Over the years I have purchased and serviced 3 Volvos at Ferman Volvo of Tarpon Springs. On the Service side, Service Techs, Sharon and Matt have always been very professional, friendly and helpful regarding the servicing of my vehicles. They clearly explain the work to be performed, the time it will take to complete the work and the cost of the service. They provide recommendations upkeep and future needs of the vehicle. Soon, I will be scheduling service for another one of my Volvos. On the Sales side, Manager Chris has always represented Ferman well and I feel I have always been treated fairly and look forward to working with the sales team on the purchase of my next Volvo.

Bought a brand new 2022 Hyundai Tucson SEL Convenience in Sept 2021, owned it for 4 years now. With 45,000 miles, Ive had no major problems other than normal wear and tear, like brake pads, oil and tires. Very reliable, comfortable and affordable. If I were going to nitpick, I would prefer non leather steering wheel and gear shift. I keep them covered so they dont get worn out. Love this SUV!

I want to express what a great job Anthony Vitale did today and how happy I am with the service that was provided by your dealership. My tire pressure had been low and filling up my back tire just was not working. I decided to just show up at the dealership without an appointment to see if the service department could figure what the problem was. There was a nail in my tire; however, not only did they repair my tire, but they checked and topped off all of the fluids and washed my car. Anthony was extremely professional and took care of everything at no charge. What a great experience!

So far so good..recently bought a,2022 limited awd..I like the drive and tho the tech took awhile to figure it out it worlks..granted economy could be better and cup holders a bit larger but overall a good value after driven it 5k.

Thanks to Carlos we were able to purchase a certified used Sonata and also received a fair trade in on our old car. This is only the 2nd time I've traded in a vehicle in my long life.

I've had this vehicle limited fwd edition over a year now and it's still awesome as the first day I bought it. Smoother ride and quieter ride than the Honda CRV or the Toyota RAV4. I love that it has GDI and multiport injection which the competition does not. I also love that it has a regular transmission and not a CVT. This vehicle comes with all the luxuries my old Cadillacs had plus a lot more features. This car has plenty of pick up and go. You just have to learn to push down on the accelerator not punch it. I would highly recommend this to anyone in the small SUV class. Cause believe me I test drove them all, and this was by far the quietest smoothest ride and most comfortable car that I test drove.

Good experience with a new Dealer for me which is closer to where I live. Quick in and quick out. Missed a few things on the cleaning but overall it was good.

Have been very happy with car in both performance and reliability. Only negative is the rear wiper. It does not clear the rear window enough.

What a nice vehicle this 2021 Hyundai Tucson Limited Edition. Comes with All wheel drive, dual climate control, dual power seats with power lumbar , dual heated seats, heated steering wheel, Sirius radio, power rear lift gate, driving lane monitor, lane change warning system, sport driving mode, infinity 8 speaker sound system, slightly larger engine than the entry level Tucson, brilliant tri-color paint, roof cross bars and sharp looking chrome door handles. Comfortable, not too big, not too small. Acceleration is a little sluggish and gas mileage about 23.Found this slightly used gem with 25,000 miles for a great price

I have a 2024 Tuscan XRT .I bought slightly used and now has 17k miles . It has been a fantastic car. Initially wanted the SEL convenience hybrid for the gas mileage but couldn’t justify spending an extra $4-6k to save a few hundred dollars on gas a year. My non- hybrid has gotten amazing gas mileage. Averaging 28-29 mpg mostly stop and go, some highway. Way better than the estimates of 23-28mpg. The EPA estimates are way off ! The Tuscan drives so smooth and so quiet. The 8 speed transmission is amazing! It shifts quickly and so smoothly . The cabin is extremely quiet. I think there is more insulation/ sound proofing than the hybrid versions that try to cut down on weight. You don’t hear any road noise in theTuscan !The suspension is smooth and adsorbs every bump . The most surprising positive is the handling. There is absolutely no body roll and handles like it is on rails! I have owned a lot of vehicles and this handles better than anything in this price range. Handles better than any Subaru, better than the BMWs I have had. Feels like I am driving an Audi A4 which is pretty impressive. The seats are extremely comfortable, the stock radio sounds great, lots of legroom and the passenger and cargo room is amazing. Back seats hold full size adults and the seats recline! The cons. Not very many. The 0-60 could be better. However, it shifts so quick and smoothly you don’t notice any issues with speed/ power. A few reviews say 0-60 in like 9 +seconds . I don’t think this is accurate. My guess is high 7s -low 8 seconds but haven’t tested it. It doesn’t have sports car speed but it sure handles like one. For long drives and a daily driver, I would take the comfort / quietness and handling of Tuscan over a muscle car.

I bought it used in February 2024.In the time that I have owned it I have had no issues whatsoever and it has had all the required maintenance. It currently has between 77000 and 78000 miles. I am the 3rd owner and as long as the proper maintenance is done it is a very reliable vehicle.

