I bought my car as used from the dealer. I have had no issues so far with it. The radio and heater work better than my old Toyota Corolla.

Have a 2020 Sonata SEL with convenience package and it's now 11/24. 26 thousand miles and never had an issue. Car is comfortable reliable and my wife and daughter have our their feet down when I wanted to get another vehicle. My daughter wants it in a few years as I drive carefully, service the car every 4,000 miles. She wants a free car with under 50k miles that will last 200k miles. I have taught her well. She understands a good value. So glad I got the 2.5 non turbo as I believe the engine will be worry free for another 175k miles

I have a 2017 Sonata SE that has been a very good, reliable vehicle. I spend alot of time on the road for my job and it had never given me any issues; very comfortable, gas mileage around 30+. As many others have said, the engine conked out at around 124,000 mi. The dealer replaced it with a new factory engine 2 mos ago. A week after I got it back, the accelerator something or other broke so I took it back and had to pay $500 to repair it. (they swore it was unrelated- I dont think so) Other than that, it has been a great car.

I had a terrific experience dealing with Kenston now for the third time buying a vehicle. I highly recommend this dealership as they make the entire process very easy and low pressure. Matt was a terrific help to me answering questions and easing the buying process. I ended up purchasing a terrific truck, low miles and every bit as new as driving off the Ford dealership lot. it is a very nice car! it is all wheel drive. it only comes on one of the models. very roomy with all the modern features. The only negative is the Sun Roof is not available in the All Wheel Drive Model.

I bought the car off a used car lot. It had $54,000 miles on it. I drove it to Louisiana and back and realized it was a half a quart low on oil. Took it back to the dealership and they can't find out what's wrong with it. But other than that overall experience is great.

I was looking to buy a new vehicle and Sam Thurman was amazing to work with. He was knowledgeable and professional. I have been back with questions and he has been kind and helpful. Next time we need a vehicle we will be back to have Sam help us. The financer that we worked with was not professional as we felt very pressured.

I’ve premium Auto version of 2014 Hyundai Sonata. Purchased in 2024 with very low Kms of about 65k but had an issue with starter motor when it came to 70k, other than that, it now runs lit. Been servicing on every 5-7k, it tops comfort & luxury & can challenge any modern car with similar features.

Action Auto was awesome! Haven was super kind and patient. While we were test driving she found more recommendations for us based on what we showed interest in while keeping our budget and needs in mind! I didn’t feel pressured or pushed at all, and we got an amazing car out of it! I highly recommend going through them!

I have the Limited. This is my 6th Hyundai/Genesis car and they just keep getting better. The technology is fantastic and equals many features in luxury cars at twice the price. In June I took a 3450 mile trip, hit 14 states and a variety of traffic conditions and it just kept chugging along with no effort. Features like HDA help on the long days of 700 miles. Used less gas than my previous car too, 95 gallons on that trip.

We were in the market to purchase 2 vehicles. One we knew exactly what we were wanting and had actually found Velocity by looking for that vehicle. I have had nothing but a GREAT experience, from buying the car to owning it! I went to Auto Land of Accident Maryland to look at vehicles. I had no idea whatsoever of what I wanted but I knew it was time for a new vehicle. Kerri and Chad helped me find my beautiful red Hyundai Sonata, and I fell in love immediately. Chad had me in and out fast and was such a huge help with everything! I have had it for 3 months now and nothing to complain about! It drives so smooth, the steering handles great! The gas mileage is unreal. My son and I went to Florida for a week, and as a girl who loves road trips we drove it to Florida from Maryland. Then we drove all of the way back. A 16 hour road trip, 985 miles one way and I was getting 43.7 mpg. I couldn’t believe it! That whole trip took a little over two full tanks! This car has been perfect for hauling things around in since it has so much room in the trunk and back seat. The seats are comfy so my son didn’t mind the long trip in fact he slept through a couple of states. This is my dream car! Thank you so much Autoland!

This is on a 2004 Sonota that has 191,000 miles. I bought it new and it has never been back to the dealership for a warranty issue. It has 2.7 v-6 and doesn’t use any oil between oil changes. This by far has been the best car I have ever owned. Good gas mileage, I’m 6’3” and has plenty of leg room. Yes I would buy another.

This car was absolutely the best value for the dollar compared to the Accord Camry Mazda 6 and other Asian competitors this is my second Hyundai and these cars are well built reliable and an incredible value overall also a friend of mine is a mechanic and explains to me that these cars are easy to work on easy to diagnose easy to repair and parts are relatively inexpensive my opinion you cannot go wrong with a Hyundai

Owned our Sonata since October 2017, and it had 38k on it. Now it just clicked over 100k and it's been a great car so far! On a good day, I can get up to 44 MPG and about 25 city. Power is good (2.4 engine), tackles inclines well, and keeps up with traffic. Interior is well thought out and fairly comfortable. We just came back from a 3,300 mile summer road trip and had absolutely no issues! I do all my own maintenance which means it gets meticulously maintained. My #1 complaint is oil consumption. PLEASE CHECK YOUR OIL REGULARLY. If not, you can kiss your engine goodbye! Only issues I've had were two dead batteries but other than routine maintenance, I can believe that this car will achieve 200,000 miles! Take care of your car and it will take care of you!

The dealership is excellent, the staff very attentive. I had a great experience. They give full pricing up front with no hidden fees; none of the "dealership, manager's new boat, owner's third vacation home fees." While this is nice for transparency, it does make it difficult if you are someone who wants to negotiate your price. The staff were very low pressure, making for a pleasant experience.

Overall, I really like this car. Nice look inside and out. Easy to clean Internal cabin noise is quiet while driving. Like car notifications inside the car.

I liked how they didnt play the "let me ask the manager" game all day, that tactic is exhausting. Jeffrey and John worked a long time trying to get me what I wanted and within my budget. I know I was driving them crazy, but they stayed kind and professional! Everyone I dealt with was great! Shout out to Jeffrey, John and Nick. This is my first Nissan and I love it! I hope their service dept is as good as the sales and financing department.

This week, I bought a KIA Soul from Jerry Seiner KIA Salt Lake—my 3rd KIA through Jeffrey. He is patient answering many questions, offers suggestions so I can choose a car fitting my needs & budget. Jeff makes sure I have the best deal that he can offer. Matt in KIA Salt Lake service department is always helpful & honest. During the 3 or 4 times a year, I go. With no pressure from him (unless there is danger from worn brake pads or tire treads). Matt makes sure I have in everything in writing including estimated costs for my warranty, & to keep my car running for many years. He makes sure I agree to the price and that the service is done exactly right. A special deal with an oil change--hey will do a safety inspection with a narrated video and a written checklist showing the condition of the car. Even with a KIA dealership much closer to my home, I drive extra miles to Salt Lake KIA because of employees I can trust and who care about me as a person--not as just another customer.

2020 Limited. Bought it new and I have 46,000 miles so far. Not a single issue yet. Traded in a 2018 Accord 1.5 Touring. The Sonata has more features, rides better/quieter, and feels more upscale. In the two years I had the Accord it was at the dealer numerous times for random issues. I have yet to have a problem with the Sonata going on 4 years!
