Let me add to the engine problems. Overall I really like this vehicle. We have taken many trips and enjoy the feel on the road. Maintenance has not been a major issue until recently. It started using oil on a regular basis. About a quart every two to three weeks. At around 92k miles it is now in the shop waiting to see if Hyundai will honor their warranty. It needs a new engine. It runs ok now, for a sewing machine. Hopefully Hyundai will honor their warranty and I can get another 90k miles out of the vehicle.

I’ve been a customer of Good Guys including purchasing for our vehicles & maintenance/repairs for 10 plus years & can’t imagine going elsewhere! I LOVE my inspection report texts showing proof of work done or work needed. They say something is leaking? There’s a picture showing the leak. Scheduling is easy. They treat you with respect & as a woman, that means everything at an auto shop! They have a drop box for keys for after hours drop offs & pick ups which makes scheduling easy because anything works. a plus no doubt.

I bought my 2019 Hyundai Tucson in 2021 from the Dealership as the second owner. It has not given me any issues. I get it serviced when required. It has never had any issues. I feel the interiors are comfortable. I love the butt warmers. I love the vibrant blue exterior. SUV has so much space. When I put my foot down it it definitely not my old 300CC Hemi Chrysler V6 engine but it eventually goes. It feels sporty and stylish. 26mpg on the freeway.

Nothing but positive, seamless and professional. This dealership was not my first stop but it will be the only one I buy any future vehicles from.

I bought it used in February 2024.In the time that I have owned it I have had no issues whatsoever and it has had all the required maintenance. It currently has between 77000 and 78000 miles. I am the 3rd owner and as long as the proper maintenance is done it is a very reliable vehicle.

We purchased it our Tucson new in 2018 other than routine maintenance we haven’t had to spend any money for repair concerning the running of the vehicle. It’s stylish on the outside and the interior looks great, it’s quiet when running and has a awesome sound system

Just purchased as a daily driver for work. Had it two months with 104,000 miles. Looks and drives great. Base model but I’m pleased with its features. I agree not a lot of power but purchase it as a work vehicle to garage my nicer vehicle.

I recently purchased a 2011 Ford Escape. The car was in great shape and was true to it's description. Staff was friendly and all paperwork was done quickly.

Only issue i have is my turbo blew at 60k miles good thing its under warranty. Other than that this car is nice to drive.

Our 2018 Hyundai Tucson came with the Best in class Warranty of a 5 Years Engine and Powertrain. I love the Platinum Extended Warranty my Wife and I purchased for a mere $2100 CAD, which covers our 2018 Tucson bumper to bumper for all moving parts, which can be repaired for Only $100+Taxes!! The standard heated seats front and back are excellent for Canadian Winters. The engine is so easy to clean and keep clean, as are the Air Filters to change. 😊👍😎 The worse thing about our 2018 Hyundai Tucson is the heavy Key Fob, which I wish you could replace with a lighter weight FOB, it's the heaviest Key FOB I have ever held in my hands and pockets.😤

Just had bought a 2023 Santa Cruz Limited(800miles) and brought it to “Riverhead Hyundai” for warranty work on the “Tonneau Cover”!! This is where I met “Service Advisor Raymond”!! He was very “Helpful” and “Accommodating” and took care of Everything!! Bottom Line-“ He ordered a New Tonneau Cover under Warranty!! “Will Use Riverhead Hyundai For All My Service Needs”!! Rick M. Lots of engine trouble, lots of money out of pocket, lots of love for my Tucson. 2018 Tucson bought used with 15K miles on it. Perfect ride, great in wet weather, AC kicks butt, I’m in South Texas, feels safe, I totaled a 2016 previously and came out unscathed. The only thing that’s been negative is the fact that I’m on the third engine. Lol. The Gemma engines had issues with debris from the cam shaft staying in the engine and I had a blockage in the OG engine that led to overheating issues and eventually warped the block. Didn’t know about the engine issue and just bought a new motor. After about 6 months the second motor, used from a wrecked Tucson, threw a rod and blew up due to debris killing a bearing. Found out about engine issues and bought a resurfaced and rebuilt engine and it’s smooth sailing again. I ride this car hard and it answers the call day in and day out.