Dealership is smaller and the feel and service are much better than the mega dealers who have higher prices and an overwhelming atmosphere. They are knowledgable and helpful and I would recommend.

I bought my 2019 Hyundai Tucson in 2021 from the Dealership as the second owner. It has not given me any issues. I get it serviced when required. It has never had any issues. I feel the interiors are comfortable. I love the butt warmers. I love the vibrant blue exterior. SUV has so much space. When I put my foot down it it definitely not my old 300CC Hemi Chrysler V6 engine but it eventually goes. It feels sporty and stylish. 26mpg on the freeway.

I like the personal stuff they do for me when I'm having an oil change or just servicing my maverick and f-150!!

As a second car, or for someone's first car purchase, or a gas saver, or a beater, this car is perfect. We had 4 cylinder sedans and suvs that were our main family vehicles before. But grew out of them and into larger 3 row suvs that consume a lot of gas. This feels like it's in between both. It's not quite a mid sized suv, yet it does not feel like a compact suv. Compared to previous models, the interior feels more spacious and has higher quality design and materials. Our trim has off white leather and it looks beautiful inside. It's rather comfortable, quiet, and fun to drive for the most part, except that passengers in the back seat sometimes complain about the ride quality. Amenities are great. The tech, safety features, comforts, it's all well thought out. Sometimes I don't like some of the beeps or lane assist features, but other times I can appreciate it. Overall seems reliable, though the little 4 cylinder sometimes seems to vibrate a little too hard, and the gears are normally tuned to be a little sluggish to save gas. It can be switched to sport mode (it has a cool animation on the screen when you switch driving modes), but then the engine just revs too high and the exhaust tends to drone a bit. Normal and "smart" mode don't seem to have that issue. For going shopping or driving back and fourth to work, it's a great car. I like the looks, and the stance, though it's a little low compared to other SUVs. We took it on a 3 hour road trip once and although it wasn't the worst, it wasn't the best, most comfortable experience either. Hence why it's our second family vehicle and not our main.

Adrianna was amazing! Upon arrival she asked me do I need any help and I replied sure. I told her I know what I’m looking for, because I’ve already did my research for months. We looked at the car and then proceeded to get dome numbers that I can go off of. I told her I’ll be back in a week to pick the car up. During the week of me getting the car , I had a couple of things I wanted done before I return. She delivered with a five star performance. Very knowledgeable and awesome customer service skills. Also did a follow up call after the sale . I was very pleased with her and would do business with her any day.

Good gas mileage, smooth drive and stability, roomy and good quality interiors. The sound system is OK. A bit slow when starting to run but runs OK.

My husband and I are very pleased with the service we received. Buying a new car is not an easy task. Thankfully we met awesome sales man. Thank you so much James and Paul you guys took your time and answered all of sour questions.

This dealership is composed of awesome people. They know their business well and are always willing to listen and deal with you. Everyone is interacting with you at all times. You are never alone, and if you need to have anything, they are on top of it right away. I got there on a Friday at about 11:00am, test drove the car, dealt with Scott most of the time, but Gary was also instrumental in to putting together the deal. I left with the car of my dream as my retirement gift from me to me and completed the transaction with financing and drove out with the car by 5:00pm. What a day! Honesty, if you find the car you really want there, this is the dealer you would actually enjoy dealing with. No haggling and no pressure, just good old business as it use to be years ago. Great staff and service. No pressure sat and talked what we were looking for did our research for what we wanted. Greeted by secretary, Parry. Friendly and cheerful. Met Geovany, sales, friendly and listened for what we were looking for. Found the car we were interested in and met Sergio, manager. Says he would give us the best deal. I inquired online about the Sante Fe we were interested in; it was parked outside waiting for us. Bob, sales, had already gassed it up and brought it over. We did the test drive; it was a used 2020 it was immaculate in and out. Sergio gave us a good deal; 1st time we ever at a dealership that we didn't have to haggle for price. They were all like family and treated us as. The most pleasurable car experience ever. Geovany called a couple of time to check on us and to make sure we were happy with the Santa Fe. The only downside was the battery was original from 2020. They do a complete check up on their used car/trucks and bring all maintenance up to date. Detailed it and special coated it to keep love bugs easy to clean. When I informed Giovany about the battery, they replaced with a new one, Service manager met me at the door and took it right in, no wait. Our '21 Tuscan SEL AWD is great in the snow, with a quiet comfortable cabin, and loaded with features that often are found in vehicles costing 10k more & then you have to purchase a pkg with items you don't need to get what you do need. Hyundai thinks about the little things in addition to the overall vehicle. Sharpe exterior lines, soft interior materials and attention to detail is present in each Tuscan. This is the final year of the best generation Tuscan yet, and Hyundai keeps building on the previous gens pros.
