Feature-for-feature, the QX80 is thousands less than competitors across all trims. **Powertrain**: The twin-turbo 3.5L V6 delivers smooth power through a 9-speed transmission. I'm averaging 20-21 mpg in mixed driving (better than EPA estimates), though it requires premium fuel. **Comfort**: Ride quality and noise isolation are excellent for a body-on-frame vehicle. The air suspension mitigates most harshness from the 22" wheels. **Handling**: It drives more like a midsize SUV, handling mountain roads with unexpected confidence. Only the pricier Escalade V offers better dynamics. **Space**: Dimensions match standard Navigator and Escalade while exceeding the Lexus LX. I bought a used Chrysler 200 from them and did not buy the extended warranty. I just had the warranty that comes with used cars there. Anyway the alternator went out and the Chrysler computer needed reset. The car had to go to Chrysler for that repair. Pricilla was my service advisor and kept me up to date with everything going on with my car. Vandergriff also gave me a loaner car for 3 weeks while my car was being repaired. All I had to pay for was a new battery. I could not have been happier with thier service department.

Excellent power, beautiful lines, great reliability... what else do you need? I'd buy this car again if given the choice. Infiniti hits it out of the park with the Q60.

I live in California and while visiting my daughter in Fort Worth my 2011 FX50s broke down needing a starter. I called the Infiniti dealership in Dallas which was close and they told me that they may not work on it because of its age. I contacted Grubbs Infiniti in Grapevine and they immediately told me that they will fix it so I can drive back to California. They did exceptional work and and the service manager was attentive to any questions or concerns I had I recommend Grubbs and super satisfied with the work done on my 2011 FX50s.

Great place to get your vehicle serviced, no appointment necessary! Got an oil change and tire rotation along with a recommended service and was out in less then 2hrs.

IF you want to take a powerful car on a smooth ride, buy this car. It is so luxurious and has almost every bell and whistle I can think of. The value was great. The dealership not so great, but, I love my new car. It is so spacious and almost no detail went unthought of. Definitely a 5 of 4.9. The only thing I don't care for is the shifter doesn't make sense. Why is the Park setting a button while the shifter is separate. It should be the regular shifter. Doesn't make sense to me at all. That's the only complaint I have. But in time, I'm getting used to it.

For a luxury vehicle I cannot understand the low quality paint and glass on this car. Also having to manually fold in side mirrors? Why? Paint and windshield badly pitted.

The car is very reliable I have never had any problems out of it it’s very modern and easy to adjust to. The car has plenty of leg room, and back seat space. The truck is a great size. The ac works amazing, the windows are tinted. I love this car only selling it because I’m going the the military!

I loved this car the minute I drove it, and I still love it 8 years later. It is so comfortable, and so nice to drive. I will say that I don't love driving it when the roads are wet (rear wheel drive), and can't imagine driving it in snow or ice. I bought a brand new Honda last year to have something to hold my two 80 pound dogs, and I so prefer this car to the new one. It has been very reliable, also.

I have a 2021 Q60 and I love it. It has good power and plenty of features as well as the Bose sound system sounding pretty good. The gas milage is good too. Overall I would reccomend this car.

My brother-in-law recommended that I check out car max when needing to purchase a good used car. First I went on line to see what cars were available. I found exactly what I wanted, in my budget, at the Plano location. All around good SUV. Sporty and comfortable. The good is AWD all the time is really nice. Interior is comfortable and really nice. I like having 2 screens. The scroll button is nice on the center console. Rides good, quiet, steering great, sits low more like a car not an SUV. Comments below about brakes?? I have had not problems with brakes. The bad, really bad turbo lag in 4 cylinder, Premium gas only sucks, paint chips to easy. Car would be awesome with a 6 cylinder 3.5L.

I love the interior very comfortable seats very stylish exterior ,ride is good. My complain are those 19 inch Run flat tires are very loud . I will be replacing it with a regular tires probably a Perelli or Michellin tires. Brakes were service because it makes a tapping noise because it needs lubrication after 38000 miles .Over all This car is reliable . Just do regular maintainance and everything will be fine.
