Have a 2020 Sonata SEL with convenience package and it's now 11/24. 26 thousand miles and never had an issue. Car is comfortable reliable and my wife and daughter have our their feet down when I wanted to get another vehicle. My daughter wants it in a few years as I drive carefully, service the car every 4,000 miles. She wants a free car with under 50k miles that will last 200k miles. I have taught her well. She understands a good value. So glad I got the 2.5 non turbo as I believe the engine will be worry free for another 175k miles

Michele, and the whole service team, are just great people. Service is not just about 'taking care of' a customer's vehicle. Sometimes that runs over into 'taking care of' the customer. Difficult situations need patience and empathy and people skills. Not everyone has that ability. I know Michele does. And she's so appreciated for it. My husband and I learned the hard way you should always buy and get service from a reputable dealership when purchasing a used vehicle. We got burned, but Kelly Nissan was able to turn a bad situation into a positive one. Thank goodness we choose Kelly Nissan to be our vehicle service provider. Problem Solvers, yes. Nice people, yes. I have a 2017 Sonata SE that has been a very good, reliable vehicle. I spend alot of time on the road for my job and it had never given me any issues; very comfortable, gas mileage around 30+. As many others have said, the engine conked out at around 124,000 mi. The dealer replaced it with a new factory engine 2 mos ago. A week after I got it back, the accelerator something or other broke so I took it back and had to pay $500 to repair it. (they swore it was unrelated- I dont think so) Other than that, it has been a great car.

Friendly service; sales staff is superb. I won?t go anywhere else! I never feel pressured or that I?m being taken. The car buying experience is the best!

I drove 3500 dually diesels for 25-30 years and then went to a Honda ridgeline 2018 new, love it until I drove my wife’s new car and decided I needed a car. My best friend had a Hyundai and loved it so I did hours of reviews Hyundai vs many others. All factors considered I decided to test drive a few. All things considered the Hyundai won and a low mileage 2021 caught my eye and I got it. After apps 1000 miles I am so glad I got it. Pros and cons Honda (H) push button start Hyundai (hy) key start, H remote start hy no remote start, H good ride hy better ride, H noisy hy less noisy,H electric keypad with gloves on more user friendly for me, hy parking easier, hy cornering better, H acceleration a bit stronger but hy smoother, both get the job done, I am 74 yo so I understand knobology better than the slow digital control for heat radio etc.,hy wins there- breaks equal, dashboard info hy wins, seems to love Google maps tolerates Waze, I prefer Waze. Pros and cons about not locking keys in car - can’t dash out start it w/o leaving key in ignition,physically gettin and out of the vehicle is harder, in a nutshell the things that matter more to me the hy wins so far.The salesman, Lamar was exceptional, a young family man earning a living by hustling but not rushing! Remember Lamar at Southern Auto Group in Newport News VA. Oh and the warranty was winner!

Honest, fair pricing, super friendly service. Didn’t buy the car I was looking at, only because I wasn’t ready and wanted to continue to look around. They told me right off the bat what their best price was, and didn’t try to pressure me even when I said I wanted to look around more. They thanked me for stopping in and giving them a chance. I have the Limited. This is my 6th Hyundai/Genesis car and they just keep getting better. The technology is fantastic and equals many features in luxury cars at twice the price. In June I took a 3450 mile trip, hit 14 states and a variety of traffic conditions and it just kept chugging along with no effort. Features like HDA help on the long days of 700 miles. Used less gas than my previous car too, 95 gallons on that trip.

