MY FAMILY AND I WAS HEADED TO CARYLE LAKE ON SATURDAY JULY 29 WHEN MY TRUCK OVERHEATED AND WE WERE ABLE TO EXIT THE TRENTON IL EXIT AND WHAT DO YOU KNOW THERE WAS A CHEV DEALER. THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT WAS QUICK TO RESPOND TO OUR SITUATION AND QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE TOOK A LOOK AT MY TRUCK. THEY WERE ABLE TO RECOGNIZE THE PROBLEM WHICH ENDED UP BEING MY FAULT BECAUSE WHEN IHAD CHECKED THE WATER LEVEL ON THE TRUCK BEFORE I LEFT HOME I DID NOT TIGHTEN THE RADIATOR CAP CORRECTLY!!! THE SERVICE DEPT WAS GREAT ESPECIALLY THE PERSON WHO LOOKED AT THE TRUCK AND I'M SORRY I FORGOT HIS NAME AND WE COME TO DECIDE THAT I HAD MESSED UP.. MY FAMILY WAS TREATED GREAT IN THE WAITING AREA OF THE DEALERSHIP.. THEY GOT US ON OUR WAY IN ABOUT HOUR AND A HALF..THANKS AGAIN FOUR YOUR KINDNESS AND I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP IN EVERY WAY!!!
Have had many Porsches and been to many Dealer/repair facilities. Needed a repair on my Cayenne and Boxster as I was traveling through St Louis.....twice in a year. Last repair was a fix on lousy repair job from another place. I was accomdated immediately. Got towed to This dealer and repair done quickly, completely and correctly. I was kept up to date on repair in a timely manner during the process and prices were reasonable. Here is the "over the top". All Porsche dealers wash the Porsche before returning it to customer but none I have gone to before have done it very well and have the rims very clean. My rims were not only clean but shiney. Excellent place with perfect qualified associates.
Purchased a Certified Pre-Owned 2016 Cayman from Porsche St Louis and the experience was excellent. A very friendly staff and Frank Blackmon was a professional courteous salesperson and he got me a great deal on my vehicle. The Cayman was nearly immaculate and as a bonus Porsche adds on a 2 year bumper to bumper warranty on top of the 2 years left on my original warranty. That's 4 years worry free on a used car. You can't go wrong with that. One small critique. They try and sell you insurance for lost keys, tire and wheel damage and dent protection. I do not think these add-ons are necessary. I did purchase a Llumar protective paint film for the front half of the vehicle. Porsche St Louis contracts the job to Auto Nuovo and they did a top notch installation.
I've purchased many new cars over my 65 years, with too many stories to tell here. I like all kinds of cars and trucks and this is my second time from this dealer. I was very pleased with the way I was treated by Vince, our salesman, and J.P., the finance manager.
Excellent service, I have been with Dave Sinclair since 2001. I have no complaints. They have been kind and very helpful in the service department. Always greeted with a friendly smile and concerned. They always do great repairs the first time. Never had to go back. I recommend them to everyone because of their great service.
Dave Sinclair Lincoln has been an outstanding and happy buying experience. From the sales floor to service you will only pass by knowledgable and helpful associates. Though they treat their customers extremely well it still doesn't top their Concierge Service. With Dan setting up your appointments, driving to your home with a Lincoln loaner, taking your vehicle to have service completed, then returning your Lincoln repaired, vacuumed, and washed you can't help but feel a little special. Dan is a very knowledgable, punctual, helpful, caring associate and he does his Concierge job to near perfection. The service and sales team are both highly skilled and treat their customers very well. Great job!!
Our first impression of Kurt Marty was "no nonsense." Is addition he was courteous and informative about every question we had. Never once did he push or show any impatience. He was very professional at all times. He informed us of other options. His sale to us was followed up by a visit from Mr. Barr. He thanked us for using Mungenast for our purchase and offered to answer any questions. Jessica Mungenast then walked us through all our options for insurance and made the purchase very easy. Quentin Johnson is a phenomenal sales rep- knowledgable about the vehicles, without the aggressive sales pitch I have come to expect car shopping. I would purchase a Mercedes from him any day, and Plaza is truly lucky to have him on their team.

I have had nothing but a great experience each time I visit Mungenast Lexus. Everyone is wonderful and willing to help. I recently was able to work with Nate Hopson-in sales-what a great experience. He went out of his way to help us with the purchase of a car. He was so kind-in fact we went to a different dealerships and did not experience the time and patience of other sales personnel.
