Palisade handles and rides great and the interior room is awesome. Even though it is mainly just me and hubby, we love the size!

Our 2023 Elantra is just a month old, but we love it. Exterior styling is great and sporty. Interior is well designed, but the bar on the center stack is unnecessary. We love the Fluid Metal color. Our mpg so far is incredible.

I will preface this by saying that I hate going to a dealer to buy a car. That being said Aaron at Great Lakes Hyundai may have just changed my mind. The entire process was quick easy and straight forward. They told me that the goal was to go beyond the customer's expectations, which I figured was just a typical sales pitch. However, they proceeded to prove that it wasn't just a pitch. The deal I got was everything I wanted and then some (actually got more for my trade in than I expected). All in all I highly recommend stopping in if you want a good deal.

Bought my Santa Fe with SEL trim level in May 2021. After 16,000 miles I have had no problems and have enjoyed the quiet, smooth ride. Lots of space and great gas mileage (average slightly over 30 mpg, mix of city and highway. Love all of the safety features and the long warranty. The AEB system helped me to avoid a collision when a driver pulled directly in front of me from a side road. Brakes activated before my foot hit the brake pedal. My only knock is the somewhat slow acceleration in Normal or Economy mode, but the Sport mode does fine.

Very comfortable. Plenty of room for people and belongings. Super stylish. Incredible features. Phone charger on every seat. Folding seats to accommodate large items. Highly recommended.

Very comfortable, very solid feeling, love my Santa Fe PHEV, around town get about 88 mp gallon, often much more. Some controls confusing, especially heat/AC; buttons and dials would be better than touch screen. Would like forward drive gear button to be in front with rear behind, a safety issue.
