I have owned or leased about 12 new Hyundais and about 40 new cars in my lifetime. As I am getting on in years and don’t drive that much I think this will be the last car I will own. That said, I am more satisfied with this car than I have ever owned. The only thing that I am not happy with is the push button transmission. I much prefer the conventional shift lever. If something should happen to this car, I would replace it with another exactly like this one. A niggling point is the placement of the charging pad. It is easy to lose something down there but can be retrieved with a shop vac. No big deal.

I’m glad they offer both courtesy drop off AND pick up from your home within a certain mileage, other dealership closer to home does not

We are in our 70's and wanted a car that had blind spot protection with great window visability, a good sized GPS map, keyless entry, and good fuel economy. Also, it has good space in trunk with fold down rear seats. At 51,000 miles we have had no issues.

Just be aware that if you buy a white one that Hyundai had a problem with the paint just flaking off. On the roof of my car which is white, I have big strands and strips of paint coming off and the car only has 20,000 miles. They covered it under warranty for 10 years but it's just a hassle.

Our buying process was delightful. After contacting other Nissan dealers in Miami only Auto Nation Nissan and their Internet sales person Mr.David Moya contacted us and answered the preliminary finding. We did not felt pressured by the salesperson or by anyone when we visited the dealer. At the dealer we were introduced to the General Manager as well as others, the buying process was smooth everything was explained.

I have owned over 10 different midsize SUVs from the Mazda, Blazer, Highlander, land cruiser, and others. I have found that the palisade is by far the best I have ever. Now, if I could just figure out all of the electronics available, I would be very very happy.

We have owned our 22’ Palisade for 2 years now and have had some issues but nothing to major. The biggest thing was when it was at the dealership for a cracked radiator. After reading online it was more common than I thought and was happening to other Palisade owners. The only other complaint that I really have is an SUV at this price should have power folding mirrors and have less road noise. Would I buy another one? I’m not sure how to answer that I think it would have been a better investment to go with a Toyota 4Runner.

I've owned about 20 new vehicles and sold cars for 22 years, did a ton on research and ended up with the Caligraphy, it gives you so many features I wanted for a reasonable price. The engine is great and has plenty of power, great stereo, great highway cruiser as well. I have 32k miles, Hyundai has covered all my maintenance, and no warranty claims so far. Great Value! I have normally owned Toyota and Honda but wanted some features they either didn't have or I would have had to go to Lexus or Acura and pay way more for what I wanted.

When shopping for our Santa Fe, we looked at many different models brands and sizes some smaller some larger and felt very comfortable with the size of this vehicle. The interior is beautiful and lacks the big TV screen that many of the SUVs have that I didn’t care for. After driving it, I was impressed with its cornering handling breaking an overall driving position. I now have 15,000 miles on it and I’m totally impressed with its comfort and all of the safety features. Some of the smaller SUVs we drove were noisy, and I felt every bump on the road, some of the larger SUVs were just too big. I was impressed with how quiet this car was and how it smoothed out lot of the rough roads that we have here in California. We have the SEL model with a 2.5 L turbo charged engine that has plenty of power and decent fuel economy. I get over 30 miles per gallon on the highway and 25 miles per gallon in town. This is an amazing vehicle that drove nicer both in town and freeway than many other SUVs costing thousand more.

We’ve put 85,000 miles on our Santa Fe, including a trip from Maryland to Idaho and Utah, and have consistently been happy happy with it. It’s needed no work/repairs, other than routine maintenance.

I've had Santa Fe 2015 for 10 years now. Last week my mom went on a long 4 hour drive trip. There was a big dumb on the ground and she fell on it. The car was flipped 6 times but guess what? I videocalled my mom in an hour and she was fine with just a bruise on her wrist. Imagine keep flipping 6 times and not having a scratch. This car saved my mom's life.

Cannot reach under the console, Blindspot on the passenger side and seats are not very comfortable. Otherwise, the car is a very nice car and has decent pick up power for just the four-cylinder.

The sales guy, Tony, was friendly, experienced, not pushy at all. The whole process went off without a hitch. Financing was no problem - we worked through some minor issues easily.

This is my 3rd Santa Fe in 10 years.Great car for the price. Body integrity not so great as chips in paint appear. Same issue with other 2. Biggest complaint is heat system. Don’t expect to put in auto at start. Will never warm cab. Must manually get cab warm then you may be able to use auto. Auto directs heat to extreme downward location.

My mustang was having a running problem. I called in and Got Seth who was very helpful with all my questions, the process of how and what would be completed along with time frame. Seth even offered to help with extended warranty company as well. So start to finish Seth was ontop of everything

The only problems I’ve had were computer issues and battery problems. Hyundai took care of my concerns and replaced my battery and updated my computer. I have 30,000 miles on my car and I LOVE IT. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HYUNDAI PALISADES to anyone looking for a luxury and a dependable car.

