The precious dealership I had been at knew very little about their inventory OR the two cars I test drove. I had to keep correcting them about the year and features of the cars. At Antwerpin they were attentive and so kind, unlike my experience at the previous dealership. Bought a brand new 2022 Hyundai Tucson SEL Convenience in Sept 2021, owned it for 4 years now. With 45,000 miles, Ive had no major problems other than normal wear and tear, like brake pads, oil and tires. Very reliable, comfortable and affordable. If I were going to nitpick, I would prefer non leather steering wheel and gear shift. I keep them covered so they dont get worn out. Love this SUV!

The Hyundai Tucson Limited is far beyond other vehicles in the same class. This car has features of luxury cars in an affordable vehicle, and it looks sharp too. If it had a turbo charged engine it would e out of this world. As it is, the car does lack power, but unless you drive it like a sports car this isn’t a problem. Front heated and ventilated seats, Rear heated seats, park assist, blind spot cameras. If you need it this car has it.

The whole process from an original call to confirm no hidden fees from the internet price & to confirm availability through the pick-up process was so easy. The 2025 Tucson price & description were 100% exact. our sales rep. Tolu Oduneye was so polite, patient and helped with reviewing the features and performing vehicle settings set-up. They had the best price, the color we wanted and 5 star service. It was worth the trip from New Castle County, DE to Towson.

So far so good..recently bought a,2022 limited awd..I like the drive and tho the tech took awhile to figure it out it worlks..granted economy could be better and cup holders a bit larger but overall a good value after driven it 5k.

I bought my 2019 Hyundai Tucson in 2021 from the Dealership as the second owner. It has not given me any issues. I get it serviced when required. It has never had any issues. I feel the interiors are comfortable. I love the butt warmers. I love the vibrant blue exterior. SUV has so much space. When I put my foot down it it definitely not my old 300CC Hemi Chrysler V6 engine but it eventually goes. It feels sporty and stylish. 26mpg on the freeway.

I previously had a 2022 Tucson Limited which was flawless, ran like a top, and trouble free.. I have now upgraded to a 2024 Tucson Limited Plug in Hybrid which runs and looks great. This is my 3rd Hyundai. All excellent.

I bought my 2023 Tucson Limited in May. As far as value for money, I have never walked away from a car purchase feeling I got a great deal! So far, she is very reliable. I feel the front seats are a bit uncomfortable for me because right after purchasing I had a knee replacement. The slight hump on the front passenger side was quite uncomfortable. My car is beautiful to me. So much so, I had her ceramic coated! She sparkles!! I love the warranty on these vehicles. My husband has an Elantra. However, as many may already know, there is a recall due to some fire hazard on the Tucson. Not sure if it will affect all models. There is so much to learn about the vehicle! I have learned most of the bells and whistles through YouTube! I have owned Hondas, VWs, Acuras, etc., but so far, this Tucson (aka Sparkle) is my favorite! Now, we don't do a lot of driving so I can't address the long-haul performance. However, I live in Atlanta - if you know anything about ATL, just surviving the traffic is a miracle. She has great pick-up and gets us where we need to go! Would I recommend these vehicles? Absolutely! Would I buy another one? Yep! But, in hindsight, I should have researched a barely used 2023 Tuson limited and saved myself a butt-load of money! (lol) The interior is well made and designed perfectly for me. The one thing I don't like, is not having the option to lock automatically once I exit. I also think the car should have had auto folding outside mirrors. Additionally, the BlueLink is very erratic. Once it updates, you have to go back and reset everything!! So, my suggestion would be when asked to update, don't do it until you have time to spend resetting all your preset items! This is such a pain!! One of m favorite things is the ambience. You can change the color of the interior lights to fit your mood. I also love the touch screen and how easily I can wipe fingerprints off. I love the hidden rear window wiper. The sound system is incredible! There is more this vehicle can do than I will ever take advantage of but having it available is what matters to me! Well, that is it for my review. Hope this helped!

