Used Hyundai SONATA Hybrid for sale near Moncure, NC

The service on the vehicle was fine. I didn't have them change the cabin filter because they wanted to charge me $75.93 for the filter which cost $12.99 on Amazon and to charge me $20.00 labor to change it which takes 5 minutes. Hard for me to trust them in the future

I bought this car brand new, near the end of january. It drives great the exterior and interior are both amazing. I got the hybrid version so I get 47 Mpg and 600 miles on a full tank. Overall I really like it and would recommend.

The first time I bought a car (not from CarMax) it was a terrible experience and I was stuck with a hunk of junk that was worth far less than what I owed. I have owned Sonata hybrid for 11 years without any issues. Car still runs great like new. It still looks stylish after more than a decade. I will get another Hyundai hybrid.

Mike, the owner and his staff, knew every car we asked about inside and out! We didn’t even have to ask about any issues because Mike went out of his way to point out little minor defects we may not have noticed otherwise... talk about honesty! He also offered a solution fo each minor cosmetic flaw. He and his staff graciously pulled out half a dozen cars for us to drive, telling us to take as long as we needed with each one. He bent over backwards to help, giving us his personal cell phone number to use should we have any further follow up questions. Absolutely amazing! I would’ve left this review even if we hadn’t purchased a car from him, but we did! He gave us an incredible deal and I got my dream car! I have a 2013 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid with the 2.4 l engine that I purchased new. It has been far and away the best vehicle I've ever purchased. It routinely gets upwards of 45+ mpg on the freeway if I drive it at 58 mph. I have about 194,000 miles on it and the only maintenance (prior to today) beyond oil changes I've done is to have the transmission fluid flushed at about 130,000 miles, replaced tires, 1 tail lamp, the air filter and the auxiliary battery. I am now experiencing a coolant leak and I believe I'll have to get the water pump replaced.

Sanford imports was fantastic I had them two years ago evaluate a Dodge diesel 2500 they were very solid on the price just did not end up doing a deal at the time but very fair on their offer I was just there two days ago test driving two Volkswagen Atlas Tyler Rodriguez fantastic sales guy knew a lot about the Volkswagen SUV lines answered all of my questions let me drive a 3.6 V6 and a turbo 4 cylinder version of the Atlas highly recommended you should stop by there My experiences have all been positive I would highly recommend them they have some very clean used cars and as with everybody do your homework know what the cars are worth they are usually spot on in their asking price and yes if you're going to use their lender they will offer some discounts but every dealership is like that so no surprises there definitely go see Tyler great sales guy!

Great car and efficient. Really helps with the global warming problem because of good gas mileage. Full EVs still don't have good mileage ranges. This care doubles my mileage.

Today I purchased a beautiful 2014 Toyota Highlander Limited (Burgundy exterior and Almond interior). I called the dealership last week and spoke to the salesman named Will. Will answered all my questions and sent me videos and pictures of the car addressing all my concerns. He was a great help and very pleasant to work with. After driving the car home for over 200 miles, the ride was very smooth and nice. Everyone in the office were also very nice and helpful. I will definitely come to JT Auto Group when I need another car.

I bought a 2015 sonata hybrid limited in black. I tinted the windows. I enjoy driving it. It is really fast if you already warm up the engine before you floor it. Love the look and paint. I have 75k on it. I drive it hard. Nothing has been replaced. Rear brake once seized in my garage - learned that you need to drive the car around first after washing it or that can happen. Don't like the delay in getting engine going at a stop. Should be a button to turn engine on so it is ready to haul it in fast traffic.

(BEST car buying experience I have EVER had!) If I could rate higher than 5 stars I WOULD! This is by far the BEST place to go when you are looking for a vehicle! I was having a difficult time finding the car I wanted, and Kevin & Ms. Frankie WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND!!!!! They stayed several nights past closing with me, made phone calls to the banks, and they were honest with me every step of the way! I went into the dealership inexperienced, and a young woman who did not know much about financing a vehicle. Ms. Frankie sat down with me, explained all the different options, and let me know what she thought would be my best option. Their focus was not on getting me a car that would put more money in their pockets, but what was my best option considering the value, price, interest rate, and refinancing... and making sure I left out the door feeling happy and comfortable with my purchase. I had a few issues and concerns, and they did not have to help me but they did! I had already purchased the vehicle, and noticed a few things that had me concerned. I would like to stress, they did not have to do this, as I already made the purchase, but it is clear that they value their customers and uphold the standards of the vehicles that they sell!! Ms. Frankie stated her ultimate goal was to have me and my husband happy with what we got, and she not only said that, but put it into action! They gave me a loaner vehicle while the vehicle I purchased was being repaired. If they were trying to scam me, they very well could have, however they did the right thing and allowed for me to pick a different vehicle or give them the chance to fix everything I was wanting fixed. Like I stated, I had already purchased the vehicle and didn't realize a few things until after the fact (that they were also unaware of), and they were extremely respectful and willing to help! I had an issue with one of the tires, and Kevin met me well after they closed on the side of the road to help me change a tire, and then they ordered me all new tires because of the inconvenience. I was SHOCKED at that act of kindness I was not expecting! I don't know any other car salesman you could call at 8:45pm at night and they come meet you to help you put a spare tire on your vehicle, after spending hours with you at the dealership already. It is truly amazing and unbelievable at how great of an experience I had, I could not say enough great things about this dealership and the people that work there.