Just bought a 2022 Ioniq 5 from Shaker Hyundai. Paul C was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and patient throughout the process. This was my first new car purchase (at 60yo!!) and this is a very technologically complicated vehicle. A 2nd Ioniq certified salesman spent about 45 minutes walking me through every aspect. There were horror stories of dealers upselling this car for thousands more than MSRP but my price was exactly what I expected. Highly recommend the car and dealer.

Lou was my salesperson and he was super communicative, explaining and re-explaining when he seemed to feel it was needed. No surprises along the way, I was able to test drive the van as much or as long as I wanted, have a mechanic come by to inspect it and they washed it and added a full tank of gas on pickup day. They had done some quality servicing to the vehicle as well before pickup day. Lou mentioned early on that he wasn't paid on a commission basis, which was a good detail for me to know. In the end, all the numbers were the same from the beginning to end, no "uh oh" moments and it was a super fast experience on pickup day - probably the fastest ever for me to get the keys and drive a new (to me) vehicle home. I will look to use them again if possible in the next year or so. Highly recommend.

This is a great car. I love the back-up camera, heated seats, no smoking in, very low mileage, fast and safe for my little one. The back seats go all The way down or part way. I sit higher, has a slap-shift. Great car!

The dealership is another story, if your looking for a reasonable price this is the dealership for you, they get cars from Auction so no idea about the history of the car, they get checked when you already signed for the As- is purchase, don't go there on a weekend, if you have patience, wants a bargain, (non negotiable deals)time, and good mechanic this is a place to go, got lucky with Alex very accommodating and great salesman

At my age of 69 I have never owned a more reliable car. My current Hyundai is the 2013 Tucson. I absolutely love hi Hyundai and they never drive anything but a Hyundai. This was the best experience I’ve ever had in all my years of purchasing cars. They understood my situation, worked hard to accommodate my needs and most importantly they knew my urgency. Recently purchased a used/leased 2019 Tucson and wanted a stable safe vehicle. For a single person this compact SUV is great. comfortable ride, enough cargo space for groceries. As a metro driver the gas mileage is on par with other vehicles. test drove a crossover and was not happy with the bumpy ride nor the cargo area. Checked having fun with this car, but it is really an about town for errands car.

Fast and dirty. 20+ salesmen all busy. 800 used cars from auction, none of them have been detailed yet. If you need a car today on a sub $15k budget I would go here and detail it yourself. Good place to buy a first car. Don’t buy a luxury item or anything collectible. The the inventory doesn’t turn super fast so every single car will likely need a rotor resurfacing. They had family guy on the tv which I thought was odd for a dealership. Not really dealership vibes, which is good!

If you’re wanting all the bells and whistles m, but not willing to pay for them, the Tucson SE is the best way to go. You take care of your Hyundai, it will take care if you!

Though I purchased it at Crown Kia. Luke and Justin was nice to let me test drive the Tuscan there bc I did not like Crown Hyundai worker there. They brought over the car and provided all my mandatories I want in car. No pressure on any other car brands.

Victor was super nice and professional and patient. Knew much about the vehicle and its history and had maintenance documents ready to give me along with carfax. He also have the vehicle washed before my visit. He was very prepared. I did not buy on that day but I’m hoping to return should they agree to be flexible on their pricing. Seems like a well run dealership.

I absolutely love this car!! I've had it almost two years and really enjoy driving it. I have the Ruby Wine Sport. This is my 2nd Hyundai. Previously I had a 2007 Sonata and loved it. It was an awesome Sedan (Frankie Sonata). Just wanted a crossover, I guess! No regrets.
