Used INFINITI QX60 for sale near New Plymouth, ID

I walked into the dealership & was impressed by how nice it was. Then I saw something that I haven't seen before, a very nice saleswoman named Tori Williams. In all the years that I've been buying a new car I have never dealt with a sales woman so I picked her to help me partly because I wanted to see just how knowledgeable she was about the vehicles. I am a very picky about what I wanted I'll admit that so I was curious about how she would accommodate me. She was wonderful. Very nice & patient and no matter what I asked she had an answer. I looked at the vehicle I was interested in & then told her I would think about it. After spending an hour with me I thought she might be a little upset because she spent all that time with me and I ended up leaving without buying a car right then. She could tell I was a little apprehensive about committing to a car payment for a new car versus buying u used car. She was very understanding tho & I left to think about it. Later in the day she called me and told me she had found all these rebates for the Escape & how much they would give me on my trade in &I was impressed & elated. She had made it possible for me to afford the new car that I wanted. She even had it in the color I wanted. I told her I would be there on Monday to get it. I went to buy it & she had all the paperwork read for me to sign then put on my plates and went over all the features patiently so I was completely comfortable with the new car when I left to drive home. There was no pressure on me by John the financial officer,to buy all the extras like all the other car dealerships I've dealt with. Tori Williams is the best car sales person I've ever had the pleasure of meeting & I sent my sister-in-law to her to buy a car. She was very happy with the help & bought her husband the vehicle he wanted. So bravo Lou Fusz for having a woman sales person. I'm recommending her to everyone. She's patient, she really cares & there is no pressure. What a breath of fresh air.

I have a 2023 brand new off show room floor an my windshield has been leaking water from outside when it rains extremely hard outside had to take it back within 1 month of having it an they kept it for 70 + they replaced the windshield only for it to happen this year again this is not a good look for infiniti the service department say my car is the 5th car to have issues with water leaking from windshield

Fantastic job. I flew from Albuquerque to get a used Jeep Wrangler and the vehicle was everything they advertised. And my salesman Andrew did a phenomenal job. An overall great experience.

In winter , the windows freeze. Once you roll the windows down they stay locked down. To roll them up , you have to pull up with your hands. Sometimes that trick works and other times not. Transmission jerks when you try to change gears from start to the 2 nd gear The side mirrors are smaller limiting the view particularly for the rear side view

A couple of reasons I gave it a four rating is that the paint seems to peel at the least nick and one of the recalls gave me pause about the R&D of Infiniti.

It’s a great car however I do not feel like “things are conveniently “ located. When driving, I struggle with finding the defroster, or adjusting the entertainment system. Perhaps with more time, I will get used to it.

I wrote a review for this car after I had recently purchased it. I have have had it for two years now and still believe it is one of my favorite vehicles I have ever purchased. So it has 18,000 miles and I have had no problems. Not a single issue and if I thought I had an issue it was because I didn’t read the manual and didn’t realize how to use set the many options in settings. Lol. The interior is really nice and comfortable, the ride is smooth and there is a SPORT drive setting I can use whenever I need to pass a truck or slow car. That mode really makes a difference but I drive in ECON mode mostly because I like to cruise and save fuel mileage. Nice to have choices.

What a great purchasing experience. So much so that I'm writing my first review. My husband and I live in Miami. We tried our local dealers but, they did not meet our needs. We found Schumacher of WPB on google and met Jared. His attention to detail, knowledge and trying to get us the best deal was amazing. AJ in Finance was super helpful and knowledgeable. This is the first time buying a car where I did not feel like I was getting over charged. Overall best experience and looking forward to being repeat customers. The long drive was totally worth it. We have either owned or driven every 3 row suv out there. We have a 22 Pathfinder as well is great too. We picked the qx over a yukon a caddilac xt6,jeep overland and a wagoneer series 2 if you drive one i bet you will too.

I had a terrific experience buying a new/used car from Mohamad Rahal recently at Jeff Haas Mazda, 16711 Katy Freeway, Houston TX 77094. I had just been burned by two other dealerships that did not hold the car for me until I got to their dealerships to negotiate a purchase of the car I wanted to buy - the 1st dealership I called I said I would be there in +/- 3 hours and the 2nd dealership I called I said I will be there in +/- 20 minutes. When I arrived at both dealerships they both told me they have "bad news and good news". The bad news is they just sold the car I asked them to hold me and the good news is they can sell me another car - at both of these dealerships they were young inexperienced salesman. Mohomad is an experienced professional and has been in the car industry for decades and does business "the old fashioned way". Mohamed held the car for me I wanted to buy until I got all my financing in order to pay cash for the car. Mohamed clearly explained each line item on the "Vehicle Buyer's Order" and also the additional lifetime engine warranty I purchased. Owned this car for over 10 years and had 0 issues. Great family car that will fit 3 car seats across the middle seat. So much leg room for older kids as well and was a top selling feature. Numerous bells and whistles that are similar to newer cars like lane departure, blind spot and 360 camera view.
