After trying out dozens of different makes & models (looking for a used, comfortable 1 or 2 yr old car) we found our Tucson on a show-room floor with everything we wanted (except CD player) & paid less than what we were looking at with an older model of anything else! (would have given the car a 5 Star rating for interior, but center counsel is awkward to get into while driving & not quite enough small storage spaces.. other than that.. it's our 1yr anniversary with the car & we're Still learning all the buttons! We bought the car in Janesville, Wisc. The dealerships here in Rockford were pushy & wouldn't answer any questions unless we committed to buying with them. (Stay away!!)

I previously had a 2022 Tucson Limited which was flawless, ran like a top, and trouble free.. I have now upgraded to a 2024 Tucson Limited Plug in Hybrid which runs and looks great. This is my 3rd Hyundai. All excellent.

First time car financing, Drivetime "Union City" made this a great experience. The application process was quick, and I received a good price for my trade-in. Every vehicle on the lot displayed the year & price clearly. The lot was clean and easy to drive around. The building was clean inside, the staff very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.

Just purchased as a daily driver for work. Had it two months with 104,000 miles. Looks and drives great. Base model but I’m pleased with its features. I agree not a lot of power but purchase it as a work vehicle to garage my nicer vehicle.

I went into the dealership with very high hopes but very low expectations because I have some severe credit issues. Joseph Franklin greeted me at the door. He was very friendly and gave off a great vibe. During my appointment, people were pulling at him left and right from constant phone calls to in house interruptions. He handled every distraction with extreme patience and professionalism. Even though I couldn't get into the car that I had chosen online, Joseph showed me several options and made the process so pleasant. I bought it used in February 2024.In the time that I have owned it I have had no issues whatsoever and it has had all the required maintenance. It currently has between 77000 and 78000 miles. I am the 3rd owner and as long as the proper maintenance is done it is a very reliable vehicle.

UP TO NOW I STILL LOVE DRIVING MY TUCSON. NEVER HAD ANY MECHANICAL ISSUES. YOU JUST HAVE TO MAINTAIN IT PROPERLY AND DONT DRIVE LIKE A MANIAC. ANY CAR WILL BREAK IF YOU HAVE POOR DRIVING HABITS.

Only issue i have is my turbo blew at 60k miles good thing its under warranty. Other than that this car is nice to drive.

My husband and I drove down from the Chattanooga area to look at a Suburban we found online. When we arrived we saw that they had added another to their inventory. We fell in love with it. We were going to trade in our vehicle to purchase the Suburban. We ran into a situation with it that we as experienced car buyers had never experienced. They helped us think of a solution. Once we resolved that issue, another issue that was new for them popped up with the vehicle we wanted to buy. Ray and Miguel had worked past closing and went above and beyond to get us in a vehicle to come home after we sold ours. I've had this vehicle limited fwd edition over a year now and it's still awesome as the first day I bought it. Smoother ride and quieter ride than the Honda CRV or the Toyota RAV4. I love that it has GDI and multiport injection which the competition does not. I also love that it has a regular transmission and not a CVT. This vehicle comes with all the luxuries my old Cadillacs had plus a lot more features. This car has plenty of pick up and go. You just have to learn to push down on the accelerator not punch it. I would highly recommend this to anyone in the small SUV class. Cause believe me I test drove them all, and this was by far the quietest smoothest ride and most comfortable car that I test drove.

Poor and deceitful. Gave me an impression of a car in good condition but later found out that what they said was not true. Vehicle had taillight issues, engine oil at 50% brake pads and rotos messed up transmission fluid was not changed either. Car vibrates during stops. I was told something could be worked out if any issues but that is not true. No one answers the phone nor reply to text messages. Both the finance manager and the salespersons lied to me and that's not good for a business. Now i am stock with an issue that could have been avoided in the first place had they told me the truth.

We love our little 2015 Tucson! Perfect size! The car just wraps around me when I get into the driver’s seat. Great little runabout! It is Red and the 2015 Tucson is the most beautiful shade of bright RED! Adorable and substantial car.

Comes with All wheel drive, dual climate control, dual power seats with power lumbar , dual heated seats, heated steering wheel, Sirius radio, power rear lift gate, driving lane monitor, lane change warning system, sport driving mode, infinity 8 speaker sound system, slightly larger engine than the entry level Tucson, brilliant tri-color paint, roof cross bars and sharp looking chrome door handles. Comfortable, not too big, not too small. Acceleration is a little sluggish and gas mileage about 23.Found this slightly used gem with 25,000 miles for a great price

The Hyundai Tucson Limited is far beyond other vehicles in the same class. This car has features of luxury cars in an affordable vehicle, and it looks sharp too. If it had a turbo charged engine it would e out of this world. As it is, the car does lack power, but unless you drive it like a sports car this isn’t a problem. Front heated and ventilated seats, Rear heated seats, park assist, blind spot cameras. If you need it this car has it.

Always received excellent service from this location. I had to wait a little longer because of extra work needed on the vehicle. Keep up the good job.

I bought my 2019 Hyundai Tucson in 2021 from the Dealership as the second owner. It has not given me any issues. I get it serviced when required. It has never had any issues. I feel the interiors are comfortable. I love the butt warmers. I love the vibrant blue exterior. SUV has so much space. When I put my foot down it it definitely not my old 300CC Hemi Chrysler V6 engine but it eventually goes. It feels sporty and stylish. 26mpg on the freeway.

THIS CAR HAS BEEN GREAT. 1 MINOR BREAKDOWN THAT WAS COVERED BY THE WARRANTY AND FIXED IN 1 DAY. GETS GOOD GAS MILEAGE AND IS COMFORTABLE FOR BOTH THE DRIVER & PASSENGERS. WE HOPE TO HAVE THIS FOR QUITE A FEW YEARS.

I absolutely love this car!! I've had it almost two years and really enjoy driving it. I have the Ruby Wine Sport. This is my 2nd Hyundai. Previously I had a 2007 Sonata and loved it. It was an awesome Sedan (Frankie Sonata). Just wanted a crossover, I guess! No regrets.

Love the stylish look Has lots of amenities. Drives great and is comfortable. Got extra items at no additional expense, eg. cargo mat, floor mats, first aid kit.

Great overall vehicle with comfort and dependability. It has more advanced technology then my 2023 Infiniti and the Warranty you truly cannot beat, especially, for no additional fees.

Everything went fairly smooth. Processing the purchase took a little over an hour. At other dealerships it can take 3-4 hours. I forgot to inquire about the 2nd key until ready to drive away and was informed it only came with ONE key..............ask this question before you buy as this particular key costs around $300. Overall a fair price for what is a great car! Would have been better with 2 keys like I was assuming. If it came with 2 keys I would give them 5*'s!