On Friday 8 December 2023 I took my car to Oursman Jeep in Bowie , Maryland. For whatever reason the computer would not recognize the key when trying to initiate ignition. At Ourisman Jeep the service advisor , Mr. David Valenzuela, listened to my concerns and, at no point, did he interrupt allowing me to to clearly present the problem. He asked me a handful of questions to narrow down the possible cause of the problem . A short time later he decided it was not the car itself but the fob battery. He replaced the battery in both of my fobs : problem solved! I certainly was impressed with how he deduced what the cause of the was. As impressive as the problem solving was , what was equally impressive was his command of "Customer Service 101". Eye contact, respect for me as a customer/ human being and not as "the guy with the malfunctioning Jeep". He was patient to a fault. Great example of "just getting the job done the right way". 5 stars, at least.

New and still learning about all the bells and whistles. Excellent safety and driver assistance features. Very pleased with hybrid model. Responsive and comfortable. Everything you need is included in the Limited trim.

Have been very happy with car in both performance and reliability. Only negative is the rear wiper. It does not clear the rear window enough.

TLDR: A great no pressure place to buy a new Toyota. A fantastic stress free experience purchasing my 2024 Toyota Prius XLE and trading in my 2014 Ford Focus. My car sales associate was Dulane Barnes who acted professionally throughout the whole process. He did not give me any round about talk and always was straight to the point with no pressure and always provided me with additional options when one wasn't available. He was very respectful of my time going above and beyond to provide me transportation after trading in my Ford. I was given a fair trade in value for my Ford and was provided quotes from three different sources to explain the number given. Mr. Barnes was professional and personable throughout the whole process and it is appreciated. Sean was my finance associate for the process. He was also very professional, took the time to explain all options, provided me quickly with my temporary tags & registration, and did not pressure me to purchase any additional plans. I had Jazzmine as my customer service representative who acted as quality control. She was very professional and courteous when inquiring about the process I went through to ensure that I had a good experience and what could have been done to improve it. The only recommendation I have, it's not really feasible, would be a snack/small meal (not vending machine) for those who are present more than four hours within the store. Over all the experience was much better than I had been anticipating and I recommend Safford Brown for Sales. Very Respectfully, Shea

Recently I purchased probably my tenth vehicle from BMW of OwingsMills formally known as Northwest BMW. As always it was an easy transaction. As a second car, or for someone's first car purchase, or a gas saver, or a beater, this car is perfect. We had 4 cylinder sedans and suvs that were our main family vehicles before. But grew out of them and into larger 3 row suvs that consume a lot of gas. This feels like it's in between both. It's not quite a mid sized suv, yet it does not feel like a compact suv. Compared to previous models, the interior feels more spacious and has higher quality design and materials. Our trim has off white leather and it looks beautiful inside. It's rather comfortable, quiet, and fun to drive for the most part, except that passengers in the back seat sometimes complain about the ride quality. Amenities are great. The tech, safety features, comforts, it's all well thought out. Sometimes I don't like some of the beeps or lane assist features, but other times I can appreciate it. Overall seems reliable, though the little 4 cylinder sometimes seems to vibrate a little too hard, and the gears are normally tuned to be a little sluggish to save gas. It can be switched to sport mode (it has a cool animation on the screen when you switch driving modes), but then the engine just revs too high and the exhaust tends to drone a bit. Normal and "smart" mode don't seem to have that issue. For going shopping or driving back and fourth to work, it's a great car. I like the looks, and the stance, though it's a little low compared to other SUVs. We took it on a 3 hour road trip once and although it wasn't the worst, it wasn't the best, most comfortable experience either. Hence why it's our second family vehicle and not our main.

Recently purchased a used/leased 2019 Tucson and wanted a stable safe vehicle. For a single person this compact SUV is great. comfortable ride, enough cargo space for groceries. As a metro driver the gas mileage is on par with other vehicles. test drove a crossover and was not happy with the bumpy ride nor the cargo area. Checked having fun with this car, but it is really an about town for errands car.

THIS CAR HAS BEEN GREAT. 1 MINOR BREAKDOWN THAT WAS COVERED BY THE WARRANTY AND FIXED IN 1 DAY. GETS GOOD GAS MILEAGE AND IS COMFORTABLE FOR BOTH THE DRIVER & PASSENGERS. WE HOPE TO HAVE THIS FOR QUITE A FEW YEARS.
