Troy Johnson helped us and although we walked in looking for something specific he helped answer questions as they arose and provided honest insight to our car search to help narrow down and get what we were looking for. We never felt forced or persuaded, just supported throughout the whole process. He adapted to our requests and needs, and treated us professionally and personally. Upon our first meeting, Michael provided me with CarFax reports on the vehicle and introduced me to Sean, his Sales Manager, who answered additional questions about the dealership and their approach to selling vehicles (Sean also served up an excellent espresso, which was a nice touch). Michael provided me with a thorough overview of the car's exterior and interior, and reviewed details on safely operating the vehicle. The test drive was relaxing (Michael asked if I would like to take a test drive solo, or have him accompany me, which was my preference).