This is by far the best car I've ever owned. The steering is responsive. The engine is fairly quiet. It has very good "passing gear" ability. Its a three row suv with heated first through third row and ventilated first and second row. Adaptive and Smart cruise control as well as many more features. We'll worth the buy. Go with the Caligraphy trim.

Had my first oil change and tire rotation. Michelle was polite and very nice always smiling. Patrick the gentleman that did the work was awesome. I didn't meet him but his video of my car was upbeat and energetic. He had me laughing and confident my car was in good hands. They loose one star because not sure who the gentleman outside moving cars but he was not friendly on this day. He saw me and another person waiting in our cars no acknowledgment no can I help. When I asked do we go inside to drop off he just said yeah with a bad attitude. Sorry for the question the last time I was there I was asked to drive through and they take our car. He was just overly rude.

I have had the car for almost three months. I used it when my son’s family and others visited so I often used every seat. I have a Limited Trim with a tow hitch. I got the car for visiting family and also to be able to tow a small to medium sized camper. I have owned many Mercedes, BMW’s, Mini’s and other brands and this is the most luxurious. It is as good or better than the German cars on equipment and comfort, just not as fast. Ventilated seats, three rows of power and heated seats and all the tech you can want, which I love. My favorite is the amazing lane keep assist which practically drives the car by itself and the 360 camera for parking and not hitting things. Try to price a Mercedes or BMW 3-row with the same features and you will be at least $85-90k if not more. You could buy his and hers Palisades for the same money, the Calligraphy even has the massage seats. The car is quiet, smooth and absolutely gorgeous interior. I can afford most any car I want and I personally love the value proposition of this car and the low maintenance costs. The car plays a musical tune every time you close the door like a welcome. All my camping gear fits into the back with room to spare (and third row down). The only quirk is the rain sensing wipers do not seem too sensitive. I don’t mind no wireless Car Play as a plugged in phone stays charged. Once I tow with it I will write another review but if you want this feature know it comes with a hitch, ball, prewired with the wire kit for trailer brakes and a tow mode! That’s pretty cool. Full sized spare, too. If you want luxury, space, lots of seats and good towing capacity run and get one. You don’t need to shop the competition unless it’s the Telluride. I got a great year end deal on mine, too. Hyundai is improving its vehicles every single year. I have had three now (Kona, Tucson and Palisade) and they have all been great. Oh, I have gotten up to 26mpg on the highway but most the time my mileage is exactly like the ratings. As low as teens in the city doing errands. Not bad for a two ton car.

The sales team was very prompt on getting back to us when we inquired about our vehicle. They were also very informative on the product and were able to answer whatever questions we had for them. Once we were to the point of agreement on the price of the vehicle they were always helpful with the rest of the sale all the way thru the sales contract. I’ve been a Honda man since 1984, but after comparing pretty much every 3 row SUV on the market, I went with the 2023 Palisade Calligraphy. It’s the most feature packed for your money and they are reliable. If your need a highway car, this is the one. Had it 10 months and have already been on 3 long distance trips. It rides smoothly, has plenty of power, is quieter than my old Honda Odyssey and is a joy to travel in. Don’t let some of the negative comments from people still living in 1986 dissuade you. I did plenty of research. This is a great vehicle. Most people with these types of vehicle never ever go off road, but if you do, maybe a Jeep is for you. If you want to pretend you are in a rally race, get a Porsche truck. I have my Honda S2000 for that. But if you want a great SUV that can actually carry people on all 3 rows in comfort, the Palisade is the one. The lane keep, smart cruise control, auto high beam, auto wipers, massaging drivers seat and other goodies lets you drive in comfort for hours. Every model comes standard with a 12.3” infotainment screen, navigation, apple car play and a host of stuff. You don’t have to move up a model for all that. 3 years free maintenance is great, along with the longest warranty in the business. You also hear a lot of negative stuff about the dealerships. I went online on Sunday evening before the forth of July and got an appointment for the next day, July 3rd. I dropped it off expecting a long wait. In less than 2 hours, I got a call that I was ready to go. Oil change, tire rotation, safety check and a recall on windshield wiper blades all done. Research the dealer for any brand you buy. I passed 3 closer dealers and so far I’m happy with them, too. Talk to people that actually own the Palisade. I have never talked to an owner that didn’t just love their Palisade. They are in high demand, so resell value is not a problem right now. They can be hard to find in the model you want. I got the Calligraphy because I wanted all the goodies, but the best value is probably the SEL with the Premium Package. You get a lot of stuff for your money and it’s available as a 8 passenger, if that’s what you need. The only negatives I can think of is the mirrors are not power retractable and Apple CarPlay is not wireless. I hoping for a wireless update for the Apple CarPlay in the future.
