I have a 2023 brand new off show room floor an my windshield has been leaking water from outside when it rains extremely hard outside had to take it back within 1 month of having it an they kept it for 70 + they replaced the windshield only for it to happen this year again this is not a good look for infiniti the service department say my car is the 5th car to have issues with water leaking from windshield

I have this dealership and Tray a five star rating. While I realize it is difficult to get it give a business a five star rating. It was easy to give them the best possible rating. Everyone whom I came into contact with during my visit was outstanding. I was overwhelmed at how easy it was. This business could not have done anymore to change my opinion of dealerships. I bought my 2020 QX60 June 2023 with 12K miles on it. Wanted something a comfortable ride and plenty of seating since I now have custody of my two grandchildren. This vehicle has been great with no repair issues at all. Gives the kids plenty of room in the back seat. Love the leg room up front along with the heated seats. Would highly recommend

This is my fifth infinity and by far the best car I?ve owned three of my Infiniti purchases. I picked up the car. Two of the online purchases were shipped to the appearance of the dealership this ranks 2 out of 10. very little contact with the sales manager the salesman was very friendly and tried, but his knowledge of the car was average. The business manager wasted a lot of my time and overall we are total buying experience was below average. I?m going to put down that I would recommend this dealer to a friend but with the caveat that buyer beware and needs to check what he?s getting.

I have had mine for 5 years now and the only issue I had was that my engine did go out luckily it was right before the warranty expired, it has 68k miles at the time, However the service i received from the dealership was impeccable to say the least. It was refreshing and nice experience. I dropped off my vehicle in the evening and the next morning I got a text about the progress of my vehicle. I appreciated the quickness of letting me know that they were working my car. Later on that afternoon, I get text about my car, letting me know what was critcal and what was recommeded. The text included video of the problems, you cant get any more transparent than that about your car issues! There was no presssue and my car got done quickly. When I went in to get my vehicle, Morgan was great in letting me know about the situation with my car.I told her that I was a veteran, and she told me they military discount! Saved me money and my car is running like a top! You can't beat Quality care and they helped me with bill with military discount! I will go to them for EVERYTHING...oil changes or anything else. Waiting room had complimentary drinks, coffee and snacks. The customer service was FANTASTIC!

I love this car. I have owned it for 7 years. I bought it used and I have never had any issues with this car. There are now 140,000 miles on my G35 and she shows no signs of giving out anytime soon. So fun to drive. The engine sound is the bomb!!
