Used 2016 INFINITI Q50 for sale near Houston, TX

I have had Gabriel Paramo as a Service Consultant twice now. Both times he has offered Excellent service. He has done everything he could to expedite the service of my vehicle and minimize my wait. The previous time I was in he prioritized finding the cause of our warning lights going off, knowing that we had a family weekend planned and we needed the car as soon as possible. So far i have never had a problem with this car. I love my car, its the best. It has different drive modes like sports standard etc. It also drives very good in snow. I also get great miles to the gallon.

I had some tricky financial parameters that they helped me navigate with zero friction, with smiles on their faces, and genuine care in their hearts. It makes me emotional just thinking about it, honestly. I am overwhelmed with gratitude for their humanity, and I genuinely count them as important members of my community now. Glad we picked this make, model, and year. Comfort with great styling and tons of twin turbine V8 power. By chance, just before buying, we saw the same exact car in a parking lot. We, talked to the owner and he gave it high marks all around with no negitatives, that helped us make the decision to buy one.

This was my second time purchasing a vehicle through Carmax. My first time, three years ago, was for myself purchasing and exact vehicle I wanted. I called ahead, was able to work through what I wanted, and re-directed to another location that had the exact vehicle I was looking for. No hassling about buying something from their specific location. Great customer service, the car was in excellent condition (as confirmed by the Volvo dealership I had it serviced at subsequently). I still have and love that car. My most recent experience was at Carmax in Madison, WI. I have been searching for a well-maintained used vehicle for my newly-licensed teen. With the used car market spiking, I've been monitoring my searches for months. The perfect vehicle (with everything both my teen wanted and I required from a safety perspective) popped up in New York. For a reasonable fee they were able to put the vehicle on hold and transfer it to my local dealership in WI. I was able to do the financing over the phone in advance of the vehicle's arrival. Once it arrived, I was notified and an appointment set to test drive. The car was exactly as described, in good condition and no hassling or negotiations needed. The prices are reasonable based on current market conditions with a set margin built in. The financing is a little on the high side, but they provide a 3 day window to bring in a check from your own lender so it makes it easy to balance the rate vs convenience (and GAP coverage). I had one issue with the vehicle after getting it home. I contacted the dealership and it was addressed within a half hour. I am absolutely happy with both my experiences at Carmax and would (and have) recommend them for your next vehicle.

The Q50R is a rocket. The twin turbo 3.0 liter, 400hp engine simple rips, providing amazing acceleration. You feel it, but when you see your speed, you are often surprised. The seats are comfortable, the sound system is great. Mine is AWD with heated seats and steering wheel, which is great for our winters with sub freezing temps. The run flat tires are hard and provide a stiff, bumpy ride. I am switching to a regular performance tire. The Q50Red is rare in my area, and most people have no idea what it its. The perfect sleeper. Love it.

The sales person Desmond was awesome. I came to car lux specifically for one particular car that I saw online. That particular car was not available. However, Desmond worked extremely hard to get me in not just any car, but the right car to suit my needs. He worked tirelessly with the finance department to insure that got the car that I ended up purchasing. So not only did he pay attention to my wants, he also paid close attention to my needs. For that I'm extremely grateful. The finance team was also excellent in meeting the terms that I was qualified for. Best purchase I ever made. Aside from loving the styling of the car, it's comfortable. It performs like a champ, both from the perspective of reliability and day-to-day operations. Personal opinion - as compared to similar vehicles, it's reasonably priced.

Great experience. There was absolutely ZERO pressure. The car was actually nicer than I had expected. 2014 MB convertible. Price was fair. Car needed an accessory and Mike was happy to get it and ship it to me. I highly recommend 110 Auto in Dracut.

First, I'd like to say I'll never buy from a dealer (other than CarMax) again. This process was painless and positive. If you go to Renton - ask for TYSON - he was great. Laid back, informative, and what I value most - not pushy or slick. I told him some of the things I wanted in a car and he came up with the perfect choice for me. The signing took about 30 minutes and I was done. They filled up the tank - put a pretty bow on the car when I picked it up - and generally made me feel important and valued. I can't recommend this company enough!

I've been buying cars for 65 years and my experience earlier this month was a first for getting a great deal and service at and from Granite. The great price and attention from their staff. The car was in great condition and passed my NYS inspection without a glitch or issue. I do most of the service on my cars and I found the car had new rotors and pads along with what looks to be a new muffler system. The car was neat and clean. And after 3 or 4 days after they had it shipped to me I received a extra keyfob that was in full working order, a item any other dealer would have tossed away. My trip up into New Hampshire was a great lesson in what quality service means.

What an amazing experience!
