I had work done on my Hyundai Sonata on February 17, 2025 and Josh Durdaller was the Service Advisor. Josh was very courteous & greeted me cheerfully as I approached the desk to do the paperwork for maintenance on my car. Later on he let me know that certain services needed to be done on my car to keep it in good working order. He patiently explained all the work that needed to be done and how long it had been since I had had those services performed. And Josh was right - the services he recommended did need to be done. I trust Josh because I have worked with him throughout the years and he always been honest and straightforward with me. He is very professional in his work. I had the best experience at Hyundai Elk Grove. I took my 2023 Elantra for its scheduled maintenance. I was told that it would take about three hours. I was greeted with kindness and treated awesomely by Edgar. The best part was that it only took an hour !
