I had a terrific experience buying a new/used car from Mohamad Rahal recently at Jeff Haas Mazda, 16711 Katy Freeway, Houston TX 77094. I had just been burned by two other dealerships that did not hold the car for me until I got to their dealerships to negotiate a purchase of the car I wanted to buy - the 1st dealership I called I said I would be there in +/- 3 hours and the 2nd dealership I called I said I will be there in +/- 20 minutes. When I arrived at both dealerships they both told me they have "bad news and good news". The bad news is they just sold the car I asked them to hold me and the good news is they can sell me another car - at both of these dealerships they were young inexperienced salesman. Mohomad is an experienced professional and has been in the car industry for decades and does business "the old fashioned way". Mohamed held the car for me I wanted to buy until I got all my financing in order to pay cash for the car. Mohamed clearly explained each line item on the "Vehicle Buyer's Order" and also the additional lifetime engine warranty I purchased. This is my second Infiniti. I still own my 1st one which presently has 312,500 plus mile. It was very reliable. I wanted a vehicle that had everything I wanted in it. So, I purchased it. I love it is all I can say.

Drove nissans and Toyota my whole life..I was looking for an armada but got the luxury version instead which is the QX80. Very luxurious in and out my only gripe was the infotainment which is severely outdated with no android auto or Apple car play. still this big girl has plenty of power and the V8 is intoxicating lol which I'm loving. THIS truck isn't meant for fuel economy, if you want that, get a hybrid. Very reliable and luxurious. Hermosa Blue is plainly gorgeous for this truck.

Bought my 4th vehicle from AutoNation Dodge Ram Arapahoe Rd. We had a really good salesman that took his time and showed me a few vehicles and pointed out all the options on the Ram 1500 Rebel type 1 and type 2. We ended up purchasing the type 2 from Jeff Florez, he is personable, friendly and honest. I wrote a review for this car after I had recently purchased it. I have have had it for two years now and still believe it is one of my favorite vehicles I have ever purchased. So it has 18,000 miles and I have had no problems. Not a single issue and if I thought I had an issue it was because I didn’t read the manual and didn’t realize how to use set the many options in settings. Lol. The interior is really nice and comfortable, the ride is smooth and there is a SPORT drive setting I can use whenever I need to pass a truck or slow car. That mode really makes a difference but I drive in ECON mode mostly because I like to cruise and save fuel mileage. Nice to have choices.

We have either owned or driven every 3 row suv out there. We have a 22 Pathfinder as well is great too. We picked the qx over a yukon a caddilac xt6,jeep overland and a wagoneer series 2 if you drive one i bet you will too.

So far I'm in Love with the Car. Comfortable Tight Vehicle. I gave the Cadillac Escalade a try for years and they just simply disappointed me . QX80 is a winner.

Ryan W. helped us from the very beginning when I sent an e-mail inquiring about the availability of a used 2018 Ford F-150, that was listed on the Ryan Ford Dealership webpage, all the way through the purchase. Ryan W. was personable, knowledgeable, friendly, super easy to talk with or ask questions, no pressure. It was just like talking with a friend! Their clean, reasonably priced vehicles almost sell themselves! Westley walked us through the documents and paperwork, service options for the vehicle, again hassle free and quickly! I think that from the time of our arrival to leaving the dealership was under three hours, including my three test drives that account for at least a half hour of that time and also includes them prepping and cleaning the truck for me to drive home. It looked like a showroom model including the engine compartment! I would say to consider Ryan Ford (17 years in business, family owned, I believe?) if you're shopping for a new or used vehicle, watch the Ryan Ford webpage for their inventory. Then go visit them in Sealy, Texas and drive home in your new or used vehicle like we did! It was worth taking the ride outside of Houston for us! The car is everything that I need with the space to accommodate myself, friends, grandchildren, groceries , etc very comfortably. I love the way it handles, the design, the interior and especially the color.

I just bought the QX80 and only having it 3 days, i really like it. It is quite, runs smooth, still trying to figure out all of the options, (i.e.) radio, navigation and hands free cell phone, but I will get there soon. I know the gas mileage is not great, but that's ok for now. I have no major complaints as of now

I saw the car on the web site. They had it, we just drove it and loved it. There was no negotiation from the price. So I Bought it. Everything was fine paperwork took a little longer than I thought.

The dealership was prompt, professional, and willing to answer all of my questions. They worked efficiently and were personable. Gregory welcomed me as soon as I arrived and managed the service department staff until my car was ready to leave the lot. Excellent experience.

It’s a great car however I do not feel like “things are conveniently “ located. When driving, I struggle with finding the defroster, or adjusting the entertainment system. Perhaps with more time, I will get used to it.

I bought my 2020 QX60 June 2023 with 12K miles on it. Wanted something a comfortable ride and plenty of seating since I now have custody of my two grandchildren. This vehicle has been great with no repair issues at all. Gives the kids plenty of room in the back seat. Love the leg room up front along with the heated seats. Would highly recommend

This rig is tight and comfortable as xxxx. It drives tight and handles like it is nobody's business. Yea it does not have remote start and navigation system. I just have to get a 2019 Infiniti pure base that is. I did not pay attention about those amenities. It is not a big loss. You can get a navigation sysem for nothing. And remote start in the winter time I suppose can a be a great thing to have. As you can warm up your car before hand. I guess it is not the end of the world. But the rest this behicle is cat's meow.
