Used 2021 Hyundai PALISADE for sale near Tampa, FL

This was the best experience I've ever had with a dealership. My sales associate AJ, was truly an expert on not only the vehicle that he showed me, but on the company as a whole. He was able to demonstrate how to use all the fancy safety features and explain what they did, and answer any questions I had with confidence. He was so friendly with both my daughters, and went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable. AJ was very open and honest about all the different dealership fees that would add on to the total purchase price, and explained what they all were. He was quick to respond to any messages, and did a great job of keeping my needs and wants for the vehicle in mind when showing me different options. They gave me a good offer on my trade in, even though it was less than I owed on the vehicle. He and his manager Paul were even willing to come up on the trade in offer, but my vehicle has a bad accident from the previous owner on the carfax. Paul explained his reasoning for the offer which came directly from KBB (another dealership tried to offer me $2000 less with no rhyme or reason). I know dealership fees can be frustrating, but I think the fees at Volkswagen Brandon are fair compared to other dealerships in the area. AJ did definitely do his job as a car salesman and try to upset me, offering me finance options for New vehicles, but was completely respectful when I told him we weren't interested in financing or a new vehicle. He didn't keep pushing, instead focusing on trying to get me in a vehicle that fit our budget and that I loved. I absolutely adore my new 2023 Tiguan, and I 100% recommend Volkswagen Brandon for your vehicle needs.

Negative: somuch cabin noise with all windows closed sounds like window open (75-85 decibels). Can feel and hear every little bump especially on rough road. Noise rear of car found out recall for shock bracket problem ended replacing both shocks and all shock brackets and told this will have to be done again when Hyundai comes out with new recall. Positive: very big and comfortable cooled ventilated seats. Nice instrument panel easy to use and see. Nice ride other than mentioned above. A/C real cool works great in 100 plus degrees outside. Excellent camera parking featured front and rear plus 360 degree view. Excellent sound system. Electric third row up/down feature helpful. Second row captain seats heated, cooled and separate AC controls.

We traded in our Genesis G80 for this. Love everything about it except it doesn't have power mirrors. Both the Genesis and Palisade have unpleasant interior smells, but as air circulates, the odor is gone.

Straight up best experience I have had in purchasing new vehicles. Warranty on these vehicles is unmatched by any other manufacturer. I would definitely and have referred people to this dealership! My experience was 100% perfect. Not only was the dealership excellent and so much better than the other 4-5 dealerships we went to prior, but our salesman, Andy, was the best we have ever had. He spent numerous hours with me explaining everything. He was courteous, professional and nothing that I asked was too much for him. He was happy to get all my questions answered and also answered every text and phone call instantly. This was a 100% positive experience but mostly because of our amazing salesman, Andy.

The 2 times I went in there, no one was there to help me. The cars I requested to test drive 1 had to be jumped and then we drove to the gas station to give it some gas. The people I felt with we very nice unfortunately they didn’t seem interested in selling me a vehicle. For cars salesmen they were not very hungry.