Hi All! I picked up my Sonata SEL w/ Convenience about 4 months ago and man is it pretty. I get compliments all the time. Anyhow, I have just under 2,000 miles on the odo. and figured it would be a good time to leave some first impressions and what it's been like to live with along with some good and not-so-good experiences I've had. First the GOOD: Like I said, it looks amazing. In my opinion, the best looking midsize sedan on the market and everyone seems to love the design. The refinement levels are amazing. Hyundai did an impeccable job quieting this sedan down from the previous version (I had a 2020 model prior). I notice a rather significant difference at highway speed and just cruising around town in overall noise levels. Super pleased here. The ride quality isn't as harsh as the previous version either. Overall, it feels softer over bumps and potholes barely make it through. Yet, handling is still great albeit maybe a bit less sharper around corners. I think this is a great sacrifice though. The prior gen. seemed to have a rather jarring ride in my opinion. In typical Hyundai fashion, the lane keeping/lane departure assist along with dynamic cruise control works flawlessly, so much better than both Honda and Toyota, and I've driven them all. Highway trips are an absolute breeze with the Sonata. Now, the NOT so good: The door handle sensor only works occasionally. Reaching behind the door handle with the key in my pocket should theoretically unlock the door, but it does so only about 50% of the time. I find myself reaching back and forth to and from behind the handle, and maybe on the 2nd or 3rd or 4th attempt, the door will unlock. Watching from afar, it probably looks idiotic like, is this dude afraid to touch his car, what's going on!? Odd. There's a rattle in the passenger door and is REALLY heard when playing music, even at low to moderate volume. I'll get this checked out when my 1st maintenance visit comes around. The Carplay screen is WAY too bright at night. Like, blinding bright. I can adjust it down to the lowest illumination level and it's still pretty bright, but it also dims the speedometer screen! Then, during daylight, it's far too dim, so I have to go in and turn it back up to max illumination. There's only one illumination level from what I can tell and it controls both the speedometer screen AND the infotainment screen. I wish there was a way to lower the brightness of the infotainment screen while keeping the speedo screen brighter along with greater variances between day and night levels. All in all, I'm extremely happy with the 2024 Sonata. I highly recommend it over Accord (lacking features, horrible road noise, pricy) and perhaps even the Camry, although the new 2025 version seems to be pretty killer.

The guys at WOW Auto really went out of their way to make this deal happen. I came up from King of Prussia area to check out an Audi A3 Etron, which there was a tax rebate of $4k for. Other dealerships would either raise the price of the car by $4k and take the rebate themselves, or just wouldn't deal with it, saying I could get it. But I didn't have enough tax liability to absorb it. Their response was typically just shrugging their shoulders and letting me walk. Josh was awesome in getting this part done. Not only that, but the car had a transmission issue, and a taillight problem, that they were determined to fix before letting me see the car. It took a while to work out, but again, other dealerships would just try and cover things up and pass the buck on to me. Not these guys. So refreshing! After wading through the slime of the used car market for months, and paying $500 to have other cars inspected (2 different cars!) just to have them fail, I can't tell you how much I appreciate the level of trust they helped build with me, and how they were determined to sell me a good car that we'd both be happy with. They also shipped the car down to me, which was a huge help. I would 100% shop for another car with them again!

I bought new in 2015. Now over 110K miles. No issues at all except regular maintenance. It's been one of the best cars I've owned - value, comfort, MPG, etc. It has dated well and doesn't look like a 11 year old car. The 2.4 does burn about a quart of oil every 2K miles. I regularly check the oil level and do all maintenance early. I don't know how it would hold up if I drove it hard or didn't do regular maintenance.....

I bought the car off a used car lot. It had $54,000 miles on it. I drove it to Louisiana and back and realized it was a half a quart low on oil. Took it back to the dealership and they can't find out what's wrong with it. But other than that overall experience is great.

This 2018 is my second Sonata. Hyundai addressed all the issues I had with the 2012 I owned. All I've done is oil changes, brake pads, tires. The car has been flawless, the transmission is very smooth, though I liked the 2012 transmission slightly better for the shift strategy. Technology package is fantastic. Dynamic cruise, lane keep assist, auto emergency braking... Almost drives itself. The car is still humming along like a sewing machine today.

Bought a 2009 Honda Civic from these guys and they where great. Jose and Jorge where as transparent as anyone can be. I asked if they can let me go under the car to check for rust and other things and they accommodated me without any hesitation, even provided a flash light. THE PAINT JOB LEAVES A LITTLE BIT TO DESIRED-SLOWLY REMOVING ITSELF EACH YEAR. DRIVE 1000MILES PER MOTH LOVE LOVE THIS 2008 MODEL -I WOULD BUY THE SONATAS FROM 2008-2010 AFTER THIS. GREAT RIDE.
