We weren't planning on buying anything yet and were just looking. Everyone was friendly and helpful without being pushy and/or just looking to make a sale. Bill K. worked with us, asked questions, really listened to what we had to say and respected our opinions - meaning he didn't try to change our mind about what we liked or wanted in a car. He also understood that I was still hesitant to give up my 15-yr-old 2002 Outback. It was in good shape but due to age would eventually start needing expensive repairs, which is why we were starting to look around. He was very knowledgeable and found us a car similar to what I had. On one question we had he got someone else more knowledgeable about it to speak with us. We did a test drive - sweet ride. We asked for time to talk and think some more. He left us alone. When we came back in to talk, he made us an offer we couldn't refuse. Finance also found us a warranty we couldn't refuse. Bill has checked in with us a few times to see if we had any questions and how we liked the car. We couldn't figure out how to set the clock - the manual wasn't helpful on that - and we brought it in. Bill was with another client but had Guy come out to the car and set it up for me. Guy was a sweetheart and patiently went through everything on the dash with me and set things up the way I wanted them. LOVE the car!! I've had it two weeks and already took it to Maine and back. Very sweet ride - like floating. Bill is a great guy and we highly recommend him and the dealership. It was a refreshing change from past dealership experiences where they only cared about selling a car no matter what or how, and getting as much money as they could out of us. Friendly, no pressure shopping experience. My salesman, (Ian), and the finance "guy", Mike, were helpful, personable and created a comfortable atmosphere. After my choice was made and they had detailed the car the I picked, I changed my mind about the color that I wanted. No problem. They just responded to my fickleness with good humor and alacrity. If the maintenance service is on a par with the sales service I will be a very satisfied customer. So far, so good!

The car is good for a person over 6 feet. It handles well and has enough power on the hills nearby. I’m happy with the styling of the car

I went in this past weekend just to discuss my options because my lease was coming due . I had an appointment with Frank Fazio. This turned out to be the best experience I ever had at Schaller !! I ended up leasing another car. Frank took his time to make sure I was completely happy with my new lease , he didn't push me into something I didn't want . He was very knowledgeable , went through everything in the car so I could really enjoy this beautiful car!! I do have to mention that everyone working that day was very pleasant and upbeat . Very different than past experiences I have had . I left really happy and excited with my decision!

Great car no complaints. Drives very well and it gets excellent gas mileage. Dual clutch transmission took a bit to break in but shifts great now.

I had been in the market to buy a car for the first time, and the first few dealerships I went to had negative results. I saw a vehicle I was interested in at Wile so I put in an inquiry, they got back to me just a few hours later and I was in that evening. Wile is kind of out of the way so on my way there I was worried that I was just wasting my time again but fortunately I ended up being wrong. Andy the owner assured me if I had any issues (I didn't) I could contact him directly, Jesse had the answers to all of my questions and focused on what I was looking for in a car- not just trying to push a sale, and Dan helped me weigh all of my options to make the finances work out in a way I was comfortable with rather than just try to close a sale his way. In addition, Jesse offered me his direct phone number and email address in case I had any issues. I'll definitely recommend Wile to friends and family, and I'll speak with them the next time I'm looking for a car, but hopefully that won't be for another 8-10 years.

It has the perfect space in the back and comfortable for all Passengers and rally smooth in the road. Perfect for the family and friends.

Had an excellent experience at Torrington Hyundai. They had the exact Santa Fe in stock that I was looking for. Chris really helped us to have a positive sales experience. He was not pushy and gave us all the necessary details but also made us feel very comfortable and treated us like real people rather than a "sale". This is a very nice SUV with leather and heated/cooled seats. It handles curves and turns well. All the extras are easy to access and add to the luxury feel. Seats have plenty of adjustment options and there’s lots of leg room. My only complaints are it’s need for better shock absorbers also the gas pedal when inching through traffic. It sputters and acts like it might die, giving a shudder as you try to inch forward.

I bought my first Hyundai at Wile in 2013. I tested the "bigger" models and was not quite excited as I should have been. Dan, seeing my reaction, asked if I tested the Accent. I was actually looking for a smaller vehicle with excellent gas mileage...and once I took the Accent out on the road, my entire outlook changed. Dan recognized my needs and perfectly fit me into what it was I was looking for, without me even knowing it!! I've been very happy with my 2013. Has more pickup than other vehicles in it's class. Comfortable interior with a good amount of storage area. Exterior is stylish, size of vehicle is perfect.

This is my second vehicle purchased from Vroom in the last 12 months, and I can't imagine ever buying a used car from a brick-and-mortar dealership again. My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. This car has met my expectations 100%. In addition the dealership has been fantastic during the purchase and subsequent routine service visits. As a long time Ford owner I’ve discovered I can get everything I had in my previous cars, plus. My next car will be another Hyundai, and my dealership will be Shawnee Mission Hyundai.

