I bought my 2019 Hyundai Tucson in 2021 from the Dealership as the second owner. It has not given me any issues. I get it serviced when required. It has never had any issues. I feel the interiors are comfortable. I love the butt warmers. I love the vibrant blue exterior. SUV has so much space. When I put my foot down it it definitely not my old 300CC Hemi Chrysler V6 engine but it eventually goes. It feels sporty and stylish. 26mpg on the freeway.

The car buying experience can be stressful, but Anthony at Echo Park made it relaxed and easy. I have a 2024 Tuscan XRT .I bought slightly used and now has 17k miles . It has been a fantastic car. Initially wanted the SEL convenience hybrid for the gas mileage but couldn’t justify spending an extra $4-6k to save a few hundred dollars on gas a year. My non- hybrid has gotten amazing gas mileage. Averaging 28-29 mpg mostly stop and go, some highway. Way better than the estimates of 23-28mpg. The EPA estimates are way off ! The Tuscan drives so smooth and so quiet. The 8 speed transmission is amazing! It shifts quickly and so smoothly . The cabin is extremely quiet. I think there is more insulation/ sound proofing than the hybrid versions that try to cut down on weight. You don’t hear any road noise in theTuscan !The suspension is smooth and adsorbs every bump . The most surprising positive is the handling. There is absolutely no body roll and handles like it is on rails! I have owned a lot of vehicles and this handles better than anything in this price range. Handles better than any Subaru, better than the BMWs I have had. Feels like I am driving an Audi A4 which is pretty impressive. The seats are extremely comfortable, the stock radio sounds great, lots of legroom and the passenger and cargo room is amazing. Back seats hold full size adults and the seats recline! The cons. Not very many. The 0-60 could be better. However, it shifts so quick and smoothly you don’t notice any issues with speed/ power. A few reviews say 0-60 in like 9 +seconds . I don’t think this is accurate. My guess is high 7s -low 8 seconds but haven’t tested it. It doesn’t have sports car speed but it sure handles like one. For long drives and a daily driver, I would take the comfort / quietness and handling of Tuscan over a muscle car.

Andy Carney was professional, respectful and patient.He listened to my concerns and wanted to understand the features I needed in a new car. He worked diligently to make sure the car I picked was the right one for me. He took the time to show me all of the functions and even set up many of the basic choices. Recently purchased a used/leased 2019 Tucson and wanted a stable safe vehicle. For a single person this compact SUV is great. comfortable ride, enough cargo space for groceries. As a metro driver the gas mileage is on par with other vehicles. test drove a crossover and was not happy with the bumpy ride nor the cargo area. Checked having fun with this car, but it is really an about town for errands car.

Went in last Saturday to look at some used Tacomas. Used because that’s where my budget was, and I’ve never pictured myself getting anything brand new right off the lot. Michael Ramstetter helped me out, he showed me the used Tacomas that were in my budget. I drove about 4 of them, he was incredibly patient and helpful. After driving around the 4 used trucks, and not completely falling in love with any of them, he asked if I had put any thought into a 2025 which I hadn’t because they were out of my budget. But Michael kept my budget in mind while showing me the 2025’s. I of course fell in love with the bells and whistles that the 2025s had. Michael Ramstetter was amazing, he made my job easy and was able to work his magic and get the 2025 Tacoma TRD Sport down to my budget. I also traded in my Jeep same day, and drove off the lot with my brand new truck! Mountain States Toyota and Michael gave me the best car dealership experience I’ve ever had! 10/10 recommend this dealership to anyone!

I bought it used in February 2024.In the time that I have owned it I have had no issues whatsoever and it has had all the required maintenance. It currently has between 77000 and 78000 miles. I am the 3rd owner and as long as the proper maintenance is done it is a very reliable vehicle.

This is a great car. I love the back-up camera, heated seats, no smoking in, very low mileage, fast and safe for my little one. The back seats go all The way down or part way. I sit higher, has a slap-shift. Great car!

If you’re wanting all the bells and whistles m, but not willing to pay for them, the Tucson SE is the best way to go. You take care of your Hyundai, it will take care if you!

Over-priced car. Sales person very persistent. Very far away from my residence. Not sure if I am interested or not. Have owned three other Mustangs already.

UP TO NOW I STILL LOVE DRIVING MY TUCSON. NEVER HAD ANY MECHANICAL ISSUES. YOU JUST HAVE TO MAINTAIN IT PROPERLY AND DONT DRIVE LIKE A MANIAC. ANY CAR WILL BREAK IF YOU HAVE POOR DRIVING HABITS.

Just purchased as a daily driver for work. Had it two months with 104,000 miles. Looks and drives great. Base model but I’m pleased with its features. I agree not a lot of power but purchase it as a work vehicle to garage my nicer vehicle.

