New and used 2025 Hyundai KONA EV SUVs for sale near Woodway, WA

Matt is a great salesman. He isn’t pushy and he is very attentive to your needs. The car I wanted had a tapping noise when I test drove it, but I really liked it, so Matt and I drove out and back to the dealership three or four times, trying different fixes each time hoping it went away. Matt got out on the wet ground with his suit on, looking for any hint of where this noise could come from. Eventually we discovered it was a loose mud flap. I went back today and Matt gave me original Hyundai car mats even though I have had the car a couple weeks. I will buy here again when I am ready for an upgrade.

Experience was good. Had a small problem shortly after purchase. Service manager took care of it promptly for me. Would recommend to many of my friends.

He was very accomodating and professional about addressing any of our issues and has followed up several times after the purchase to make sure we are happy. He is very responsive to our follow up questions. We have found that the Kona EV is a perfect little car for running aorund town at a cost of around 2.5 cents a mile if one is buying electricity at $0.12/kWh. It sure drives like a little rocket compared out our other IC car

Our after purchase review of our Ioniq5 session with Jazz Guitierrez was a pure joy. Customer service is excellent here. The service dept was so helpful. I don’t know much about cars at all and they were patient and helped me figure out what option was best for me. The cherry on top was I was very pleasantly surprised at how affordable the service work was!
