I love the interior very comfortable seats very stylish exterior ,ride is good. My complain are those 19 inch Run flat tires are very loud . I will be replacing it with a regular tires probably a Perelli or Michellin tires. Brakes were service because it makes a tapping noise because it needs lubrication after 38000 miles .Over all This car is reliable . Just do regular maintainance and everything will be fine.

They were hands down the best place we have ever purchased a car before. While utilizing cars.com to find our next vehicle I stumbled upon one of their many locations, so I went direct to their website where we found 140 Jeep Grand Cherokees that fell within our price range and had what we were looking for. Once we had it narrowed down to 5 cars of interest, we thought we were going to have to drive to those different locations,,, NOPE, they transferred two vehicle we were interested in to our appointment’s location. They were very good with email communication from time we scheduled apt to the day of our arrival. Upon arrival is where their next level of impressive kicked in! As we pulled in to the lot we noticed immediately noticed how busy and hectic they were. We were immediately met by a rep and he ushered us to our dedicated rep Anthony S.where he led us to an area of the lot where ALL 5 Jeeps were running, ac on and ready for test drive. It was a finely tuned a machine,,, a process that ensured we got thru all of our vehicles as quickly and as smooth as possible so we could finalize the deal. When we rolled in after each test drive we were met by Anthony for feedback,,, thumbs up it was kept up front, thumbs down it as sent out of sight. When all done, we did side by side comparison and we made our final choice. I will never buy a vehicle from anywhere else, drove 2.5 hrs to make this purchase due to amount of available vehicles, the amount of positive reviews, and the fact they will ship any vehicle we are interested in to the location of our choice all free of charge. Anthony hands down is a hustler and he wasn’t happy until we were happy and finally John D comes in to close the deal and process all the paperwork and got us out the door in no time. John shopped and got us the best rates and also gave us a great deal on an extended warranty. 5 star and highly recommend auto lenders, trust me you will not be disappointed!

I have had this vehicle for 3 weeks and have been extremely impressed with the comfort, ride quality and performance. Interior is aesthetically pleasing, well-appointed with leather and wood accents and high-grade plastic components. Seats are extremely comfortable and supportive. The engine is more than powerful enough, and ride is comfortable yet sporty. The size is perfect for someone looking for more room that traditional sedan, but not and oversized SUV. AWD has proven to be effective in the wet weather and I anticipate good performance in the snow this winter.

It was well worth the drive from Northeastern Pennsylvania for a great deal on a Mercedes GLA 250. The car was everything as advertised. Saeed was extremely helpful throughout the whole experience. Highly recommend this dealership for anyone in the market for a used car.

I have a 2017 Qx50! This car is sporty and comfortable. Had to replace the radiator at 97,000 miles. Other than that it is very reliable.

You know Brad I let my husband take care of the cars. He loves his Honda and the Service Advisor. He also comes back and tells me about Christine, Brandon, Rebecca and now Rachel. You were wise not to give him a job there , just kidding but he has very high expectations for Customer Service. From the day that I purchased the Qx50 , not really his type of car, he has put the care in the hands of Christine. It's awful if Christine is off, on vacation. I am sure there are capable people there, but Christine must know her cars and her customers. She doesn't sell him anything because she knows he has his own car log. I don't know that anyone is perfect, but because of his background Christine and networked with her contacts to help look for a job during the most battle of Covid and Unemployment. Who does that? My husband and people persons like Christine.

After owning other luxury brands and having to make trips to the dealerships for issues was a constant time consuming thing we had to deal with in between services. I’m happy with my infinity qx50 looks sleek and very comfortable for my bad back.

The car is very reliable I have never had any problems out of it it’s very modern and easy to adjust to. The car has plenty of leg room, and back seat space. The truck is a great size. The ac works amazing, the windows are tinted. I love this car only selling it because I’m going the the military!

Where do I start? I needed a 2nd car and already had 1 open loan. Enters Avi, my sales consultant. He was upfront, very professional and confident in his skill. He told me what he could do and he delivered. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE and I'll be seeing him again. The buying process was not that bad, like any business the bank wants to make sure they are entering and making a good deal. Eric (I believe he is the manager), gave me a number and achieved that. That number was 2 hours max, he would have a deal for me. My buying process lasted almost 4 hours, included in that time was moving the vehicle, providing a full tank of gas, cleaning the vehicle and CHECK THIS OUT, making a quick video inside and outside. All this in 4 hours. No experience or information for the quality of repairs, I hope I do not gather any as well. The car runs great for the first two days. Nice clean and comfortable facility, all the staff was pleasant, entertaining and friendly. Avi, assured me throughout the process, I would be driving home w/ a 2nd vehicle and that I have now. I won't recommend him for president just yet, but I'll go out on a limb and say, " he might be the salesman of the year" (and we're half way through January 2021). I love my QX50. Other than a few electrical issues, it has been a great car. It gets great gas mileage, and is a comfortable smooth ride.

Fast, smooth and easy. Came in and as soon as I walked through the door max and everyone smile and greater me and my mom like we where family. He made finding a car easy and fun good price and he educated us on everything.

For a luxury vehicle I cannot understand the low quality paint and glass on this car. Also having to manually fold in side mirrors? Why? Paint and windshield badly pitted.
