I loved dealing with this dealership, which says a lot as I hate dealing with car dealerships. I bought a 2023 Ford F-150. I dealt with Justin at Driver's Way. He was fantastic with explaining everything, making sure I had all the accessories that came with my truck, explaining the financing options, etc. This dealership had the best price on the truck with the options that I wanted anywhere around. Plus Justin showed me their "care" sheet which was everything that their dealership did with the vehicle after they got it, which even had included dent repairs, new tires, wiper blades, oil change, air filters, etc. They even helped me get a second key for the truck as it only came with one from the previous buyer. There was ZERO pressure to buy a more expensive model. They didn't try to sell me things I didn't need. They made sure I was aware of the available insurances and warranty plans and the actual cost of those plans. They also showed me interest rates from several financial institutions to make sure I got the best loan rate. I would absolutely buy another vehicle from here and deal with Justin again.

We are Mercedes owner for over 20 years we were looking for a Mercedes that has the third row seating that?s very difficult to find because now we have pancakes very happy with our Mercedes for the past years that we have had multiple so just happened to pass by infinity to look and the app was share from beginning to ending was so pleasant. I walked in to the dealership expecting the worse since I had bad experiences at other dealerships. Met with Sergio who made me feel welcome, practically held my hand and guided me through the entire process. Very patient. The staff is amazing. Although there were no facilities at the pre-own location which I did not stay long the new car showroom where all the paper work was done was fully equipped. I walked out with a 2016 Honda Civic and love my car. Great experience I will definitely recommend everyone I know to this place. From the receptionist to the managers all made me feel welcome. Went to this dealership back in January of this year thinking it's just going to be another dealership that cant help me get a car. I was introduced to Paula, she was so nice and helpful on trying to find me a car for me and my wife (which was pregnant at the time and was due in a week). Paula understood the importance of getting me a car for my new family. After a few days of hoping, I get a call from her telling me they have a car for me. I haven't rushed down to a dealership that quick before. Once I got there, financing was quick and easy. She was so helpful the entire time, even though it felt like I was bothering her with a lot of questions. Would definitely come back to get another car in the future with her!

I have been very happy with this dealership ever since I bought my Kicks from them. I have never taken my car for servicing to a dealership before but I found their prices were pretty comparable to the shop I normally went to. I like that you don?t need an appointment, they have a comfortable waiting area, the wait time was less than I expected and they wash and vacuum your car.

I personally went back like 4 times to find the right car, Derek was nice enough to open my options to out of town cars and ship them to my local dealer. Jeremy,Derrick,Abrian,Bobby and Daishon all worked so hard to get me the right numbers and into the right car that worked for my budget and my bug family.