Buying a car is stressful even if you have a lot of experience. Historically, it has been time consuming, emotionally taxing and most of us go into a dealership with far less knowledge than we ought for a purchase of the magnitude of a car. Salespeople have (understandable) pressures to move inventory and even the most fair-minded is looking to get the highest price they can get away with. It is harrowing at best. With my experience with Carvana, all of these stresses were eliminated. I browsed inventory as widely or narrowly as I wanted, for as long as I needed. I could dictate pricing ranges that were suitable for me. The car I received was *exactly* the car I examined online, right down to some inconsequential bumper scuffs. Beyond this, and *absolutely unlike* any other online business, I could speak to a *real human being* within a few minutes of calling (I had six or seven conversations with Carvana agents over the 3 1/2 weeks from car selection to car receipt). They either had the answers at hand, or researched them and replied promptly with a follow up call. Delivery coordination and drop off (and test drive) were *painless no pressure* experiences???all preparatory contract paperwork was prepared in advance leaving only title transfer stuff to take care of. It took 45 minutes, tops. (I transacted entirely in cash, so I cannot speak to the process when there is financing.) Honestly, the biggest delay was on *my* end getting the insurance transferred (having to wait on hold with my insurance company for 15 minutes). The car was 100% was described???absolutely no surprises. The images on the web site for my car were not stock images. What I saw was what I got. Naturally, it was clean, filled up with a full tank, with new tires and the whole nine yards. Even got a ???free??? Carvana reusable coffee cup and key chain. Nice touch. Yes, where do I start. Do I start with this being the best car buying experience I've ever had? That would be too obvious. But it would be the absolute honest truth. I think that everyone is so used to going to the dealership. Being there for 8 hours (you should get paid for being there you're there so long). Sales people trying to up-sell you on every little thing that you didn't ask for. Just an all around miserable experience. Then you go to carvana.com. You put in exactly what you're looking for. Exactly what you want to pay and presto you have a wonderful car. I believe it took me 45 minutes to do this entire transaction. From first going on the site and finding my 2016 Chervolet Equinox (maybe 15 minutes). To uploading my paperwork (5 minutes). To being approved (5 minutes). To having the car delivered, taking a test drive and signing the papers (20 minutes). It was the best transactions I've done since finding my husband. I've told everyone I know about this. We've watched videos of other people getting their cars. Too funny. Thank you Carvana for this wonderful experience. Can't wait to get my Husband a car now.

I previously drove the 2006 Tucson and it gave me years of reliable service. The 2017 Tucson is a vastly improved model, with a much smoother ride and features like Bluetooth, charge ports for electronics, options for multiple radio stations and a one-touch system to raise and lower the back seats. The cargo space is much better and more spacious, although the overall dimensions of the car are roughly the same. I can put a piece of plywood in the back deck or comfortably transport five adults. I can split the seats and pack my skis and still have lots of room in the back seat.

I called and inquired about a car I saw on the website And Ashley answered the phone, I asked was the car still available and she said yes, would you like to come in and test drive it ? Of course I said yes..Well when I arrived she was finishing some things up,but gave me the key and told to go and take a look at it. Well I fell in love with it..Ashley was very welcoming and any question I asked she had answer. This car has great legroom and is excellent for toting around plenty of items and people. I use the car primarily for commuting long distances in both the city and on the highway. The vehicle handles well and the car's electronic features (rearview camera, dashboard display, etc.) are very beneficial.

Needed to get my car checked as engine light was on. Snowy morning arrived early and service team was there with smiles and good morning greetings. Explained situation, checked Warranty, processed paperwork in limited time. Car pulled right in to get serviced. Service agent was Scott S., was very informative and explained what the process is with car and showed me around the facility and showed where the waiting area was. I must say the coffee was awesome...need to find out what kind of coffee it was. Every person who walked by area greeted me and asked if I am ok. Was very nice! I met so many wonderful people sorry to forget all your names. After time I was told what needs to be done and the time it will take. They responded with a loan car so I can get something to eat and take care of some personal business. They communicate via text or email which I thought was great. Dependable SUV. Ride is a little stiff but that’s not an issue. Handles well with some nice features. I bought this as a replacement for my 12 year old Tucson. This was a good choice from a reputable dealer. Price was right. I’d recommend this vehicle without reservation.

I am writing this on behalf on my parents Ron and Joyce Lucco who this Tuesday purchased a 2013 Nissan Frontier. They have been searching for awhile now and even looked at some of the new vehicles but another year rolls by. This month they started their search again and came to your dealership. They were very very pleased with the whole process and asked for my input. My parents are in their mid 70's and are a little nervous about the whole event. Sid was the salesman and I can not say enough kind things about this fellow. He treated my parents extremely well and explained everything to them. Various online reports and pricing was openly showed to them. Basically the same thing I was doing. Sid and the manager gave them a very fair price. Sid went above and beyond to get the truck detailed the day I came to look at it on behave of my parents. Sid was an absolute gentleman who was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. He was very concerned about every detail and that everything was as perfect as could be. In the future if a Nissan is on my horizon I will most definitely go directly to your dealership at that very moment. One last comment, the others that we met as we were looking for Sid were just as wonderful. We had pulled in Saturday with the old truck and a small boat after fishing looking for a place to park so that I could take a test drive. We looked a bit funny but a fellow employee saw us and asked if he could help. After we told him our story he described how in the morning salesman meeting we were the two guys stopping in after fishing . Both my Dad and I looked at each other with a smile and it was then I knew this was a great place to buy a vehicle.

Car is amazingly comfortable and well made for the price point. We got the Value Trim. All in all, we got the car for almost 8,000 usd cheaper than a similarly equipped CRV after rebates. Cargo opening is a little on the small side but does not really bother us. Driving dynamics are not the best but not too boring either unless you like to drive really fast. Corners pretty well and also does not feel sluggish in the free way. Hands free lift gate is very convenient and in my opinion, the car has just enough safety features that you don’t become dependent on them. Coupled with amazing warranty, hard to find a better deal.
