Hands down this is the best Hyundai dealership in Michigan! Niel and the manager Christina M provides top notch, honest, above and beyond Customer Service Experience. I had a major issue with my vehicle. It was covered under Hyundai Warranty. I originally thought it was going to be a huge hassle to make a claim on the Warranty, because lets face the truth a Warranty sounds great until you make a claim which typically means the fine print had some type of clause where your claim will be rejected. We'll guess what not only is the service excellent but the stood ten toes down on ensuring everything about my experience was covered through the Warranty and they communicated every step of the way. I could not have asked for a better experience with Hyundai and the Livonia Dealership. They honestly care about your experience. They honestly care about getting the job done right. Excellent, efficient and effective maintenance service on my vehicle. Dealership was clean and comfortable with refreshments and the wait for the vehicle was reasonably short.
2026 Hyundai TUCSON review
Purchased the car new and all went well.Two weeks in the fuel pump had to be replaced.Apparently the dealership that replaced it had replaced the same part with the same problem.There was an alert in the service department.

LOVE everything about this car except for one issue. The "take a break" feature is a PAIN IN THE xxx and can't be shut off as far as I've found out.
