Ive owned an SEL Convenience from new. It has an incredible performance for a Hybrid. It has a quiet, has a fabulous tiptronic transmission (with paddle shifters) with an amazing sport mode. The thing is, that if you use too much right foot, your gas mileage goes down by about 10mpg ... but it does with any car, right ? If you drive smoothly and don't accelerate hard the gas mileage can go to over 40mpg ! At 55-65mph on level pavement, it gives great gas mileage .. but accelerating at traffic lights or going fast up gradients doesn't. Thats what happens with performance vs economy. This car is well built and has great space and grace. Those that criticize the gas mileage must be "pedal to the metal" people! The sound system and Apple/Android access is really good - better than many other car brands. The warranty is amazing and so is the service support network. I'm sad to be selling my SEL Convenience because I going abroad. I'll definitely get another one when i return.

Came in to check out a car that I saw listed online. Called this dealership and got an out of the door number and came in to pay that actual number. No gimmicks like other places such as Luxury Motors Birmingham. Luxury Motors Birmingham had the same car I was looking for but added extra money from what was listed online. When called out, they changed the price but it was still a lot higher than what was shown online. The guys at this dealership are here to make your life easy and aren’t changing the price from what you see online.

If you are looking for great Hybrid mileage, this car will be a disappointment, but if you will settle for better-than-average overall mileage, it is a great car. I love the safety features that come standard with the Blue Hybrid and love that it doesn't stop and start at traffic lights! It runs smoothly and has plenty of power for me. I am happy with it despite the disappointing highway mileage (I'm not on the highway often).

I bought a 2023 and I love the style inside and out. I love the ride, comfort and the features. I love the city mileage but what I don't like is the highway mileage average of about 28 mpg about 10 mpg less than advertised. Multiple times I even drove 20 mph less than the speed limit on the hightway could only get the to 30 mpg. My daughters 22 regular tucson I get 37 mpg. What is going oh here!

This is my 4th Hyundai and I buy them for the warranty. I even received a new engine in my last Hyundai on warranty at 120,000 miles. I do appreciate that Hyundai honors their warranties. I have had good luck for the most part with all Hyundais and love the comfort, amenities and sporty look of the Tuscon. My only concern is that at 1.5 years and with 30,000 miles I had to have the oil pan replaced but again thanks to the Hyundai warranty no cost.

The services provided were good. The online transaction was not completed due to not receiving the final numbers and purchase order online. The salesman was good in communication, but the sales manager failed to provide the final price with the purchase order.

I have been purchasing cars for 52 years. Most of those have been BMW's, Mercedes and Infinity's. I purchased a new Genesis GV80 last year. I love this SUV. Recently there were some service lights coming on for the ABS and Driver Assist features. Although I live an hour from Ocala, FL I had a bad service experience (or lack thereof) with our Genesis dealer here in Gainesville and decided to call Jenkins Genesis of Ocala. What a pleasant experience. From the time I called to schedule an appointment to meeting my service advisor, Adam Croner the customer service I received was beyond! Adam could not have been more professional, helpful and caring. He had great product knowledge, people skills and truly cared about me - the customer. I can honestly say that with Jenkins service experience was better in every way than any of the car manufacturers and dealerships I mentioned. What a great dealership. The beautiful new waiting area was fantastic with internet, a cafe and large screen TV's. Everyone was clearly well trained and knew how customers should be teated. Keep up the great work. Brandon was great! I was buying a car for my oldest son, Inlive in AZ, my son lives in IN, and the car was in Michigan. Brandon was ultra helpful, I requested that he Facetime time me so I could inspect the vehicle inside and out. Then, Inasked that he start the car & drive it for me as well! He didn’t even hesitate at my requests, just service with a smile. Thus all occurred in the late evening just before the dealership closed and Incalled to purchase the vehicle the next morning! Lastly, I needed to ship the vehicle to Indiana and Brandon connected me with Runner Runner Transport. Long story short, the car was delivered to my son within 48 hours, without incident, and HE LOVES THE CAR!!

I purchased my vehicle slightly used and I LOVE it!! It's very comfortable and sleek. Car and driver and Edmundson speak poorly of it's power, stating the vehicle is sluggish, but I strongly disagree. My car has plenty of get up and go for 4 cylinder

Overall, I like the safety, comfort, and other features of the Tucson and am glad I bought it. However, the cruise control and speedomoter do not show the same speed, and the heat will not stop until I set the thermostat to the lowest position to start cold air blowing from the vents. Hyundai Corporation assures me these problems will be fixed, but they were not fixed at Bob King Hyundai where I purchased the Tucson. Don't buy at that dealership.

I like how honest and upfront this dealership is. I literally spoke with them on Thursday and picked my car up on Saturday morning. They took care of everything for me so this way on Saturday I spent about an hour there signing paperwork and was out in no time. Lexi is a sweetheart! I would do business here again if I ever need a car in the future. Don’t go to a different place and get scammed. This car punches way above its class. Could not be happier. My last three cars were Acura, BMW, Genesis. This car has more going for it in technology, comfort, and never feel a lack of power when needed. Add in 35+ mpg and I highly recommend.
