I had a great experience with Michael Winck as my Service Advisor at Hyundai. He was easily accessible and very responsive. When I encountered an issue with my car on Sunday I tested Michael and he promptly contacted me first thing on Monday to set up an appointment. Michael not only helped me schedule the appointment quickly but also guided me through determining the next steps as I was facing a crisis. I truly appreciate his prompt, helpful assistance, getting my issue resolved and removing unnecessary stress from my life! Thank you Michael!

It was a breath of fresh air dealing with Jason Perez at Hyundai Burleson. He was very honest and kind. I had been looking for a new Palisade of Kia Telluride which were very difficult to find in this market. Jason kept me up to date on the availability they had of Palisades. When it came time to purchase it, Jason was upfront and honest about the price, which was actually a better price than what the other DFW Hyundai dealers were offering. After purchasing my Palisade, Jason continued to stay in touch to offer any help or answer any questions. So pleasant!

We live 35mins from this dealership but it is so worthy the traffic on the 35 as we get the best service! Yesterday we left the place with a new car in less than 3 hrs!! Which is great bc sometimes you spend hrs just negotiating. Alex is the best salesperson and Jorge Carbajal is your guy if you need a service/maintenance for your car! I bought a used Chrysler 200 from them and did not buy the extended warranty. I just had the warranty that comes with used cars there. Anyway the alternator went out and the Chrysler computer needed reset. The car had to go to Chrysler for that repair. Pricilla was my service advisor and kept me up to date with everything going on with my car. Vandergriff also gave me a loaner car for 3 weeks while my car was being repaired. All I had to pay for was a new battery. I could not have been happier with thier service department.
