New and used 2025 Hyundai TUCSON SEL Convenience for sale near Franklin, OH

Received great sales service from Matt ( sales manager). I had been looking for a particular color and trim level Hyundai Tucson. He went above and beyond to find and help me with the purchase. Had been to another Hyundai dealer in Nky and test drove car and gave salesman my info and trade info and he said would give me a call next day with price. I waited two days and no response so Called his cell # on business card. He answer and said he forgot and would call next day, no call. Reached out to the dealer and asked if they had any price or info for me and manager said he had no info so I told him to tell the salesman to forget it. Thanks again to Matt !!

I just bought it. How would I know how reliable it is? We're used to a car with a V8, but bought this for economy and the warranty. It' slightly underpowered but not a deal breaker. The Auto stop start feature is a royal pain. It's 95+ degrees, We're at a series of long red lights. The engine stops, the A/C is running, the engines heats up, the car starts for the A/C compressor, stops, starts, stops, stops, starts, stops, starts, stops, starts, stops, starts, stops, starts, stops, starts, (wasn't that annoying? YES IT IS!) and starts when I release the brakes. This goes on all afternoon. I've worked on cars for 65 years and you will never convince me it won't wear out the battery and starter prematurely. I want that mess disabled. We will put less than 6,000 miles per year on this car. I doubt we saved $,20 in gas compared to a $600 battery/starter replacement bill.

everyone that I dealt with at the dealership was kind, helpful and very knowledgeable, answered all of my questions and got me in and out in record time. Doing most all of my deal on their website before Iarrived was a huge game changer. saved so much time and easy to navigate through the steps. I even changed vehicles once I arrived at the dealership I found one I loved even more. They changed the vehicle on my paperwork, i signed a few papers and i was out the door. A much different experience than I have had before. They was patient and didn’t try to rush the process and even told me to go home and think about it and call me tomorrow with questions. That made me completely comfortable and I did what I never done before, I bought the first place I went. They have my business here on out!

I've only owned it for less than 2 months but so far I love it! It's a lovely car, has every amenity you could think of (heated seats front and back, heated steering wheel, auto tailgate lift, etc., and is loaded with safety features. My only complaint is the "take a break" comes on constantly and you can't disable it.

I bought 15 days ago. Yesterday, my wife asked me to add water to the wipers. When I opened the hood, I saw the the hood insolation falling apart disintegrating. On the center the hood exposed to the engine heat. I have to take to the dealer

Tyler advised a Transmission Fluid and filter change in our 2016 Tucson SUV at 75,000 miles to eliminate a slight shudder. We thank him for his knowledge and insight. I see that all reviews here seem to be negative but it is now 2023 and hopefully things have changed. I have nothing but good to say about my sales guy Dean Tower, at Columbia Hyundai. I purchased a 2022 Hyundai Tucson and he was very helpfull and informative also helped me set up the system which nowadays can be very confusing. I would recommend him if you need a sales guy.