This was one of the most honest dealers we have ever worked with. Not only did they offer to replace the windshield (without being asked), they gave us some gas money for gas since the gas tank was nearly empty. I most heartily give this dealership 5 stars!

I'm very happy with my Tucson. Used car inventory is low. I test drove one on a local lot and liked the weight and handling of the car but it didn't have the equipment I was looking for. I went to Carvana and searched the same model 2019 Tucson, since that is what I had driven. I detailed every bell and whistle I wanted and there was my car and in the color I preferred. 10 minutes on the computer and the car was delivered in 3 days. Total time to receive the vehicle was 10 minutes ! The car drives great. One small (odd) detail I really appreciate is the lombard adjustment on the driver's seat. It is far superior to any I've had. I drive 1100 miles 4 times per year and look forward to my next trip. I also love the Blue Link, 3 year complimentary bonus. I can start the car with my phone and the snow will be melted and car nice and warm in these Michigan winters.

Love it but chews through fuel, bigtime. 0therwise great shopping car, family car, touring car. But not economical. Might have to sell it on, which I don’t want to do.

Let me add to the engine problems. Overall I really like this vehicle. We have taken many trips and enjoy the feel on the road. Maintenance has not been a major issue until recently. It started using oil on a regular basis. About a quart every two to three weeks. At around 92k miles it is now in the shop waiting to see if Hyundai will honor their warranty. It needs a new engine. It runs ok now, for a sewing machine. Hopefully Hyundai will honor their warranty and I can get another 90k miles out of the vehicle.

After trying out dozens of different makes & models (looking for a used, comfortable 1 or 2 yr old car) we found our Tucson on a show-room floor with everything we wanted (except CD player) & paid less than what we were looking at with an older model of anything else! (would have given the car a 5 Star rating for interior, but center counsel is awkward to get into while driving & not quite enough small storage spaces.. other than that.. it's our 1yr anniversary with the car & we're Still learning all the buttons! We bought the car in Janesville, Wisc. The dealerships here in Rockford were pushy & wouldn't answer any questions unless we committed to buying with them. (Stay away!!)

Comes with All wheel drive, dual climate control, dual power seats with power lumbar , dual heated seats, heated steering wheel, Sirius radio, power rear lift gate, driving lane monitor, lane change warning system, sport driving mode, infinity 8 speaker sound system, slightly larger engine than the entry level Tucson, brilliant tri-color paint, roof cross bars and sharp looking chrome door handles. Comfortable, not too big, not too small. Acceleration is a little sluggish and gas mileage about 23.Found this slightly used gem with 25,000 miles for a great price

Outstanding customer service / warranty service / repair service. Steve, Kevin, and the technicians came through again with a warranty repair in record time. I am very glad I bought an extended warranty to match my lease term, but it would be nothing without the service team here at AutoNation Jeep in Golden. A steering part failed on I25, and we experienced significant ?death wobble? (IYKYK). Steve responded to my text immediately and I went in two days later (my schedule). The whole repair was done in less than 3 hours, and I was on my way. The service department here continues to earn my loyalty each and every time I come in. They are fast, friendly, professional, and demonstrate a genuine concern for me and my Wrangler. Good customer service and good vehicle repair service are hard to find. Both are top tier at this location. Again, it is worth the half-hour drive from our house and more. Thank you from a very satisfied customer!

Love it! Love the color, love how it looks (our salesman said we look good in it ;) It looks like a lot of car but it handles so easy, easy to make turns. I was in need of a new car . The one i had was bought in 2005 but the year of the car is 2001. I wanted something a bit newer and affordable. I didn't catch the guy's name since my dad was the one who dealt with him first. No pressure at all. He was very helpful. I test drove the car and loved how it drove along with it's a big upgrade to what i had. So decided to buy it. I bought a 2012 Infiniti G25x, leather seats, AWD. front seat heaters, sun roof, backup camera, defrost on the side mirrors and it's a V6. I love it. I highly recommend buying a car here.

Bought my vehicle from Golden, CO Carmax and didn't have any support for mechanical issues. Still purchased the vehicle because it is what I wanted. Ashley from sales in Golden was the worst! I ended up closing the deal with Cora who was amazing and clearly the exception to the rule in Golden. When I told Ashley there were issues with the brakes she was rude and didn't take me seriously. I ended up working with the Federal Heights dealership on repairs. Debbie in the service department took this on and was soooo amazing! She took care of everything and I am so greatful! The technican at this location was amazing as well (I forget his name unfortunately)! It is really a shame that I had to go to another location to get service, but I am so glad that I did. Outstanding job Federal Heights location!

Only issue i have is my turbo blew at 60k miles good thing its under warranty. Other than that this car is nice to drive.
