I was very stressed out this morning at my 730am service appointment. I believe Michael was my intake person. Michael set me and my vehicle up with a Tech, (I cannot remember his name tho, young guy,I think he said he has been there for a couple of years) who treated me right. Long story short, I left there after a couple of hours feeling much better.

I had made an appointment for I knew what I wanted. My appointment was with Anthony Williams and he was prepared with a few autos picked out to show me upon my arrival. Anthony listened to my needs and provided choices which were perfect. Anthony was patient and provided information on each vehicle and had me drive them and discussed options. All went smoothly after I selected my first choice. Anthony prepared me with a back up plan if the numbers weren’t right but it all went great and finance department worked the numbers and I went home in a new vehicle.

Kadin was our salesman and he was so pleasant to work with! Great experience! He wasn’t pushy but very patient and so kind. Highly recommend Hiley!!! From the first step on the lot to driving our new Sante Fe home - we were impressed with every part of it!

The experience was just extraordinary. I witnessed the switch from Bob Stallings to Clay Cooley in real time and it was a bit bumpy at first because not even the new phones were working but once they got things rolling this team was unbeatable. Big shout out to Edgar, who not only explained very thoroughly the repair my vehicle had to go through but also accommodated all my needs! WOW, I was pleasantly surprised by the outstanding customer service I received from this dealership. I had initially thought it was a big-name dealership that would pressure me into getting a co-signer or putting down a large down payment. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly and helpful staff, especially Lori and John. Lori went above and beyond to help me buy the car I was eyeing with a not so high down payment.
